We had a great stay!! House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Loved having the golf cart available… made getting around so much easier (and fun)!

We had a fantastic stay! The pool was in use constantly and getting to the beach was a breeze! We enjoyed the bay as well as the gulf, felt so relaxed, and had everything we needed. We would all love to return for another vacation! The golf cart was an amazing perk that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The house was exactly as described, had a breathtaking view of the channel and an amazing pool. We truly enjoyed our time here and the girls loved taking the golf cart on occasion!

We had a wonderful Airbnb stay at Indian rock Beach while celebrating my mom‘s 91st birthday. The location was perfect setting for such a special occasion, peaceful beautiful, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed stunning sunset, relaxing, walks, and precious time together the home was comfortable welcoming, and it made it easy for everyone to create lasting memories. It was truly a memorable celebration and a perfect waterfront setting.

My extended family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend with four young kids and we loved it! The kayaks, the pool, the golf cart - it was a memorable weekend for all!

My family booked Tom’s place to celebrate our son’s high school graduation! It was such a gift to have the time in the pool, at the beach, on the water - making memories and relaxing after a very jam packed season! Truly grateful for Tom’s home and the gift of our family vacation at IRB!

Perfect place for a long overdue adult family vacation. House was exactly as pictured and proximity to beach access and local restaurants was excellent. The golf cart was all we used for transportation once we arrived and the pool was perfect for afternoon relaxation. Thanks for offering a great rental. We’ll be back!

I vacation a lot and this home was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The golf cart was such an amazing amenity and the house was spotless. The pool was perfect and the views from the living room were astonishing. Tom has other properties and I will absolutely look him up the next time I’m in this area. I highly recommend this home.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home is tastefully decorated, well equipped for anything you might need and exceptionally clean! The outdoor space is phenomenal. The pool was crystal clear and invitingly warm. We didn’t utilize the grill, but noticed there was an extra propane tank if we needed it. The golf cart was a highlight! There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with Tom was fantastic. Do not hesitate at all to book this rental!

The home was newly remodeled and the outdoor space was very nice. The heated pool and the ability to use the golf cart at no extra charge was a great perk! The toiletries and household supplies to get started were appreciated but yet very minimal so just plan ahead. We found IRB to be a very friendly area and a great location. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved our stay at this home with a larger party of family and friends. Publix Grocery very close with many restaurants (Salt Rock Grille, Kooky Coconut, Cadys, Crabby Bills) close by. Easy to find with lots of parking out front. The inside of the home was like the photos and the dining room table was very comfortable to lounge and look at the view. Great kitchen. It’s hard to think of anything I would change at this property. Highly recommend

We recently rented this site for a family reunion at Thanksgiving. The rental was immaculate, new, and met all expectations. The management team were very supportive during the rental process. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s a short distance to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. We even used the golf cart to explore the neighborhood. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are new and very comfortable for a family of five. It could easily hold more. Overall, Tom and his team provided us a great vacation. We have military members that needed some rest and it was a perfect rental for all of us to reunite. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Wow, what an amazing stay…this place completely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to do in Tampa, but still peaceful and relaxing. One of my favorite parts was that the golf carts and kayaks were included with the house at no extra charge! We spent so much time riding around and kayaking—it really made the trip even more special. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. My wife and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and everything about it exceeded our expectations! Tom and the whole team are amazing, top-class hosts! They were super responsive on all questions, provided a crib & high chair on our behalf, and even surprised us with a celebratory bottle of champagne & flowers to commemorate our special occasion! This place was so perfect for us! You can’t beat the location. We had the best pool day out back- grilling, swimming, kayaking. The golf cart was amazing and we loved exploring. The home was impeccable and well equipped with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and pool floats. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much!

This place was clean, conveniently located and the host was very responsive when we had to contact him. Our flight was delayed because of hurricane Debby and he let us checkout later than normal. This was significant because we were traveling with my 2 year old grandson. We will stay at one of Toms property again. 5 stars across the board !!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! My family and I are very particular about cleanliness, and we had no complaints :) We loved the backyard the most - we even saw dolphins! Just be sure to pack mosquito repellent for early mornings and late evenings. The golf cart was a great addition and made exploring Indian Rocks more enjoyable. Additionally, everything was very convenient. The location was close to the beach and ice cream shops, and the laundry came with Tide Pods. We also appreciated that they had a wine opener available. The hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be staying with them again if we’re ever back!

Tom’s place was great for our girls getaway! Located right on the water, it was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch kayakers and boaters go by. The home is impeccably clean and the kitchen has all your basic amenities if you choose to cook at home; but there are plenty of great places to eat locally. Highly recommend The Original Crabby Bills. Having access to the golf cart made getting around town so easy. The home is also well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I highly recommend Tom’s place if you’re heading to IRB.

We had a great time at IRB. Perfect location for our family to beach, food, and short drive to Clearwater. We would definitely come back. Host was quick to respond when needed.

We try to take a blended family vacation. This bet all expectations! The kids (teens & 20s) loved every moment of being on the water and walking distance to the beach. Tom was an awesome host and always communicated with us quickly! I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation! Thank you

Beautiful house and great amenities

The place was perfect for our family!! Plenty of space, very clean! Just as pictured!! We loved having access to the golf cart, it was fun and easy to get to the beach or run down the street for ice cream!! We loved having our morning coffee out back. We saw sting rays and dolphins in the morning. It was perfect!!

Great house right on the water. Golf cart very handy to take to the beach and restaurants. Loves the guide book with restaurant recommendations - we used it for everything. Most things walkable from the house as well but it was nice to take the golf cart especially to carry the beach equipment. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay.

Decided last minute to spend a night with some work friends in IRB before heading to Tampa for a meeting and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful house on the water, so peaceful and relaxing. It was only 3 min from the beach which was clean and lovely. IRB is such a cute little area with plenty of restaurants and bars! The host was immediately available which is always helpful. Perfect getaway for a day and would definitely come back if the chance arises!

Had an AMAZING stay at Champagne Bay. Tom was a wonderful host, and so responsive. This home looked even better than the pictures, and was extremely clean. When we arrived check in was smooth and the property was very to the beach. My favorite part of the trip was seeing the dolphins swimming next to us while kayaking! Being able to get in the water from the backyard was 10/10 will definitely be back!

Great property on the water. Spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable beds! 5 minute walk to beautiful beach and Tom provided chairs towels and a golf cart to drive if you dont want to walk. Great communications. Will definitely return.
