Perfect getaway!

The apt had a great view and the area was walkable. Having the golf cart was a big plus also. The rental was clean. Any questions or needs were addressed in a timely fashion. Tom provided clear instructions and communicated well prior to and during our stay. It was a wonderful stay for our family! Thank you for hosting us.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Tom was great at communicating and responded quickly to all my many questions. The unit was very clean! We enjoyed being on the water and fishing off the dock. Golf cart was a bonus and lots of fun to get around in. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely consider renting again.

I’ve stayed in multiple AirBnBs and VRBOs in IRB and this one is now tied for first. Everything about it was perfect and I will be booking again for my return trip in 7 weeks. Thank you for everything

Tom’s place was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay! We very much enjoyed the golf cart and the gorgeous views! Would absolutely come back and stay again. Our only regret is not asking Tom to take us out for a boat ride 🤣

Me and my wife are happy to stay in here, the room is very clean, very easy to accessible and most of necessary equipment such as kayak boat, golf kart, etc… Overall we will come back to this place for our future Tampa trips. Thank u for hosting us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From the peaceful waterfront views and frequent dolphin sightings throughout the day to being just steps away from the beach, this home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tom was an exceptional host. He kept in contact for questions & went above and beyond for our stay. Look no further as this is the best vacation home. You wont be disappointed! We can not wait to book again!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Tom’s Tropical Oasis, golf cart included. Tom was responsive to all our questions and he was friendly and helpful. The unit was decorated nicely and gave us a homey and comfy feel. The place was clean and inviting. We tried various restaurants that were walking distance or golf cart close like Coco’s, Beach Wave, Paris Cafe, Keegan’s and Guppy’s and all were very good. The patio outside the unit was so relaxing and quiet. We Sat outside often and enjoyed our time immensely watching the fish jumping, dolphins playing and pelicans diving for their lunch. We loved our stay and plan to come back again soon.

Tom was very attentive to every detail. The house was perfect for our family. I will come back again!!!
