Aloha Paradise

This house was very clean and beautiful! The location was great. Super close to the beach! Tom was a great host. He brought us extra beach chairs and a cooler! He was very quick with all communication. The pool area and canal view were gorgeous! All the mattresses in the house were super comfortable and our group slept great. I would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about it!

We stayed at Tom’s place for a little R&R after moving my son into Tampa U. Tom was responsive, house is great. Fantastic location - IRB is a great little beach town. The gold cart was a plus making access to beach and local restaurants so easy! wish we could’ve stayed longer, would love visit again.

Everything about the property listing was accurate. Loved the house and where it was located on the bay. Tom was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had. Will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

The location is unmatched. Unbelievably quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Loved having the golf cart to drive around or take to the beach. The house was stunning and the pool was great.

We had a fabulous time at “Aloha Paradise “ Open floor plan that lets everyone be included while cooking, or playing games. The pool was perfect, & we cooked breakfast & dinner on the large Blackstone grill! We brought in our own boat & wave runner to the dock and explored the nearby islands. Definitely a perfect location on the water. We went to the beach in the 6 seater golf cart to watch the sunset. We definitely recommend this house and Tom was very helpful in every aspect. Five star stay!!!!!

This was peefect for our family getaway. We use VRBO quite a bit and the highlights for us were: great house layout, perfect pool, fenced yard and turf for our furbaby, golf cart, and close proximity to the beach. Tom was a extraordinary host with outstanding communication. They even have an app with all necessary information. It was a wonderful stay.

The waterfront location and pool can’t be beat. The golf cart was an awesome addition, and makes IRB super accessible. You get the best of both worlds—a nice, quiet neighborhood a bit removed AND easy access to the beach and all the shops/restaurants.

Our stay was great! The house and set up was amazing, very clean. The inside was spacious and had enough room for everyone, the outdoor area was so fun! The pool was perfect for my kids and the putting green kept everyone entertained with competition after competition. We enjoyed kayaking, seeing dolphins, fishing from the dock, and the easy quick ride on the golf cart to the beach! We really had zero issues while there, but the couple times I did reach out to the host with questions I got a response very quickly. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat! This property was amazing! The location was perfect for me and my family. My two children loved the pool, golf cart, and fishing off the sea wall. They caught many fish and many different species. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated very nice. As always with this owner's property everything is very well thought through and put together for an amazing stay. This home was perfect for our multigenerational family New Year gathering. The open layout, level entry provided seamless access to the beautiful pool, lovely water views & breathtaking sunsets. The unobstructed views of the pool, generous ‘shallow/wading’ end, & fenced pier area gave pice of mind for the safety of the little ones

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, bright, and had the most amazing water view. Our favorite part was the fully stocked kitchen and the resort style pool. We were in it way more than we thought we would!! The area is the best with lots of local cafes, restaurants, and shopping. We would absolutely love to stay again.

This place was amazing! We had fun in the pool, used the kayaks for fun and the golf cart for transportation. We had enough spaces to sleep and hang out. During the day we had another group come over and hang out and enjoy the space and we never felt cramped. Thanks to Tom for being a great host on this amazing property.

We needed a little staycation to recharge and this was the most amazing place to do just that! This house is absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was seamless from booking, checking in, and check out! We had an amazing weekend playing in the pool, playing cornhole and connect 4, watching the sunset and fishing off the dock, and grilling on the flat top while enjoying the waterfront view. There is so much to do. The kids loved riding the golfcart to the local park. The house was immaculate, the pool was clean and very refreshing, the beds were very comfortable and the rainshowers were amazing as well. Tom was super helpful and very responsive when I had a question. I highly recommend this home if you're looking for a relaxing weekend, with a lot of things for kids to do. The kids loved the bunkbeds and having their own "super cool" bathroom. We were all very sad to leave, but we know where we will be returning when we need another staycation!

This place was well above my expectations! We loved the pool; in fact opted to stay at the house rather than go to the beach on most occasions. We all enjoyed the kayaks and especially loved the daily dolphin visits. Tom was quick to respond to any and all communications. He was great! House was wonderful! We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay! The space was perfect with all king beds; an amazing pool and right on the water! It was clean and tasteful and we would absolutely go back! The kayaks by the way were awesome too!

