We had an amazing time staying at this house for our bachelorette trip! The house was beautiful and very clean. Amenities were amazing and we would be so thankful to come back again soon in the future!

Our favorite stay so far, I want to go back already! Our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 high school/college aged kids) had the best, most relaxing week together at Tom’s place. Between kayaking and paddle boarding, the AMAZING pool and hot tub, fishing off the pier, and lots of space inside and outside to eat and relax, we barely left the house during our stay. The only exceptions were to use the 2 golf carts and tons of beach gear for beach trips and ice cream/snack runs. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, laundry on 2 floors, and Tom provides a comprehensive house and area guide that does all the research and planning work for you. We reached out to Tom a couple times during our stay and he was immediately responsive and incredibly friendly and helpful.

The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was in a great location with all the amenities. The house website was a great way to find local things to do and ways to get necessities delivered very seamlessly. The house was also very stocked with dishes, cups, towels, and cleaning supplies.

From beginning to end everything was amazing. Tom was extremely helpful and accommodating when we requested some special additions due to having small children and he went above and beyond to help with the those requests. The house itself was gorgeous and you can’t beat the outdoor area, especially when hosting friends. The elevator was extremely helpful with heavy luggage and overall we loved staying there so much we already started talking about planning our with friends for next year!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults. Rooms were great, outdoor space and pool was perfect, and Tom was incredibly responsive. The two gold cats really added to our enjoyment and made travel in the area fun and Easy. Will definitely return!

We stayed here to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, and it couldn't have been a better choice! The home was spotless, welcoming, and in a fantastic location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The golf carts made getting to the beach quick and easy. We had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great house! The pool area with covered seating/grill area was a family favorite. The house is designed to allow for great family gathering areas inside and out while allowing for quiet time when desired with each bedroom having its own bathroom and additional space. The golf carts allowed for easy transport to the beach or local food/ice cream locations. Everyone from our group would love to come back next year if we can make it happen.

We had an amazing stay at this home! We traveled with three families and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The house is well laid out and perfect for groups.The pool was a huge highlight, we spent so much time enjoying it. The dock was also incredible for fishing, and we even saw dolphins, which was such a special experience. One of our favorite adventures was kayaking over to Pirate Island, highly recommend doing that!Overall, this was a fantastic property and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

3/1-3/7 This property was amazing. It was exactly as shared online and then some. We had my 4 children and another couple with us and we all had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the outside pool, living and kitchen area. We loved being outside and had the best time. Tom was beyond responsive. Every text was answered within 30 seconds and he went out of his way to make our stay hassle free. The go carts were super convenient for the beach and dinners close by. Hope to be back soon.

Tom is a great host! The house was perfectly sized for our group with a nice hot tub, pool and outdoor space!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s home. The space was beautiful inside and out, and the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. We even saw dolphins right from the dock in the backyard! Tom was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
