Dave’s place was absolutely beautiful! The decor was perfect. The host was extremely responsive in communication and was even thoughtful with extras like shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels…. Hosts were very thoughtful in providing a beautiful and comfortable stay. It was our family vacation and it was just what we needed. The pool was perfect temperature and enjoyed daily by the 9 of us. They thought of everything in the backyard as well. From the pool, to the putting green, to the connect four and black stone, we had a blast. There was plenty of seating and waking up to the waters of the Intercoastal and fishing off the dock was just peaceful and calming. We really made some amazing memories. Would absolutely recommend and book again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us!

We had an amazing stay! The views of the water were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening feel special. The home was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect location for our family trip—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our kids and infant to spread out and be comfortable, and having a dog-friendly property was a huge bonus that made traveling with our whole family so much easier. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail of the home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, family- and pet-friendly place to stay!

We loved the house, everything was as described. Included golf cart is a very nice touch, the dock has rubber rub rails on 2 posts, great to tie up our 24’ center console. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful decorations. The pool was great for hot afternoons.

This place was as beautiful as the pictures online - open stylish living space, and beautiful views of the intercostal. The living room area gave a front row seat to gorgeous sunrises. The house was well stocked with the things you need. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, etc. We did not have much need to communicate, but when we did the owners were very responsive and proactive. Great stay!!

Magical stay! Two families with four young kids spent the weekend here and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed, including plenty of toys and great amenities. The location was ideal..an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants..and the golf cart was a huge bonus. We loved the pool just as much as the beach, and even saw dolphins and a double rainbow during our stay. Both families had the time of our lives and would absolutely come back! In fact, I already rebooked for a weekend in April. There is no better option than this place - I’d give it 100 stars if I could.
