Great house and the host was on point!

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The home offers stunning panoramic views and unbelievable sunsets that we looked forward to every evening. Each day, we were treated to the joy of watching dolphins swim by from the deck, which never got old. One afternoon while fishing on the dock, a blue heron even camped out with us for nearly an hour—such a peaceful and special moment.The property is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a seamless beach getaway, including all the beach gear and an eight‑seater golf cart that made getting around effortless and enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach.The host was truly outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive. When we mentioned fishing, they went above and beyond by ordering fishing rods and having them delivered the very next day. The home itself was immaculate, comfortable, and clearly designed with guest experience in mind. This was a truly elevated, luxurious stay, and we would absolutely return.

Our stay here was so memorable! Bill’s place was incredible and so peaceful. Was so fun to stay here while football games were playing, we had the best time outdoors watching all our teams play while enjoying the pool. The only thing we wish, is that we would have known ahead of time that the golf cart is not street legal, this caused us to shift some of our plans. But it didn’t stop us from having a great time. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect family getaway!We had such a great stay at this home — it was perfect for our family gathering. The layout of the house is fantastic, with bedrooms spread out between the ground floor and upstairs so everyone had their own space and bathroom. The outdoor area and pool were beautiful, and we loved having coffee on the dock each morning while watching the sunrise and dolphins swim by. The movie room was a big hit with the kids, and having access to the golf cart to go to the beach made everything so easy and fun. The home is very comfortable and family-friendly — even our dog felt right at home! We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation at The Point House!!! Tom made sure we had everything you could think of!! The check in and out was easy! The overall stay was perfect for our family of 10 - this included, 7 adults and 3 children under 4 years old! The house had everything!!!! Plus some!

We had a family gathering which I cherish special quality time together. The booking was made simple. The house was perfect for us. (The Point) Tom, the host was amazing. We were all able to sit together at the dining table (11ppl) every meal. Went on short golf cart rides, lots of time in the pool, theater room was a great addition. The best was fishing. Everyone enjoyed it. They all caught fish . We did stay in one of Tom's other house 2 years ago. Again another wonderful experience . My family still talks about it. we never had to leave this beautiful house. I highly recommend this

The point is a wonderful property to stay in if your destination is anywhere near Indian Rocks Beach. We had nine in our party, including three couples, two young adults, and a child. Perfect spot! Everyone had their space. Super easy location, whether your golf carting to the beach, staying home swimming or making your way to the many local restaurants. Everything was well maintained. Good choice for all! We will be back!

Our stay was amazing. The place was beautiful and everything was provided that we needed. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We were the first people to stay at The Point after Hurricane Milton. The owners had done an amazing job getting the home back in shape for our visit. We had five adults and two young children staying at this great spot on the water. We enjoyed hours in the heated pool. We used the golf cart to go to the beach and around the neighborhood, paddled a bit with the kayaks and picked up everybody at the pier with a boat we rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve most of our meals - including an early Thanksgiving, complete with a large turkey. We highly recommend The Point and the very friendly service from Tom, the owner.

This house was everything we expected and more. The views that overlook the bay were incredible. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and outside bar area are where we spent most of our stay. We would definitely like to return to this house in the future. Loved The Point!

We loved being on the water. It’s a great house to spend a lot of time outdoors. We had what we needed and had no issues. The ice machine at the outside kitchen was on the fritz, and the inside freezer ice machine had trouble keeping up with supply and demand, but other than that, all was smooth! We loved the kayaks!

AWESOME home. We had 6 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of space and layout of house was great. Activities at the house were awesome, kayaking, catching some fish, swimming and cooking family dinner on the blackstone. Neighborhood was awesome, near all IRB attractions, shops, beach, pickleball. Extra and added so much fun was a golf cart Hosts were an amazing group. Would definitely look for 1 of their properties to stay again. Important to feel comfortable with who you are working with.

Awesome. Fabulous villa in a wonderful location. what more could you possibly wish for. The villa was fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay. We spent most of our time in or around the pool and when the hurricane came the kids found the cinema room entertaining. The beach and a good selection of restaurants are close by. Our host was very helpful and sorted any problems immediately. All in all , we had a fabulous holiday, we will never forget, thank you , Bill

Best Airbnb. No detail was overlooked. The most beautiful home and location. We hardly left the house as we had so much to enjoy there. The pool, the kayaks, and dock for fishing (and our boat). Definitely recommend and hope to come back. Wonderful!

From booking to the day we left every step was organized. We were overwhelmed with how wonderful the property was and how friendly our host was. Hope to enjoy this beautiful property again!

