“The point is a wonderful property to stay in if your destination is anywhere near Indian Rocks Beach. We had nine in our party, including three couples, two young adults, and a child. Perfect spot! Everyone had their space. Super easy location, whether your golf carting to the beach, staying home swimming or making your way to the many local restaurants. Everything was well maintained. Good choice for all! We will be back!”

“We were the first people to stay at The Point after Hurricane Milton. The owners had done an amazing job getting the home back in shape for our visit. We had five adults and two young children staying at this great spot on the water. We enjoyed hours in the heated pool. We used the golf cart to go to the beach and around the neighborhood, paddled a bit with the kayaks and picked up everybody at the pier with a boat we rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve most of our meals - including an early Thanksgiving, complete with a large turkey. We highly recommend The Point and the very friendly service from Tom, the owner.”