We had an incredible time at Tom’s Aloha paradise! The listing is exactly as described and more - absolutely stunning location, impeccably clean, and super easy host to communicate with. We had plans to explore a lot of the area and go on day trips while vacationing, however we enjoyed the pool and house so much that we hardly left! The stone patio is gorgeous, and the design of the salt water pool was so amazing for our little ones (aged 5,4, and 20 months) to play in the shallow side all day long. Getting 7 adults and 3 kids’ schedules to align to go on a family vacation together isn’t an easy feat, but this was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The golf cart is perfect for exploring the neighborhood, and going to the beach. Having 3 full bathrooms was awesome, and super important to us. The property is very well maintained, and is well designed for families! Thanks so much, we will be back!

Tom was a great host and the place was wonderful. We ate out most nights and made a home cooked meal in the kitchen once and for other meals. Our kids really enjoyed the pool! Tom was also very responsive when there was an issue from too much wind. Enjoy!

Wonderful. Beyond expectations. We flew our 2 kid and their families (2 grands) down for a birthday weekend and it was perfect. The shallow end of the pool was perfect for our 2 year old and the adults to lounge in and the deep (5') was perfect for everyone else. The house was pristine. The golf cart for the "beach run" was so fun! Beds were great, bathrooms (3!) were beautifully modern. Would love to rebook next year for just my husband and I to enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful home! Great for big groups - love the heated pool and outdoor games. The kitchen has everything you need to eat at the house. The area has good restaurants to choose from if you want to go out or order in. The golf cart is ideal for taking a trip up to the beach - makes parking a breeze. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time at the property with our kids. There was a dolphin that came by every evening. Even jumped up in between the girls on their kayaks. We’ll definitely be back.

Tom’s place was amazing!! It was better than described! Located in a peaceful neighborhood with spectacular views right on the water. The pool was incredible and kept warm enough to use everyday even in cooler weather. Games on property to keep us busy and a golf cart and kayaks available to use. So relaxing!! Tom was easily available and very responsive to any issues. We had planned to do some excursions but did not because we didn’t want to leave this paradise! The home was perfectly kept and the beds sooo comfortable! I cannot say enough about this place and definitely hope to be back there again!! Thanks Tom!!

This place was amazing for our family get away. We enjoyed the pool and even fished off the dock. Our dog enjoyed the fully fenced in back yard as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great find! The house and yard was so nice for relaxing and fun! Games provided helped us with some laughs. We had a small Problem with the tv and internet and Tom was there to fix it the next morning. The golf cart was great to get to the beach and local restaurants too

Tom could not have been more accommodating. Very responsive. House was immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of amenities. Tom has been doing this for over 10 years. He knows what is important to the clients. Was in town for my son's wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the house. Absolutely zero stress or frustration from accommodation standpoint for the wedding. In fact, kayaking and the beach were great relaxations. Best thing i can say is YES Definitely rent from Tom again!! Thank you for everything Tom.

The outside pool area is beautiful and the games and setups outside are very nice. Golf cart to travel to and from beach was clutch. Host very responsive and the place was as described and a wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful, the go cart was so fun and everything was near by, the beach is pristine and like 4 minutes away in a new golf cart that seats six and has plenty of room for all your beach equipment, the pool is clean and fun, you can fish and kayak from the home, it was like being rich for a weekend!

Our stay at Aloha Paradise was exactly as the pictures shown online. And was exactly what we needed in order to exhale from the world. Tom is the epitome of an exceptional host. If we could give him 10 stars we would. We arrived early and since it was ready for us he allowed us to check in. Everything we could ever want or ask was in the guide book provided. The amenities were top notch, everything was clean, comfortable and allowed us to have a wonderful break. The golf cart was great to run grab coffee or breakfast in the mornings. To top off the trip, Tom has a dolphin charter which is a great way to see the area as well as the playful Dolphins. Book your stay with Tom. You’ll get everything he says you’ll get and more. Tom's Airbnb beach house is an absolute paradise! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the location. The house itself is a masterpiece—stylishly decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is absolutely incredible and a great place to relax. Loved being able to go on the golf cart around the town. Tom's attention to detail and exceptional hospitality make this beach house a hidden gem. I can't recommend it highly enough for an unforgettable getaway.

