Bougie Bungalow

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the aesthetics, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the property. Everything was top-notch and thoughtfully provided — we truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The golf cart was such a great bonus and made getting around so convenient. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the backyard. The outdoor space was peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evenings. The host was also amazing! Communication was excellent, and they were always responsive, answering our questions within minutes whenever we needed anything. The home is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great beach getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s home in Indian Rocks Beach! Two families traveled from different parts of the country to spend the week together, and the house was exactly what we hoped for. It matched the listing perfectly and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Christopher was an exceptional host. Communication was friendly, prompt, and consistent from the time we booked until checkout. He graciously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made traveling with our group much easier. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well—something we really appreciated during the Florida summer. The golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around Indian Rocks Beach easy and a lot of fun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway.

House was clean and hosts were great communicators. The kayaks and outdoor cooking area were great additions. Only gripe was the low water pressure and the amount of time it took for the shower water to get hot. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Probably one of our favorite Airbnb's. The house is really nicely designed. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Beds and towels are super nice. The golf cart was super fun and we went to the beach and to get ice cream in it. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time with kids and grandkids. Beach great 6 passenger golf cart a super bonus. Your host is always available and jumps on everything nice dock area. 2 kayaks, nice patio area great neighborhood!!!!!! No stairs for us older grandparents. Worth every dime! We had a great time! This was a great place for a girls' weekend. The location was lots of fun and the bungalow was very comfortable and roomy.

We have a large family with six children and never felt cramped. The children loved the dock and were fishing half the day. We enjoyed a few kayak trips and family meals. We would love to come back.

Week trip for 5 women. They LOVED the place and the location. Host is VERY responsive. Worth the $ spent and would highly recommend.

Perfect location, so much to do, the home had everything we needed, plus sealed new tooth brushes and paste, bath loofas, kayaks and plenty of extra blankets and pillows in every closet. Games in the bunk room. My family had the best time there!

Great house and great location!

We have done a girls trip the last 4 years in the same area and this home was by far the best. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to both Clearwater and St Pete. Indian rocks beach was right there and easy to reach with gold cart. The beds are very comfortable. You can tell that they care about their guests. We would definitely stay again.

Our group had a wonderful stay! Easy check-in and everything we needed.The number of beds and rooms was perfect for multiple families. Beds were super comfy and showers were everyone’s favorite. The coffee bar was a great touch and had something for all types of coffee lovers. Awesome outside area with great view of the sunset. Fishing off the dock was fun, we even landed a nice redfish. Outdoor pizza oven was a great addition and we enjoyed a night in making homemade pizzas. We also chartered a boat and the captain picked us up right from the dock. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The bougie bungalow was the one of the nicest airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Christopher was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. The hosts even have an extremely helpful website dedicated to the airbnb to answer common questions. The Airbnb is in a great location, walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants but you can also take the golf cart! Our group even choose to hang on the dock one day over the beach because of the beautiful views and amazing outdoor space. The pizza oven and griddle were also great additions. Everything was in pristine, clean condition when we arrived with great little touches (toothbrushes, loofas, popcorn, etc. all left out) and the entire house smelled amazing. We were super pleased for our group of 10 for a girls trip and it was the perfect stay with the hosts going above and beyond!! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and comfortably fit two families with 5 teenagers. Its location gave the kids many options of things to do: fish, go the beach, or play basketball at the park. We were impressed with the supplies provided - toothbrushes, paper goods, beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, fishing poles, even scuba masks. Access to a golf cart was especially helpful for bringing gear to the beach. The host was responsive if we had any questions and the digital guidebook contained instructions for all the household items as well as answers to most of our questions. Finally, it wins the easiest checkout we have had at a rental property. We would definitely stay at the Bougie Bungalow again.

Awesome house in a great location.

Home was beautiful, location was great. Entire family took advantage of nearby beach access. Definitely appreciated having the golf cart to help carry things back and forth. The outdoor space was perfect and we had an amazing grill night. Would definitely return again.

We had a great time at the Bougie Bungalow. We booked the trip during our kids spring break and the weather decided to turn cold but even so we had a great time playing games, doing karaoke and going to the nearby park. The house is in a great neighborhood in walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Even with the cold we were able to get those beach vibes with the excellent views from the house windows and decor. It was a memorable trip.

Having experienced some "not as advertised" Airbnb places, the Bougie Bungalow was exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated and clean. It felt like a cross between a home and a hotel where it had some warmth but didn’t feel like we living in the midst of another person’s house (with their clutter). There was ample sleeping space, and the living areas are perhaps larger than they appear, fitting our party of 7 women well. We appreciated the simple entry and exit and clear instructions when needed. The neighborhood was fine/good - a mix of smaller bungalows and larger homes toward the quieter end of the main strip of restaurants, etc. The back patio and dock looking out on to the waterway were lovely. The equally lovely beach was very close by - essentially a couple of blocks across the main drag - and we walked or took the golf cart there daily. In sum, highly recommend this as a great choice!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. And that is saying a lot as I am a big Airbnb-er. This bougiest of bungalows was extremely thoughtfully provisioned. There were small touches everywhere that showed the host really was invested in the guest experience. The place itself was so bright, airy and spacious. A great layout with lots of beds and a view that was always changing and seen through generous windows. The outdoor space was great. We did not get to use the pizza oven, but that would have been fun. All appliances and linens seemed brand new! Beds were super comfy. And the gold cart was such a bonus as it was a great way of getting to local restaurants, shops and the wide stretch of beach. I recommend bringing racquets as there is a tennis court near by with pickleball lines as well. The hosts were so friendly and communicative. We loved our stay here and felt at home. Thanks again!

Absolutely great stay! Three couples were very comfortable and backyard had a great view! We enjoyed the games they had and Christopher was very responsive. Looking forward to coming back to this beautiful home in the future!

An absolute dream. Hosts were proactive, attentive, and thoughtful—making everything feel effortless. They were incredibly flexible and gracious when we needed to add additional guests, and the home itself was stocked more generously than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Aside from groceries, we barely needed a thing. It was spotless, intentional, and beautifully curated. Efficient yet luxurious—open, bright, and brilliantly laid out. Décor is stylish without being precious, and the open-concept living space flows seamlessly into the outdoor areas, which felt like a true extension of the home. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Kids were over the moon with the bunk beds and games. Adults were equally happy—comfy sofas, peaceful bedrooms, and space to relax. Special shoutout to the golf cart—which we didn’t expect to use but completely loved. I honestly can’t imagine how our stay could have been any better. Truly 10 out of 10. Chefs kiss!

This place is awesome. Everything is in great shape and the views out of the back windows are amazing. Stop thinking about renting this place and just do it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

Our stay at the Bougie Bungalow met and exceeded all of our expectations. Kelley was very responsive to our inquiries - Thank you! It was really nice having the golf cart to get around locally. The home was beautifully furnished with VERY comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Every detail has been attended to, including a toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste folded into the hand towels in the bathrooms - a nice touch. I recommend Cafe de Paris for breakfast, you can walk or take the golf cart. There are tennis courts in the neighborhood, if you play bring a racket. Being on the Intracoastal was a treat for the views and the neighborhood was quiet. We made pizzas and grilled, such a nice spot to cook!, and they were absolutely delicious. (Tip: Publix has premade pizza dough in the bakery section). Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope to be back again.
