We let our 13 year old daughter plan this trip, and she picked the Clearwater area along with this place for us to stay. She did a great job.We just got back, and we had a great week. The location was probably the best part. We could walk from the front door to the beach in less than five minutes. The beach was never terribly crowded either, which was nice.The pool was awesome. It looked like a newer addition to the property and was a great way to cool off after spending time at the beach. Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed! All the essentials were provided. The golf cart made accessing the area a breeze! The beach was perfection! IRB is a more residential area so the beach was not crowded, close easy access, and the beach itself was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great! The layout was perfect. Beautiful area. We all agreed that we would rent the same house again in a heartbeat!
Beach stay unit A was a perfect stay for a get away. The golf cart included was fun and made getting around easier. Plenty of room for everyone even if last minute arrivals showed up. Can't beat the beach access right across the main road. Breakfast lunch and dinner options were within walking distance, but again the gold cart made those travels easy and fun. Would return again and rent both A and B units for a bigger get together.
