Blue Bay

We had a birthday 🎁 arty and it was just the right size for 8 of us. We went kayaking, grilled steaks, went swimming everyday. Easy access to the beach walking or golf cart. Would recommend to all my friends. Owners were very responsive to questions we had about the area. So many amenities and great location. If you get a chance check out this place to rent. Couldn’t have been happier with everything from check in to check out.

Views were great! Golf cart was so nice to have and was close to beach. AC worked well - stayed with 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room.

Two families on summer vacation - this place was fabulous! Plenty of towels, supplies, kayaks, beach toys, chairs. So much fun and so close to the beach. We spent as much time kayaking, wake boarding and fishing in the bay as we did at the beach.We ended up cooking/eating at the house - grill and kitchen met all the needs. Definitely would scheduled again!

Our group had a great time!! We enjoyed waking up and kayaking on the water. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, I would recommend this place every time for a group vacation with friends or family!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tom was an excellent host. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. The entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a great time. The Beach is just extra, the house alone is enough for a great vacay. Over all everything was great, the beach was just steps away and the house has everything you need for a great time.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at this house! The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The views were amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We also loved how close it was to the beach, making everything super convenient and enjoyable. The host was great and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay!

Awesome location, great host and perfect house

This home was the perfect spring break escape from our cold MN weather! Having the option to hang out by the pool with our younger children or easily hop in the golf cart to get to the beach in 2 mins or less was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Perfect location with beautiful views and great amenities to keep the family occupied. Pool is beautiful and the heat made it possible to swim day and night. Kayaks sups and golf cart were a nice addition to our stay. Short pleasant walk to the beach with a full choice of beach items for entertainment and relaxation. Great responsive host.

We had a great stay! It was wonderful to have the dock and back bay for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The short walk to the beach was easy and quick. Everything went well and Tom was very helpful if we needed anything.

We had an amazing stay at this home on 2011 Bay Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach. The place was extremely clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, beautiful, and right on the water with gorgeous views throughout the day. It’s also just a short drive to great restaurants and the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s waterfront home. The heated pool was great and the golf cart came in very handy. The house was very clean and close to the beach and restaurants.

We had a great time. Great home with exceptional outdoor area on the bay. Heated pool was perfect for an exceptionally cold weekend in Florida. A focal point of our family get togethers. Outdoor fire feature was an added bonus. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Nice find was the extra bathroom and shower off the pool deck. Great access too to the grill. For you sports fans there are TV’s in every room! Will be back next year for the Clearwater softball tournament. Johnson Family

Plenty of space for my family of 4 along with elderly parents with nice separation between the primary bedroom and en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms. Nice heated pool, not deep which worked well for the kids. Kitchen had all the needed appliances plus some additional ones and was stocked with spices. The area is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and park but the provided golf cart was really a nice touch. Also, the website that the host provided with all the check-in and out instructions along with information about the area was really helpful. It’s a nice quaint beach town and we hope to get back there in the not too distant future.

This was our second stay at the Blue Bay home. The location is perfect. We love the bay at back of the house, perfect area for kayaking and paddle boarding,(kayaks and paddle boards provided) you can fish off the dock, enjoy the sunrise and the wildlife. We had the pleasure of a manatee visit right at the dock one evening. The pool is great, lots of areas for sitting and just cooling off. Plenty of seating options around the pool and patio area. The golf cart is a great addition and we used it daily. The beach is a 2 minute drive in the golf cart! Chairs and umbrellas are available in…
