The place is spotless clean, has absolutely everything you might need if you stay by the beach. Everything was new, appliances and kitchen equipment, cutlery and silverware. The host is very responsive and friendly, we really enjoyed our time there.
Perfect location and great host!
Everything was as described. We enjoyed our trip. The kids loved riding the golf cart down to 14th Ave for ice cream 🍦 The beach was literally across the street. The unit was very clean. I usually get the ick sleeping in other beds. This was by far the best bed, pillows, and bedding!!!! We all slept well. The unit has everything you could possibly need, towels, washcloths, full kitchen, cleaning supplies, you name it. It is very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, and we would love to stay here again. Super easy walk to the beach and Cafe de Paris (yummy crepes!), with more options within golf cart distance. We never used the golf cart for the beach since it was so close, but it was a nice perk and we enjoyed it for the park and ice cream. Plenty of towels provided, and my kids loved the boogie boards. This place was perfect for a week at the beach!
Can't say enough positive feedback!. Property was super clean inside and out. Everything we needed, and in the most walkable part of town to the beach, restaurants, shops...Beds and sofa very comfortable. husband always runs out of ice, not once this trip. All new appliances and large tvs a plus in the evenings.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The host was excellent — very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!
We enjoyed our stay in IRB largely because of our experience with this unit. We arrived to find it clean and ready to use with everything provided that we needed to cook and do daily activities. Wifi speed is good. They have large TVs in every room (bring your own login unless you want to watch tubi). Dishwasher cleans well, as does the washer and dryer. The unit is 2 blocks from public access to the beach. So it is very convenient to go there daily. Plus there are 2 one person kayaks available to use. There are multiple restaurant options close by and a short drive over the bridge provides multiple grocery store options. We had questions a few times during our trip and the host was very quick to respond with help. Definitely recommended.
