Tom’s place was just as described! We enjoyed our stay….

The condo was exactly as described and a great choice for our needs. We had a small issue which wasn’t Tom’s fault. He was attentive and immediately called me to discuss. I would recommend his place to anyone.

Location is amazing - right across the street from beach. Golf cart is golden!! We were able to take everything on the short ride down to the beach, the kids loved it! The kids loved the seashells at the apartment patio - we had such a great time we will be booking again!

FANtastic location, 3 min walk to the beach. Plenty of food options, Golf Cart, great shopping, great local restaurants, putt putt golf, getting to the Clearwater area couldn’t be easier. This is great condo, lots of amenities, well furnished plus extras, we cannot recommend this place enough.

Tom’s place was great, clean, spacious, and convenient for beach access and local amenities. Had an issue with the WiFi and he was quick with communicating and had the issue resolved promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!

We had such a wonderful time at Tom’s place. No issues with beachfront parking for the golf cart. Indian Rocks Beach was a beautiful little town and we enjoyed swimming until sunset. Tom’s place was quiet and peaceful with great neighbors.

It was my daughter 18 birthday plus 4 of July we couldn’t have had a better place to stay. The unit was impeccable, the location is perfect. Tom was available all the time. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for our family and incredibly kid-friendly. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, and having golf cart access made getting around so easy and fun.

This place was clean, new appliances, stocked kitchen, beach towels, and is only a block from the beautiful beach. The outdoor amenities were great! Tom was very responsive. Highly recommend.
