We loved how quiet and relaxing the area was. The golf cart was a definite plus to take to the beach.

This home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Highlight of our time there was taking the golf cart to the beach, out for ice cream and to dinner. Location was perfect for a family to relax and unwind. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. We definitely want to return again.

A great place to stay and feel like a local! The golf cart was so fun to have, easy to drive, and such a luxury to get stuff to and from the beach. We always found a spot at the entrance 2 blocks from the house. The house was comfortable and so cute! All kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided. Beach chairs, pool noodles, beach cart, boogie board, and 2 umbrellas were so convenient and nice to have. We all flew in so everything you couldn’t bring on a flight was there and a convenience store was golf cart drivable. We would recommend and come back!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for spending time at the beach, and the included golf cart made getting around so easy and fun. It was also convenient to take a quick Uber into Clearwater when we wanted to explore the area. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels available. The only minor downside was the shared laundry area. Other guests often left their clothes in the washers and dryers for quite a while after the cycles were finished. That’s more of a guest courtesy issue than a problem with the property itself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again!

Our recent stay in Indian Rocks, FL at Palm Paradise #1 was a wonderful vacation. It was very clean and comfortable, just like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax. The golf cart was a big hit too. So many essential supplies for the kitchen and bath were provided as a convenience and it was so nice and appreciated. Plus you couldn’t ask for better people to manage a property, nor could you ask for a nicer place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Second time we’ve stayed at Tom’s place. It was great. Very clean, beach gear available, golf cart was fun. We’ll be back!

Palm Paradise is a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and the bed in the master bedroom was as comfortable as I have ever slept on. The golf cart turned out to be a blessing. Although we had our car, we used the golf cart for most trips out. Parking at the beach was very convenient with a golf cart and kept us from having to pay as well as the other host were very helpful and responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved Toms place! It was super clean and felt like home. Tom answered every question in a timely manner. Location was perfect and the place has great views! Golf cart is a plus to getting around the neighborhood and beach. Loved our stay!

Great location, very close to beach and restaurants. The golf cart made getting to beach and local eateries much more convenient and fun. The shared dock was really nice, we fished, had coffee in the morning, and grilled in the evening. Everything inside seemed new and clean, AC worked good. The family enjoyed the stay!

Simply magical. We had the best time! Dolphin spotting with morning coffee, beautiful sunrises, 2 blocks to the beach, easy location and cozy late night evenings on the patio -everything was better than expected! The golf cart, beach supplies and additional outdoor items were such a fantastic bonus! I’d go back tomorrow in a heartbeat.

Loved the location. Walk out front and it’s a beautiful setting on the bay with Adirondack chairs, dock, grills and water toys. 2 block walk to the beach and dining. The golf cart completed it. We used it daily. The scar was clean, spacious, updated and fully stocked. We will def be back!

Great location for a beach stay! Right on the bay with a dock. Kayaks were so fun to use and we brought poles and caught 2 fish, also loved the golf cart and restaurants nearby. We booked 3 nights, but should have stayed 7! It is decorated beautifully, is really clean and updated. Stove, air fryer, grill and toaster made cooking so easy. Loved that everything for the beach was there- chairs, towels, umbrella & wagon. Beach is 2 blocks across the street. King beds are really comfy. Had a wonderful time in Indian Rock Beach!! It was such a beautiful stay!

Tom provided clear instructions and recommendations before we arrived which made our stay very easy. The house was clean and just as shown in the pictures. We loved the back dock area and would definitely stay again in the future!

Toms place was perfect for my group! super close to the beach and the location was waterfront as well. very quiet and peaceful! would highly recommend staying here!

Golf Cart!!

We loved staying at tropical paradise #1! Super quiet location and loved the access to a golf cart to and from the beach. Perfect for 4 23 year olds looking for a peaceful beach weekend. Would book this place again!

Tom's place was in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. We would stay here again!

The view of the bay at sunset is absolutely breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed the golf cart and the local restaurants! Perfect location just 10-15 minutes drive to Clearwater!