Highly recommend. They thought of every detail. It was like staying at a hotel, but with the look, feel, and comfort of home. All 8 in our group were very pleased with the house and its amenities… even the comfort of the beds, which is personal and typically hard to get consensus on! Kitchen supplies included everything we could need and they were NOT worn/overused/dated/cheap, which is so common in AirBnBs from my experience. The convenient app for the house had lots of great info and instructions, including a video How To for some of the features (fire pit, for example). The waterfront outdoor space is terrific… ice makers, fans, multiple seating areas, dock with seating. Vacationer’s delight! This host is clearly very professional and seasoned in hospitality; he definitely delivered a turnkey experience. Thanks for making me look good as our group’s travel planner! 😉

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Point….it was incredible!! The house is decorated beautifully; the view was gorgeous; the amenities were abundant and very impressive…movie theater, flat screen TVs everywhere, fire pit with views and abundant seating, awesome heated pool, private dock with 2 kayaks, and again, the views…breathtaking!! Finally, Tom, the property manager was very helpful and quite responsive…always responded within 5 minutes. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. A description and review cannot do it justice….it is a must see….a true gem!

This place was absolutely stunning… The pictures do not even compare to how it looked in real life… We had our wedding on the beach and our small get together back at the house and everyone was in awe. We saw dolphins and the views from the house were breathtaking

This house is perfect for a Florida trip. We only left the house to go to the beach. Host has a boat for rent as well. We rented it for 2 days with a captain and had a blast. Definitely coming back. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions. Had a chef come over and cook dinner and it was awesome. Hung out in beautiful backyard every night. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

We had the absolute best experience staying at this house and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Tom and the hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly, flexible, and helpful, which made our experience even better. The house is even better than the pictures, which is truly saying something since these are the most detailed photos I've seen of any listing on airbnb. The outside area is unmatched, and you can tell they have put a lot of care into how they've appointed and set-up the entire property. They also email you a full packet of info about the house, how to use their appliances, and what to do nearby. They recommended a private chef that came to the house one night that was also an incredible experience. Can't say enough great things about this property, these hosts, and our overall experience staying here. I would have given it 10 stars if I could. Thank you to Tom for being so communicative and helpful - we truly had the BEST time!

The house was beautiful and a perfect size for our family of 12. The bunkroom was great for our four grandchildren. The pool, dock and water view was so peaceful and beautiful. Multiple dolphins all day long right off the dock. Quiet neighborhood in a suburban setting so no car traffic or noise. Easy access to beach (with the golf cart or walking). Plenty of beach towels and beach toys for the kids. The media room was a big hit for everyone to relax in the evening and the kitchen came fully equipped enabling us to eat-in multiple nights. Highly recommend the property!

We just returned from an amazing week at IRB and we just loved it! We brought our adult children and their significants. The house was beautiful, peaceful and very spacious. Lots of space for everyone to break away for some privacy as well as lots of common space for gatherings. The pool is beautiful and mornings overlooking the bay we’re priceless. Lots of dolphins and incredible sunsets! We would definitely recommend this house! We loved it!

Fantastic place!

We loved everything about this house! We spent most of our time in the backyard relaxing by the water. The house was fully equipped for our party of 9. Tom even offered to put up a Christmas tree since we were there to celebrate the holiday. The tree was beautiful! Thank you! Completely out of their control, there were a few mechanical issues with the house. Tom was very responsive and quickly fixed the issues. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. The house and all the bedrooms are very clean. Plenty of space for the whole family. Pool is good sized and heated. This neighborhood is very nice as well. Tom is great to work with and I would never hesitate to rent from them again. This is our second booking thru them.

Beautiful house and location that is perfectly set up to handle a group. We had a mini-family reunion over Thanksgiving with four of our adult children and their significant others and found both the house and location to be excellent for our needs. The four stars on value is strictly because of holiday pricing. I suspect that pricing during non-holiday periods is a five-star value. We had a great holiday with lots of good memories.

We loved the house and location! The outdoor living area is incredible with plenty of amenities. Indoor living space was just as good. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach and the slower pace was exactly what we were looking for. I miss waking up to that view of the water. Communication with the host was great from beginning to end.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen, they even provide plastic storage for leftovers! The space was fantastic for a big group, we were able to spread out and had so much room especially outside where we stayed mostly. They were responsive immediately when we needed them. The housekeeper was there when we arrived and she was so nice and had cleaned the place perfectly. We loved the kayaks and they were super easy to use. The golf cart ride to the beach is short and easy, they even have beach chairs available to borrow. The kids were excited about the playground/bball courts right down the road and wished they had a ball and Bill even had that there to borrow! We saw dolphins and sea life right off the back dock and our fishing lovers caught fish. I highly recommend this beautiful gem! We rented it for three families to get together and celebrate a 75th birthday and everyone thought it was perfect from kids to Papaw- We hated to leave.

Great location, very comfortable, owner’s tremendously helpful (got us a basketball!). Beautiful view of the water, we even saw dolphins a couple of times! The house itself is well designed, equipped with anything you might need, especially the kitchen.

Fantastic house! Loved watching the sunrise from the dock and sunsets from the upper deck. We had trouble deciding which was the owner's bedroom, since all five BRs have their own full baths. Love the covered bar and covered living room with TVs. Saw dolphins more than once! Big kitchen and lots of TVs. Water everywhere and we had fun taking the golf cart to the beach (and bars). Big pool and lots of room to sun. It's great to plug in the tesla and not have to find a charging station after driving 400 miles....The outdoor shower is badass too. We will be back!
