Summer House

This place was perfect for our two-family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, super clean, and well-maintained.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was impeccably clean, spacious, great distance to the beach and timely host communication. The elevator malfunctioned during our stay (no one was in danger) and they responded immediately and it was fixed the following morning! 10/10 property!

The hole was lovely. We went with our son’s family. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, putt putt and other games. The home was well stocked w beach towels toys and accessories, as well as household items. Tom and Dina were very friendly and responsive when I had a question.

Pristine, stunning, exceptional!! We had the best stay for a girls weekend. Tom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Checkin was seamless and we appreciate the virtual book of things to do, where to eat, house rules and easy checkin and checkout process. We loved the outdoor space. It was literally the best one on the block. The greenery and outdoor kitchen were amazing. We loved being able to store things in the fridge so we didn’t need to go up and down the stairs. We also loved all the light features, especially at night. They really lit up the backyard while the neighbors only had solar lights. Our highlight was the private boat tour which we were able to book right through them. We can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful house! Close to the beach. Having the golf cart was an extra perk, especially for lugging the cooler. Our moms/daughters trip was really pretty perfect!

This was a great place for 8 girls on a low-key bachelorette trip! We utilized all of the spaces (including the ping pong table and golfing green). The pool (although small) was a perfect temp and a great way to cool off from the heat but yet warm in the morning. The golf cart was a bonus and the wagon & cooler to haul stuff to beach were great! It was a very easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great modern townhome with everything you need. Close to a beautiful beach & very walkable, but the included golf cart was extremely nice if you have anyone who needs help walking short distances. Quiet community with easy trolly access to Clearwater Beach or towns to the south. Pool was well maintained also. Great stay!

What a fabulous find. The house is clean, comfortable and has great amenities (the back yard is much nicer than the surrounding homes). Tom was very responsive and put together a very helpful visitors guide (read it, it's amazing). We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this incredible place. Top notch kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was fully stocked. I've never had such a good cooking experience in a rental. The location was amazingly convenient but honestly we rarely left the pool and backyard. So many fun things to do and comfortable places to hang out and relax on site. Not inexpensive but the pool, golf cart, garage full of beach gear and location near the Gulf were all great. We hope to go back!

This was SUCH a nice place to stay. My friends and I have stayed in a more inland, residential part of IRB in the past but this had a nice mix of feeling residential while being close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you could need for the beach and the golf cart was such a fun addition. We could load it up and drive the one minute to the beach. We will absolutely be coming back to this property or another of Tom’s properties.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Summerhouse. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could need and more. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and relaxing and having the golf cart was such a blessing, going to the beach, restaurants and just driving around. Tom and Dena were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and will be certain to recommend as an excellent home to stay at.

Beautiful, modern, and clean townhouse with pool conveniently located by beach and restaurants. Had all the amenities we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Will stay here again.

We had an absolute blast at Summer House! The house is bigger and nicer than the pictures and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, putting green, and the outdoor grilling area. The inside was spacious, and the bedrooms were big and comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to get to and from the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Tom summer beach rental was perfect! The rooms were spacious, most with walk- in closets. Well stocked with many fresh towels, and even towels for the pool and the beach. So much was put into the little details that our family enjoyed. Communication was great and we felt very comfortable and at home!

Tom and Dena were great. The place was very clean and had all the amenities (huge tv, pool, putting greens etc). The house has an elevator which made checking in and out with luggage easy. The golf cart was key and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Would stay again for sure!

Tom’s place was beautiful. even better than expected. him & his co host stayed in touch throughout the stay and even took the time to leave a pack & play for the infant in our group! check in & check out we’re very simple with clear instructions. the house was equipped with everything you can possibly need , even kids utensils plates & cups. It was spacious for our group. we could not have asked for a better home to utilize during vacation & a great host along with it! you will not regret booking with them, they make your trip worth while :)

Great hosts. Brand new place with awesome amenities. Short walk to the beach and awesome restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!
