The place was beautiful, very clean and well stocked.

Tom’s place was everything we were looking for to have a perfect family beach vacation.

Tom’s place was beautiful, spacious, and so clean and well equipped. if you forgot something- whether it be a toothbrush, a beach towel, or a sand toy- chances are it’s there! we had an early flightand we were even able to get an early check in when the cleaners were finished. looking forward to our next trip already!

The beach sunset and area were amazing. The unit was super clean and decorated well. All the carpentry paint etc was done by someone skilled. View from the deck was amazing. The beach was pristine. We will definitely be back and if you’re thinking about booking do so. The unit was perfect for me my wife our 14 and 10 year old, we traveled with my sister and my 9 year old niece and all had ample room. The renter provided so many extras, toiletries beach gear the guide app was awesome and helped get to know the area really week and was easy to use.

Amazing family vacation!!! Condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location/incredible views. Beach was not too crowded, as it seemed to be directly in Clearwater. Condo had everything you need plus some. We bought several swim boards, beach toys and all that our first day. However, realized the balcony closet had toys, chairs, umbrellas and other items for the beach. Happened to see someone else's door open with the same items. So, decided to check ours 😂 It may had said it in our guest book, if so, I must of missed it. Guest book in itself was a wonderful tool with lots of useful information. Parking was a bit frustrating. Very tight trying to get in and out of the condo's spot. If you have more than one vehicle know it's hard to get a guest spot, as they are not guaranteed and there are very few. No parking options otherwise, unless you want to walk a good distance. Overall, highly recommend!!! Tom was extremely attentive and very friendly. Thank you for sharing your place!

Tom was so accommodating. We had a water issue with the tub water being too hot and he took care of it immediately. It was a great trip and I would totally use his properties again.

We walked into an unfortunate unit(with a different management company) and had to find somewhere quickly. Tom was very responsive and kind. He got us in way earlier than normal check in. The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. There was a lot of construction and noise going on around us, but at no fault of our unit owner. We would def stay here again.

Great location, Very comfy beds with soft sheets, and the condo came fully equipped. It’s on the top floor with a great view and a wonderful beach. Caddy’s is right across the street (and gives you half of cocktails if it rains). There’s also a little store and ice cream shop right up the street. Kids loved the pool, and we saw dolphins every morning from the balcony.

Great location right on the beach!!! Host was very responsive. Condo was clean and even had extra bathroom and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed for a perfect family beach vacation! We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset from the private balcony overlooking the ocean. Great stay!

Loved your place! Great location! The view!! Absolutely amazing!!! Saw many dolphins from balcony and while on beach! Close to good food and fun-Caddy’s across street had a band every night! So great! Beach was so nice. Chairs with cabanas for rent right out front of condo-wonderful. Thanks!

Great stay! Beautiful condo with a GREAT view from the 10th floor. Condo was clean and has the majority of what you need during your stay. The beach & pool area were very clean too. The location was also great! We had no issues with parking or even the guest parking. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

This condo is perfect! The view, the amenities, the location all perfect! Our family of 6 flew down to have a week beach vacation and I was skeptical the condo would have everything we needed but it did! Even had baby gear that my little one enjoyed. We have stayed at a few beach vacation properties and some things are cheaply purchased, like towels and mattresses. Not here, the towels were very plush And the mattresses were so comfy! Even the beach towels that were provided were ones I would actually buy myself! Our family truly felt at home in this condo and were very sad to come home. There were even games we could all play as a family! We only experienced one issue that needed attention and the owners were very prompt in getting in touch with us and fixing the issue! They were also very professional and friendly!! Don’t hesitate to book this condo for your next Indian Shores vacation, you will not be disappointed! Oh be sure to get ice cream at LuLu’s!

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place! He was an amazing host, responded to us right away if we had any concerns or questions. The view was incredible! I was worried that it’d be noisy since it was a condo. Especially with a one year old I didn’t want him to be disrupted during sleep times. But to my surprise everything was completely quiet! It was amazing, definitely recommend!

The door has code lock, so no worrying about keys. I'm very petuliar about cleaniness and it met my standards. Has a closet on balcony with left over beach items from other guests, some not good, others stuff great. If Tom offers to take you out on his boat for the extra fee go, we had a blast!!! We did not have any problems with the condo, but felt very confident Tom would have taken care of any issues. Thanks for the memories!!!

This condo has just been remodeled with upscale materials, furniture, and appliances. It is extremely clean, very comfortable, and the perfect location for a great visit on the beach. The courteous owner is quick to respond to any questions. There is a good selection of high quality beach chairs and related items in the balcony closet. We give it our highest recommendation. We truly enjoyed our visit and plan to stay in this condo again.
