Great house for our family. Spacious & a great backyard setting on the water. We cooked every meal. The kitchen is amazing for a large group. The property managers are great. You won't want to leave!

Had a great time. Super close to the beach, pickleball courts are right around the corner. Patio/pool area is really nice

Great location. Beautiful space amd perfect for families traveling with children. Easy walk to Indian Rocks Beach and restaurants. Or take the golf cart to explore a little more. Ask Tom about private boat charter options that have convenient pickup right from the property. This home will not disappoint! We hope to return soon!

Coastal Manor was everything we hoped it would be and more! The indoor space was perfectly situated for our group of 10, the bedroom/bathrooms were very comfortable and great individual spaces, the extra fridge was a perfect spot for all of our beverages and the double washer/dryer was so helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our group cook in nights, lots of laughs were had around the large island. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location right on the Intracoastal was absolutely perfect, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway at Indian Rocks Beach!

Coastal Manor was a beautiful home! Very large, plenty of room for our family of 8 ! We had a great time ! Used the golf cart to get to the beach everyday!

From check in to checkout Tom’s home did not disappoint! Honestly, the pictures do not do the home justice! From the time we entered the home, we immediately noticed the home was truly prepared with a vacation mindset! The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and appliances we could ask for. All of the bedrooms and living areas were stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets and pillows. The couch and beds were extremely comfortable. We have rented from tom before. As always, his houses are great. Clean, always ready and stocked with some essentials. I never to hesitate renting from him. This house was a nice layout for our party of 10. Plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Pool is perfect overlooking the bay. I highly recommend. We took a boat ride thru tom as well and I highly recommend that as well. Much appreciated

We love IRB and have been visiting for over 5 years in a row. As expected Tom's place did not disappoint, great location, great house, great host. We especially loved the pool and hot tub and even saw otters and dolphins swim by in the morning. The large outdoor TV was a fun surprise especially when we were relaxing in the pool and by the fire. Loved having the golf cart included to get to pickleball, the beach and ice cream and restaurants. We appreciated Tom's flexibility with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here or at another one of Tom's properties at IRB.
