Our stay was perfect . Very satisfied .

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The only thing to note is that one of the upstairs bedrooms does not have direct access to a bathroom. Guests staying in that room will need to use the bathroom in the connected upstairs bedroom or one of the bathrooms downstairs. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something future guests may want to know when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We planned a big family vacation and the house was amazing and perfect for us, the kids and grandkids. The location was wonderful, right on the water and the golf cart got us to the beach and restaurants near by. Our pool day on July 4th worked out so well and we saw several different fireworks displays. Absolutely amazing. We had a couple of questions for Tom while we were there and he answered very quickly and was a big help. Love this home and hope our family can do it again soon.

We stayed here as a party of 10 and had such a lovely time. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and each group really appreciated having their own bedroom space and their own bathroom to spread out. I appreciated that there were a ton of towels and TWO washers and dryers! My kids played in the pool every day (loved that there were so many pool toys), and we took the kayaks out several days too. The house is walkable to a beautiful beach and there is a small playground only a few houses away which my 2 year old loved. Tom was super responsive and amazingly helpful when we first arrived and the A/C wasn’t working properly (HVAC guy came within hours) and even bought and assembled a new ceiling fan since the one in one of the bedrooms was making strange noises and wobbling quite a bit. Overall an amazing stay and 10/10 would recommend.

Tom was always easy and quick to reach. Checkin was seamless. The whole place was clean, fresh towels, and so on. Everything was absolutely perfect and my whole family loved the trip- the beautiful house (between the beach nearby, the warm pool, and the dock off where we kayaked and my dad fished), the location, and all the comforts provided. My mom especially loved the kitchen (all the necessary utensils and tools) made cooking for a group of 9 very easy. All in all, we would love to come back again.

Our extended family of 9 had an excellent stay at this property! The location was perfect, right on the water and a short walk to the beach. The included golf cart also made trips to the beach or local cafes so convenient. We had trouble finding the key for the golf cart the first day, and Tom called us immediately to help. Communication was very good throughout the entire process. We spent hours in the pool, which was a great size and very clean. Our group also enjoyed fishing and watching lots of dolphins from the dock. Tom was very kind to leave us a couple of fishing poles to use during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the quality of all of the cookware and utensils was great. Beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the inclusion of extra throw blankets and pillows in each room. Overall we would definitely stay again, and our kids already already asking to return!

Tom was a great host and the place was awesome. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with some nearby restaurants and bars. Extremely close to the beach. Pool was clean and great to swim and hang out in. Plenty of space for everyone, plenty of towels for everyone, a nice black stone grill. I highly recommend

Great location! The property itself could not have been better for our group. Some would be in the pool while other hung out and fished from the dock. When the sun went down it was time to hang at the fire pit! Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

Tom was a great host and very responsive to the few questions we had. The house was just what we hoped for and needed for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. The outside entertainment area was our favorite part - from the heated pool to all the seating to the fire out/grill area to the amazing view. We would definitely come back!

our stay was great! we enjoyed the clean heated pool. there were plenty of towels for the beach pool and showers. in house laundry was very convenient. we loved having access to a 6 person golfcart. it made lugging chairs and supplies to the beach a breeze, and we loved getting around town in it! We were travelling with four couples and we were all very comfortable.

Everything was amazing at this house. The view, the amenities, the space. There isn’t a single thing that is missing to make for a wonderful getaway!

Paradise Lodge is a beautiful property and did not disappoint. Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the golf cart, along with the great pool and dock area. It was a perfect fit for our family and we would recommend it for a future stay.

This was the perfect setting for flying our family in to spend time together! There were 5 beautiful bedrooms as well a 4 baths. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed. It was really hot outside but so comfortable in the house. The master bedroom had a balcony with it where I drank my coffee during the morning hours. We played in the pool, went to the beach, enjoyed the local restaurants, a roof top bar nearby in Clearwater and went shopping at John’s Pass Madeira Beach! This was an AWESOME vacation hands down. Rented for family of 12 for multigenerational get together. Home was just perfect. House was completely thoughtfully stocked with everything that we could have needed! High end appliances, kitchenware. Owner was immediately responsive to any question we had. Would highly recommend!

