Loved our stay at Dolphin Cove. To top it off having the boat as part of the stay would have made it 5 all round..!

Beautiful home and pool that we really enjoyed. We saw at least one dolphin all days but one. Kids caught some small fish off the dock.The house had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for a great stay!

I want to than Thomas who is a great host with what I would say one of the best properties I have ever stayed. It's clean, full of activities in and around the area. The guide provided was very informative and any questions I had were addressed promptly. My family enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Thank you again and we will definitely return to the area and if the house is available, to the house as well.

We rent a different property every year. This was by far the the cleanest, best equipped, best managed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

If you are looking in St Petersburg you cannot go wrong with this property. The management team could not have been more responsive to our calls. Even helped us lower the sunscreen so we could watch the soccer World Cup, no glare on huge TV. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed cruising in the golf cart. House is close to local restaurants and pubs.

This is the second stay in this home for my family! Absolutely perfect! Could not have been better! Golf cart rides to the beach are fun! One thing I always look for is enough seating for dining and in the living room—this home checks both boxes. So often there is plenty of sleeping space but not enough of the other. Luxury home with all the bells and whistles! Bedding is so comfy. I never want to leave!! Sadly, I’m typing this from the Tampa airport…I’m sure anyone who stays here will love it!! This house exceeds our expectations. So well equipped and laid out. It allows everyone their own space as well as terrific opportunities for gatherings. It was enjoyable to have the fabulous pool, kayaks and paddle boards available. Just a quick and easy golf cart ride to the beach.

We have rented a florida house for a week in the summer for the last 15 years. Always a different house in a different location in Florida. This house was by FAR the best house ever. The interior furniture and style was AMAZING. Not to mention every activity you could possibly think of was covered from water activity and fishing to a provided golf cart. Amazing !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!! 1,000,000 STARS !!!

We just wrapped up a weeklong stay at Dolphin Cove and it truly exceeded expectations for our group of families. The home was incredibly clean from top to bottom, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. What really stood out were all the thoughtful details you don’t usually find in a short-term rental. From the well-stocked spaces to the little touches throughout the home, it was clear a lot of care went into creating a great guest experience. The layout was perfect for multiple families. The extra living space gave everyone room to spread out, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom made a huge difference. It made mornings and evenings seamless, even with a full house. Between the space, cleanliness, and attention to detail, this was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Let me start by saying that Tom and Nicole are AMAZING! They are so responsive and helpful, I just cant say enough good things about them! This property did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful, well maintained and CLEAN! Beds and linens were wonderful. You could not get a better location. This is the perfect property for more than one family going. The upper level living room was perfect for after the grandparents went to bed. Every detail of this home was perfection and worth every penny! Hope to be back soon!

The home was beautiful, we had 11 people, each couple with their own room & bathroom. We enjoyed the views, especially the third floor deck at sunsets. We celebrated Christmas Dinner, with plenty of space for everyone, breakfast on the second floor balcony. The pool and hot tub were great ways to relax in the evenings after long days of visiting local attractions. Also the Golf Cart was great for quick trips to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at Dolphin Cove, oh btw we saw dolphins off he dock 5 out of 7 days, so it definitely lived up to its name..

Tom was a great host. We had several really minor questions and he answered immediately, even during NFL Sunday games. Would positively recommend this house for groups and families. It exceeded our group’s expectations.

My group had an amazing stay. The host was very helpful and gave great recommendations of things to do. The home was so beautiful and the accommodations were above and beyond. The home had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back to Clearwater and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Dolphin Cove! The neighborhood was awesome for driving the golf cart and going on walks. The house was absolutely stunning, plenty of room for our big family, and had beautiful views of the water. Pool/hot tub were great. Kitchen is awesome for cooking a big dinner and staying in to watch the sunset. Located near the beach and restaurants and just a short drive to Tampa. Tom was a great host and was always available if we needed anything but everything was setup perfectly from the beginning. 10/10 recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a home with Florida Dreamscape. Both were incredible, over the top experiences. The Dolphin Cove is our new favorite. There were no short cuts taken by the owners of this property. Our guests ranged in age from 82 to 2 and it was perfect for everyone. The pool, hot tub, kayaks, golf cart kept everyone entertained for days. The owners are super responsive and even purchased a crock pot for us when we asked if one was available. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable family vacation.

Can’t get much better than this for a beach vacation in the United States! From the time you pull up you realize you are in a special place exactly as advertised. Beautiful modern property with everything and anything a family could need. Can take golf carts for a short ride to the beach or to multiple restaurants. 3 levels for all to relax at the house and they thought of everything. Indian Rocks Beach is fantastatic. Pool and Hot tub at the house were amazing. Kids and adults loved it. 5 plus stars. Property owner extremely responsive for anything you might need.

What a gorgeous property. It looks even better than the pictures. It had everything you would need plus more. It was in prestine condition, such a dream property. The neighborhood felt safe to let our kids ride bikes, the golf cart was great to get us in town. Dolphins swimming by, great fishing off the dock for the kids, sunset's every night.The owner was close by if we needed anything and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommended and hope to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time on our four night. Stay at dolphin Cove. The house is beautiful and extremely clean.quiet area but plenty to do nearby on the golf cart. They had all of the amenities we needed for our seven person group. Enjoyed our evening soak in the hot tub. Especially enjoyed our boat ride on the catamaran!

Tom was a great host. The home was beautiful and very spacious but felt cozy and comfortable. We had a few minor issues and Tom was very communicative and offered help/solutions promptly. Overall a wonderful experience and cannot wait to be back.

This is a stunningly beautiful house! It feels like you’re staying at your best friend’s home, not just a house! The home is so welcoming and comfortable! Unlike any other house I’ve rented, this one had toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap from Bath and Body Works! You can tell it’s furnished as a home and not a rental. The beds are very comfortable, two being fairly firm if you need that. Tom, the host, is very responsive. I texted to ask if he had a fishing poles available and he brought some over within the hour!! I will definitely be a repeat customer if the occasion arises!

We had a great experience during our stay! The house is stunning, clean, and came with everything you could possibly need. My husband was especially impressed with the kitchen and all the appliances for cooking big family dinners. You never know what will be provided when you stay at a vacation rental and this one was fully stocked! Everyone had room to stretch out and there was something for every generation to enjoy - from 5 to 83. The small details like all the light switches being labeled and a little beach bag with towels in each room made a noticeable difference! Taking the golf cart to the beach was an easy and fun part of every day, but you could easily spend the day floating around the pool and playing with the water toys in the intercoastal. Tom was a fantastic host and always available to help if we had a question pop up. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a multi generational family stay and will cherish the memories made here.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfectly located on the water. Upon arrival the house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated in a costal theme. The home was wonderful. Being brand new Tom asked all of us to let him know if it was missing anything. We gave him a few suggestions and he got right on them. With several older guests the elevator was a necessity and worked perfectly. We loved the house and Tom as host.

Wow! We were the first guests to stay in this brand-new home and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm Florida sunshine and the calm intercoastal waters in the back yard. The name “Dolphin Cove” lives up to reality with dolphins swimming by almost daily! The property itself was immaculate and the designer décor was beautiful. The spacious living area provided plenty of comfortable seating for our large group to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area, and there were plenty of quiet spaces to get away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor grill was a nice touch for enjoying al fresco dining on the patio. The owner stocked coffee and tea and basic spices and oils for cooking. The pool and hot tub are perfection!