Staying here was an ultimate pleasure. Tom & Dave were super friendly and made us feel at ease. Tom lives close by if you need anything, but the whole space felt very private and homey. The house itself is beautiful: recently remodeled with great care. The high-end furniture is new and the space is tasteful. The beds were comfy & there's tons of space, which makes it perfect for both large groups and families. And it's relaxing looking over the water while using the full-service kitchen. The backyard space is divine: we used the kayaks and saw dolphins & manatees! The pool was well lit at night, and was fun and safe for old and young folks alike (we had a baby girl in our party and she loved it) The golfcart was a godsend and we took it into town for lunch and live music at the local bar (Crabby Bill's- great!) All in all, the best airbnb experience I've had in a while. I don't go to Florida often, but might just book another stay to have this whole experience again. 5/5, 10/10.

This incredible waterfront home is everything you want and need in a luxury home. The beach is right around the corner and you can take a 6 seater golf cart to nearly anywhere. The pool was nothing shy of amazing. It has a tanning shelf and stools. We loved the well stocked kitchen to cook anything and everything. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. With a wide concept layout. Excellent linens and bedding. Large showers and immaculately clean. Every little detail was well thought out. We appreciated the luggage racks and nightlights. Tom was very informative about local must try restaurants, ice cream and bars. This home is in my top 5 rated homes I want to return too. Looking forward to our return.

My family and I had a great time at Toms place. House was larger than expected, super clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing to bring except our clothes. My teenage daughters loved driving the golf cart to the beach and having a golf cart to use was awesome during those hot days when you dont feel like walking. I would highly recommend the house to any families looking for an updated, beach house with everything at your fingertips. FYI- the water sunset views from the pool are unbelievable!! Thanks Tom for a great stay. We plan to surely return again.

Truly, one of best Airbnb places I’ve stayed! We loved relaxing in the pool overlooking the water…incredible view! The pool is awesome, we enjoyed sitting on the underwater stools, cocktails resting on the island with the palm tree. It was like our own little private paradise! Oh and the dolphins jumping around right in front of the dock was a BONUS! The house was amazing too. Very well designed, beautiful furnishings, extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. This place is great for multiple families/couples with bedrooms spaced out for privacy and 3 bathrooms. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoyed dinner on the big, nice dining table while watching the sunset. Indian Rocks Beach is such a great nice, quaint Florida beach town. Having the golf cart included with the rental was key, we were able to ride around and explore the area. The beach is just a few minutes away from the property. We didn’t want to leave, but definitely will be back to this dreamy place!

If you are looking, for an amazing Airbnb right on the bay, do not hesitate…. Book this place! Me and a three friends decided to try this place out in Indian Rocks beach mainly because of the location, but also because of the pool and water access. We had high expectations from the photos we saw of the place. Every expectation was exceeded! The house was beautiful. The location was perfect, with only a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Tom messaged us intermittently with recommendations of things to do in the local area. But honestly, the best part was just lounging by that fantastic pool and watching the sun slowly set. It was such an amazing place.

Our stay here was amazing!! We wanted a getaway from the hustle and bustle of work life to relax and that is exactly what we got from the moment we got here! The place has such a nice layout and design that truly feels like a tropical getaway! The hosts definitely put thought into the details of the place. The best part was the pool and views of the bay! You can even catch glimpses of dolphins right from the dock! The beach is less than a 5mins drive from the Airbnb and surrounded by so many great places to eat in or have delivered. The host was so accommodating and quick with answering any questions we had and also gave us some great suggestions for activities (boat ride, kayaking, and even in house masseuse upon request!). We are already looking at our calendars to plan our next trip here again!

This home is truly paradise! It is better than the photos! My friends and I had been planning a beach get away for quite some time. We picked this because of the amazing sunsets in the backyard and unique pool. Didn’t expect much because we mainly planned on being at the beach. Well, let me tell you...we spent about two hours total at the beach and decided that our views and space at the pool were 10000x better. We loved loved the open layout and the fact that it had 3 full bathrooms. We even got to see dolphins playing in the bay! There are plenty of restaurants a golf cart ride away. Pizza, Brazilian, Mexican, Italian, and lotsss of seafood of course. Tom and Dave were both very nice and very responsive. Overall, 11/10. Will absolutely be back on a few months!
