Had a wonderful stay!! Such a beautiful place and will definitely return in the future as a floridian myself you wont get more of a true beachy florida feel!! Amazing Host he was extremely helpful and accommodating to my family.

The Airbnb was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a great bonus! Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it much because it rained most of the time we were there, but it was such a nice amenity to have. Tom was a fantastic host very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, and everything made for a relaxing beach getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

This place was super cute and perfect for our stay. This area is very walkable, but the golf cart also came in handy. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the view in the backyard is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beautiful beach while also sitting on the Intracoastal with gorgeous waterfront views. The golf cart was an incredible bonus and one of our favorite perks. While it can’t be driven on the main roads, you can easily navigate the neighborhood side streets to restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee shops, ice cream, and local shops. The absolute best part was being able to take the golf cart to the beach and park for free in the resident parking…

This property was a heaven sent for my family. We need a lot of space due to the size of our family and the property did not disappoint. The spacious bedrooms, sofabed and multiple areas to sit and relax; magw this trip a plus. AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER.. TOP TIER. We will be back.

Tom’s wife was very helpful on-site with general questions. No issues. Exactly as described. Easy to get to beach and even more convenient when parking with the golf cart at the beach.

This was a quick get-away for myself, husband, oldest daughter, boyfriend and my fur baby. The unit was a perfect 2/2 for our small group. The location could not have been better - nice, safe neighborhood - literally 2 walking blocks from the beach, but we didn't have to walk because we had the fun golf cart to get us and all our beach equipment there! We had one cleanliness and one air conditioning glitch when we arrived, but Tom was super responsive and made it right. Unit #4 bay view was beautiful. Overall, great visit and very satisfied.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo (unit #4- second story overlooking water). All was as described. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and roomy enough for four people.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The bayfront location was beautiful and relaxing, and it was an easy walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart was a great asset. The condo was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect spot for two couples and unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the water view every morning with coffee. Thanks Tom and hope to see you soon!

Very satisfied with this stay. Tom’s home was absolutely amazing from the relaxed patio looking towards the dock and water. Had a beautiful time with family. Can’t wait to come back

This place is everything you could have asked for on vacation. From the view to the beach, the golf cart and even the beach chairs provided were amazing! Tom was so friendly and responsive.
