"Absolutely gorgeous place conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Awesome six passenger golf cart available for use and wonderful restaurants throughout Indian Rocks Beach. The property has very nice amenities and has been remodeled. We also took advantage of a four hour private charter that Tom offers on a beautiful catamaran that was a fantastic day of dolphin watching!"
"We had an absolute blast at Summer House! The house is bigger and nicer than the pictures and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, putting green, and the outdoor grilling area. The inside was spacious, and the bedrooms were big and comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to get to and from the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."
