Bahia Breeze

Our stay for my 40th birthday was everything we hoped for! Loved being able to have our dogs there and loved the location. We would definitely book again!

The house was very clean, spacious for 3 adults and 2 older kids (beats a hotel!), and stocked with everything you need! Kitchen and sitting room were beautiful- great job on decor. Pool is small but had a nice view and owner had plenty of pool toys to keep kids entertained. We loved fishing off the dock and the golf cart made IBR town trips and beach access so fun and easy! We didn’t get to use kayaks because the dock sits pretty high off water even when water was at its highest. Though we were hoping to fish off kayaks we did catch fish off the dock, and there is a nature preserve nearby with mangroves you can fish off of. The house also has plenty of beach towels and appliances were all clean and tidy when we arrived. There isn’t much storage in the bedrooms but they did have luggage racks which worked great! The patio was great too- lots of places to dine and enjoy the views. Overall, super nice and CLEAN home- owner was very responsive and kind. Perfect for our vacation

Tom’s Place was perfect for our family. We traveled for the first time with our grandsons. Having a 3 year old and a home with minimal decor items was FANTASTIC! The pack-and-play was perfect for our 5 month old. The boat dock was also amazing for our son’s boat and could not have been any better. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home with all the amenities needed for our family. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful views! The pool was perfect, had a swim shelf and it has a sunshade over it! The beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. It’s quiet and peaceful! Short golf cart ride to the beach and the cart is free to park. Tom is very responsive, he answered our questions and corrected any issues we had immediately. I would stay here again!!

Perfect spot if you have a boat! Loved the pool and the golf cart was a huge plus!

We had a very nice stay at Bahia Vista Indian Rocks Beach. The house was very clean, decorated well and included house essentials such has Dawn, hand soap. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags and snacks, which was very much appreciated. The pool was extra clean and the pool cleaning service arrived on Monday and was there for only 20 minutes, very non- intrusive. We enjoyed the dock for fishing and the sunsets. Golf cart was nice to have for a short trip to the beach and local bait shop, ice cream runs and to the market. Our host was very responsive, friendly, informative before, during and after departure. We would definitely recommend Bahia Vista for your next vacation, and we liked it so much we will be be back soon.

Beautiful home, we loved the views, dock, waterways and the house is exactly like the pictures. The updated designs & color choices are perfect and the pool just sets it off to a very relaxing comfortable home away from home. Loved it!

Great location and stay.

Had a fabulous time at Tom’s place. Loved the water view, dock, patio, and pool. The golf cart was a great convenience. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to beach, restaurants, etc. Tom was very friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. Would highly recommend!

The location is ideal. The amenities incl. the dock, heated pool, and quiet road are peaceful and relaxing.

We had a great vacation at Tom’s place! We were a group of 6 adults and found the accommodations spacious and comfortable. Tom’s photos and descriptions are spot on. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, sitting by the pool and using the golf cart to get to the beach and local restaurants. We also walked to a lot of places. The home is in a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for us. Tom was an excellent host and we loved staying at his place!