This is a spacious and beautiful property. Even with 11 people in our party we had plenty of room to relax, swim, or cook. Cleanliness was perfect. The location is very convenient to several good places to eat, as well as the beach, and just a few minutes to a grocery store and pharmacy. We enjoyed the Blackstone griddle outside as we cooked breakfast outside every morning. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This house sits right on the intracoastal, peaceful, beautiful pool. It has everything you need, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beach towels. There is a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach and to restaurants, however you cannot drive it on Gulf Blvd. We had a wonderful vacation at this property and would return again.

We had an amazing time at Paradise Lodge! We had 9 girls for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed! Close to restaurants and bars and the pool/dock was so nice! Tom thought of everything, the house was well stocked! Definitely will return!

Great host and home.

This place was is perfect! Tom our host was absolutely outstanding and accommodating. The home was clean and had plenty of linens for everyone. The location was great and the backyard was its own little oasis. I highly recommend this listing if you are visiting IRB.

Great place to say. Walking distance to beach (or jump on the provided golf cart). Great fishing off the dock. There is also a dock about two blocks away that is great fishing. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and bathroom items. Lots of towels for the pool. I would highly recommend this home. It was quiet and very peaceful.

We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back! The golf cart was a great addition! Close to restaurants and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dock! Everything was provided including plenty of towels and beach towels! We never had to do laundry.

Tom's home was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. There was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and the home was large enough for us to be together, but separate. The home was spotless and the beds were comfortable. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the dining area was more than adequate for our family dinings. We celebrated an occasion at , which was a beautiful drive along the coast road to reach. We read books and watched movies on our laptops by the pool. The option to swim in the pool or take the golf cart to the beach daily to watch the sun set was fantastic. Tom was quick to respond to our queries.

Great place. The pictures are accurate. Our family of 5 with 3 college students loved it. We all had plenty of space and really enjoyed the pool and kayaks. Close enough to Clearwater where we did some of our excursions and meals. Absolutely recommend to any family. The golf cart is a plus and perfect for going to Nekton surf shop, the beach, and Cocos Bar. Tom is very responsive and does what he says.

We loved our stay in Indian rocks Beach! Perfect house for two families! We were able to bring our boat and keep it at the dock. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to relax in Indian rocks Beach!

We had a fantastic weekend at Tom's place. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and Tom was extremely generous (bought pickle ball equipment for us and future guests), communicative (called me immediately about a very small issue), and flexible. Amenities are incredible, from the pool to kayaks to golf cart to fishing rods. Location is great as well, just a few minute walk / drive to the beach with a gas station, bar, and local restaurants within walking distance as well. Couldn't have been better -- thank you again Tom.

What a PERFECT place to stay. We were so sad to leave. We had an amazing family vacation. We used almost everything this property had to offer. We fished, kayaked, cooked, swam, and explored IRB all over in our gold cart. Thanks for a great place. It’s perfect!

If you are looking for an amazing turnkey trip, fantastic hosts/owners and an amazing home then this is the place! Beautiful scenery was an added bonus!. Our group spent almost all of our time poolside and fireside because it was so beautiful at the house. The IRB ares is so peaceful and fun and the golf cart made everything extremely convenient. We will absolutely be back!

The house was perfect for our 3 families and kids. It had 2 washers and dryers! Great location for walking to the beach. House was clean , beds and pillows were very comfy. We caught fish and watched a dolphin swimming around from the dock. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was truly wonderful, the house was exactly what our large family needed. Centrally located, yet felt very private and peaceful. Tom had a really descriptive guide with info on the house and the area. I saw reviews about chartering a boat and thought it would be a unique experience to celebrate my parents anniversary - we were are large group ranging from infant to 60 - it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend it! Thank you for all the wonderful memories, look forward to coming back!

Had a great weekend at toms place. Everything as described and proceeded to be a great bachelor weekend. Golf cart that's included was great for going to local and very close bars and restaurants. Beautiful place and works Def stay again.

