Loved the condo! Very clean and had everything we needed especially with beach essentials. We flew so we’re not able to bring chairs and beach toys so that was helpful it was provided. Very clean a d beautiful condo.

I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family! I would definitely stay again and again. It is such a great location - the second level back balcony is a stone throw to the beach, and the side balcony has a great view of the pool. The owner has ensured you have everything you could possibly need right down to the Ninja canopy, great chairs and a cooler for the beach. The kitchen is stocked with every widget and tool you could possibly need including a drip coffee maker or a Keurig - take your pick! Everything is very clean and updated and professionally decorated! You will be very comfortable staying at this beautiful condo! The beds are comfy with soft Egyptian sheets and high-end pillows. The washer and dryer and heavy duty so you can wash towels quickly. We had to contact the manager once and it was an immediate response. The location is close to so many restaurants and shopping options! For all of this, the price was very reasonable.

We loved our stay here! Amazing views of the beach from inside the condo! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Clean, clear beach with powder like white sands! The condo was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. I would like to point out that the assigned parking is big enough to park a GMC Denali truck with a hinge, which was one of our concerns for travel arragements. Tom and his sister are amazing hosts and resoond to any questions right away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great beach get away! The location is the best. The condo has all the amenities needed and ease of access to beach and pool. Tom is responsive and helpful with any questions.

We arrived around 11am, after speaking with Tom and the cleaner the place was all ready to check in, which was perfect. The condo was just like the pictures and descriptions, it was beautiful. It had nearly everything you could think of that you may need. If we had any questions we reached out to Tom and he was able to help us quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo/host(s) and will be staying here/booking with them again in the future.

Great stay! Place was just like photos. Easy access to beach and pool. Waves were calm for kids to play in. Host was responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

This place was great! clean, had everything you need, right by the beach. We enjoyed our two week stay, we loved the area, quiet beach not too crowded, perfect for family’s. Will come back in the future.

Tom was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved the stay and hope to be back! Tom went above and beyond with a quick response when we had an issue with the door lock. He and his buddy were there within minutes and fixed the problem. Would recommend this condo to anyone! Great location. Great pool and beach access. Beautiful beach!

The condo was amazing. Everything you could want in a vacation spot. We had 4 adults and 4 children and felt very comfortable. There was everything from kitchen supplies to beach supplies already there. We watched dolphins everyday from the balcony. It was great having the 2 balconies with one overlooking the beach and the other overlooking the pool. Our kids were old enough that we could keep on eye on them if they wanted to go down and we stayed up. There are bathrooms right by the pool making it very convenient to be down there. The only thing we were a little bummed about was the restaurants around the area and that has nothing to do with Toms condo. We were used to having many walkable choices were we went before. The plus side on that was we ate at the condo more and had everything we needed to make every meal.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. The unit had a nice selection of board games, puzzles and coloring books that our 10 year old son really enjoyed. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We enjoyed cooking dinner at home most evenings. The condo is nicely decorated and felt clean and well-maintained. We loved the balcony and the ocean-front view and enjoyed the nightly sunset there. We love staying at the Beach Cottages and highly recommend this beautiful condo.

This is a great place to stay! Much less commercial than Clearwater Beach area, less people and great access to the beach. Nice space, well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Million dollar view from the main balcony, master bedroom, and living room. Sunsets were spectacular and something we looked forward to every day. The second balcony also had a great view and super-relaxing rocker chairs. Interior furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Genuinely easy beach access, well cared-for pool and hot tub all combined to make this a very relaxing getaway.

We were looking for a place to go that wasn’t to crowded by tourists during the pandemic. This was the perfect location, close enough to get what we needed but far enough from others. Tom was very helpful on getting all the information to us without personal contact. We had a great time.

Beautiful, clean, excellent location, Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Well stocked. Beachy decor. Could not have asked for more. Hope to stay here again. Hubby and myself, daughter and hubby, 4 children age 2, 2-12 yr olds and 13 year old. We used the grills and divided our time between beach/ocean, pool and hot tub. Owner sent lots of good tips and info and was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!

Condo was tastefully decorated and all the amenities including washer and dryer, everything in the kitchen and even an extra blow up mattress. Beautiful view of the beach from balcony with very quick and easy access to beach. Everything we needed for a day at beach including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler. Property owner was excellent on answering any questions we had.. Most definitely will be back!!!

This place was very clean and organized and exactly what it said it was! Great place, location, and amenities! It also already had a packnplay for my toddler which was nice to not have to pack and travel with! Tom was extremely easy to get a hold of when needed and responds very quickly! Would definitely stay there again!

This was a GREAT condo. View is spectacular. Pool is great - beach is fantastic. It was a quiet and relaxing trip even with 3 kids. There were beach toys for the kids and plenty of towels. A few things - kitchen is pretty sparse. All of the beach chairs were broken and the shower head in the master bath was broken. None of which I complained about - so it's not on the owner. None of it was a big enough deal to me to contact them. - just a heads up for the owners. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and snap this place up. We were convinced it was the best spot on the beach. Tom, the owner was amazing to deal with. We had a few hiccups (our fault) and he could not have been nicer about it. This place is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, all the amenities you could need. Perfect place for a family or quiet get away w your significant other. You won’t regret it!
