We traveled to Florida with a group of 10 ladies and our stay was fantastic! The house was beautiful and comfortable. Our host was incredibly responsive when we had a slight issue and corrected it right away. The beach essentials and golf cart were so amazing to have. We really enjoyed our stay! 5 stars!

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the checkout process was refreshingly reasonable—no long list of unrealistic cleaning demands like some places have. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as described. The host clearly thought of everything. Pool and beach gear, towels, and all the little extras you might need were already provided, so we didn’t have to run out and buy anything. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Thank you to a great host for making it such an easy, enjoyable trip!

This place is beautiful. It’s so modern and clean. The downstairs is perfect for when you have two families. The pool and hot tub are so peaceful. There is so much to do and the golf cart is a game changer in terms of getting around. Saved us a lot of money since we did not have to uber anywhere. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would come back here for sure.

The house was perfect for me and my group of friends! Very clean and plenty of room! The backyard was great and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the beach!

We have stayed in many properties but our recent stay at Manatee Manor was by far the best overall experience!! Tom was the most helpful host! The app for the house was above and beyond anything we have seen and covered everything from check in to amenities to where to get a yummy ice cream treat! The house was perfect for our family! I would highly recommend and we hope to return sometime soon!!! 🥰

We had such a great stay! Tom was amazing-super responsive and always available if we had any questions. The house was perfect, well stocked, plenty of towels, and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The golf cart was such a fun bonus and made it easy to get around! It was the perfect spot for my daughter’s 15th birthday getaway with her friends. We made so many wonderful memories! Thank you for everything! We look forward to booking with Tom again in the future!

This is a wonderful home for a large family get together. Very nicely decorated with plenty of seating for all. Very nice to have the second smaller sitting area and kitchenette downstairs. Beds are comfy and the girls loved the large bunk beds. Plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and beach. Also nicely stocked with soaps and toilet paper! There was a little glitch with the air conditioning but our host Tom had someone there instantly and saved the day, thank you. The pool area is lovely esp after a long day on the beach. The golf cart is a must as parking is limited beach side and the cart has a local resident sticker on it of which we took advantage of. Close to restaurants and a grocery store is only a mile away. Thank you for lovely stay!

We loved the location of the home in Indian Rocks Beach- close to beach and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and boat dock provided plenty of good outdoor time when we weren’t at the beach. The house was stocked well with plenty of towels, bath products, kitchen supplies and dishes. Everything was clean and the one item we were missing -hair dryer- was delivered promptly. The golf cart was very helpful in getting the beach chairs and young kids to the beach. There were 6 chairs, 1 umbrella, the beach wagons were great for bringing cooler, beach toys and beach towels for everyone.

Not only was the property beautiful and clean, but the host thought of everything to make our trip wonderful. Beach towels, beach umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs…just all the extras to make our stay amazing. I have never stayed at an AirBNB before, so I didn’t know what to expect but this property far exceeded my expectations

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was the perfect amount of space for 10 girls. Easy to get to the beach with the golf cart. Very clean as well! Felt safe the whole time. The host was also kind in accommodating an early check in since. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever rented- the location, pool, dock, golf cart, huge house that is super clean and has great beds and furniture- we had the BEST time and Tom is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating about early check in and any questions. The guide shared with everything you need to know is super helpful. We will definitely rent this place again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at manatee manor. The beach is just a short walk from the house but having the golf cart made getting to and from the beach and shopping SO easy. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We loved the patio, the heated pool and definitely enjoyed taking the paddle boards into the canal. It’s not often an Airbnb checks all of the boxes but this one really does it.

This house was even nicer than the pictures. Everything was very clean, and the beds and couches were comfortable. Having two stories, two kitchen areas, and a huge outdoor space and heated pool was great for our family, as we were all able to spread out. And then when we wanted to get together for dinner, the island counter and two dining tables provided more than enough room for everyone. The golf cart was great, but not even necessary with the beach, restaurants, and bars just blocks away and within walking distance. We loved it all and will be back!