This house had everything we needed and more! It was very clean, and well stocked with any items you may need. The pool was our favorite part of the house! I highly recommend Paradise Lodge in Indian Rocks Beach!!! Both Tom and Bill were very prompt and professional with communication. Our Wifi wasn’t working when we first arrived and it was a very short time before Bill arrived and fixed the issue. This house is immaculate. So spacious, clean and has every convenience imaginable. Even the pool guy was so friendly! The pool was the highlight, so clean with comfortable chairs all around. My adult children enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. The beds are comphy , and the showers are clean and modern. The convenience of the golf cart is one of the highlights of this property. So many amenities, from the pool toys to the beach chairs to the straw hats we wore for a family selfie. Access to the beach is just down the street. Enjoyed the restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a perfect family get away, even for my 85 year old mom. Literally something for everyone at Paradise Lodge! 5 stars ⭐️

We had an absolute amazing time celebrating our friends birthday, the amenities with having the golf cart and having all the stuff for the beach was very convenient to have to be able to take the golf cart to dinners and the beach!! Tom was so quick to communicate with and extremely easy going !! The house was in a perfect location to watch the sunset & kayaking in the sound was extremely peaceful ! Thanks to our amazing host , we had a phenomenal time!!

House is stunning, the kids loved the pool, and watching the dolphins 🐬 anytime of the day, Tom is a great host!

Tom’s place was immaculate! The rooms are spacious and plenty of space for large groups. We had 10 adults. The couple with the kids room (old garage) was the only unfortunate one but made the best out of it. The upstair room with the balcony shares the bathroom with the front 1st floor room and everyone else’s had their own bath! There was 2 washers and dryers that came in super handy! Plenty of kitchen supplies, games, activities and cool electronics! The pool and it’s surroundings was incredible. Even though it was hot we had a bonfire with s’more one night! So fun. We loved the use of the golf cart to restaurants and beach! Tom was incredible, gave us early check in and late check out. Helped with getting us a boat and where to take it! You will not be disappointed with this place!

The house was exactly as described. Lots of amenities - location was great. Very peaceful, the pool with access to the inlet and a 5 min walk to beach. Perfect. The golf cart was a great way to zip around to nearby shops and beach. Tom was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

This is the standard all air bnbs should stand up to. Creative beautiful home that preserves its neighborhood standards. Had an opportunity to meet the owner who takes his craft professionally and cares deeply that his Guests have a great time. Well worth the price for this beautiful spot.

This home in Indian Rocks is perfection! Excellent amenities at the house and close by parks and the beach kept everyone entertained. Beautiful beach, fun parks with pickle ball, tennis, basketball and baseball. Gorgeous pool just the right temperature with paddle boarding and kayaking and lots of yard games. Literally didn’t need a thing - tons of towels and beach towels - all the necessary bathroom supplies. Loved it!!

The house was very nice and we felt right at home! Electronics were over the top!!! We enjoyed the pool and the Golf cart was a blast, we used it every morning to go to the French bakery it was so delicious 😋 the kids loved the bunk bed room, king size bunk beds were amazing. This place is spacious, beautifully furnished with high end finishes, ideally located and immaculate. Expensive but worth it.

A Lake Tahoe villa gone coastal, this is what a vacation should be! There’s plenty space to relax, gather, play and the TVs were huge. It has a well stocked kitchen to feed and prepare meals with plenty seating. We loved hopping on the 6 seat golf cart to the beach, restaurants and bars. The backyard was spectacular and our own resort with pool, dock, kayaks and loungers and we even saw dolphins . A fav was the fire pit at night and the view of the water. The kids loved the bunk bedroom and they could walk to the park a few doors down. The beds and pillows were comfortable along with nice linens and towels. The owners thought of everything! The upstairs balcony room has no attached bath, but it was easy to hop down the stairs to use or the one upstairs. I hadn’t used an outdoor griddle before but it was superb. A big thank you for making our holiday so memorable and I’ve already made a future booking! The boat tour with Tom was a blast. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Paradise lodge is a superior property! This home should be the gold standard for all Airbnb hosts. The furnishings and bedding were luxurious. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked. The resort style pool area, fire pit, and dock rates a 10 out of 10. Looking to chill out on the water..... give the SUP or single and double kayaks, a cruise on the canal. For a colorful sunset, hop on the golf cart and head out to Indian rocks Beach. We enjoyed this memorable weekend with a multi generational group, and there was some thing for everyone to do. We will definitely be back.
