Really enjoyed this beautiful house! So much fun for a large group, especially the rooftop! Loved the attention to detail; from the amount of towels available plus everything you would need for a beach trip and more. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The home was beautiful, everyone had plenty of room and great beds. The pool was perfect for our group of adults and 3 kids. The golf cart was a great addition and well used. It was close to the beach and quite a few restaurant options. Tom was great, very informative instructions, helpful with questions and recommendations. We would absolutely rent from Tom again and have recommended his properties to people already. One of THE BEST spots we have found so far in IRB!! Every detail you can think of was meant and then some! Tom made our stay an absolute breeze!

My family spends 4th of July in IRB every year, and our accommodations this year were undoubtedly our favorite so far! The house is lovely, spacious and unique in its design. The rooftop deck provided great sunset viewing and the perfect spot for early morning coffee. Our kiddos loved the pool. We were impressed by the attractive and functional furnishings, comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. We could not have been more pleased! Tom and Lex were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property and plan to return soon!

Stayed there with my adult children and there significant others. The location was great. Beach access at the end of the street. The pool Area was great and where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well stocked. What a great vacation.

My friend and I took our children on a “girls trip” to Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay at Oasis Paradise was absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as described and had tons of room for us to all spread out and relax. The pool was cool and refreshing and the house was well apportioned and super clean. Having a golf cart to drive to the beautiful beach was a huge bonus! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful Florida vacation!

The Oasis Paradise was a great place for our family vacation. We had 8 adults in the house and it had plenty of space and the amenities were great. Honestly, we spent the vast majority of our time by the pool or at the beach. Everything you need is there for cooking or grilling. The communication from Tom at Florida Dreamscape was awesome before and during the stay. He was very invested in our satisfaction. The beach was a short walk and the golf cart was great for getting almost everywhere. Guppy's and Coco's Crush were great for eating when we did go out. We ordered pizza and subs from Pajanos and the food was excellent. Kooky Coconut was great for stopping by. Anecdote Brewing was fun as well but they only have snacks if you're looking for food. Also, our group used the Pickleball courts often and found some friendly people to play with throughout the day. We were very happy with our stay.

Tom’s house was awesome. The pool was perfect in the morning and the beach was a golf cart ride away in the afternoon. The common spaces were more than adequate for after dinner movies and card games.

We had a great time at Tom’s place! The heated pool was absolutely amazing and was very private, it was a short walk to the beach with pristine white sand and shallow waters, and the place was within walking distance from multiple restaurants. We had never been to the area and were so pleased! Tom was incredibly responsive, it really separated his Airbnb from others I’ve stayed at. We needed help with something on the first day and he immediately jumped into action! We were also able to get an early and check out late (this was pending availability of course so I don’t want to falsely promise this to others) which was a game changer for my elderly parents and sister with two young children. There were endless towels for a big group, lots of beach chairs and toys, the beds were comfy, place was nice and cool, and the golf cart and kayaks were a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again! Tom even helped me with something I left at the Airbnb! Thank you again, Tom!!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home, especially for families! The layout worked perfectly for our group—our daughter’s family had the upstairs while we stayed downstairs, which gave everyone privacy. We never heard each other, and the extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for a home office. The backyard pool was a highlight, with both sun and shade, and we loved cooking on the Blackstone grill. The kitchen had everything we needed, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The front porch was also a nice bonus. A couple small notes: the showers only have Old Spice soap/shampoo and there are no cooking extras beyond salt and pepper, so bring your own oil and spices if you plan to cook. Overall, a wonderful stay! And if you have kids, the nearby pirate cruise is a must—they loved it.

This was an absolute amazing experience. Hosts were responsive, flexible, and easy to talk to! The house has everything you need. 10/10 recommendation!

Perfect place to relax with family of all ages!

Tom's place is lovely and the location is terrific--right across from a park, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, a brewery, and the beach. The heated pool and back patio were huge hits with our group and there were plenty of places to sit quietly and relax, including a screened in porch.

We had a fantastic week at Oasis! The owner was so responsive and went above and beyond for our families. Thank you so much!

This is a great property for large families. Close to beach and golf cart makes it so easy. Pool/backyard are so private and inviting. Plenty of room to spread out. There were 6 adults and 3 children and never felt crowded. Tom is first class to work with and addressed all questions very promptly. Thank you for a great stay!

We are just returning from a week at the Oasis with our 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. If you have a couple of families, the layout of the house is perfect. Bedrooms and privacy upstairs and downstairs. Also, this location has to be one of the best in IRB because of the access to the Gulf, a huge playground, nature preserve and dining. Also, the pool area is so beautiful and fun. We had a question about the pool temperature and Tom actually came over to check it out. That certainly was above and beyond. You’ll love it!!!

A beautiful property that looks exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful backyard area, the kids loved the park, and the neighborhood is lovely. We also took advantage of the beach every day: 2 blocks away and gorgeous! Thank you Tom - we will be back!

Great stay and hospitality, had a perfect weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our family’s stay! Perfect layout for multiple households and the amenities were spot on. Loved spending time at the pool and even got in a game or two of basketball! Great location with easy beach access and local eateries!

Took a mom’s trip with 8 of my girlfriends. We had the best time! House was perfect for us. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm and clean. A lot of outdoor seating. Golf cart was perfect for going to dinner and running quick errands. Tom was a fabulous host!

My group of 6 enjoyed everything about staying at Tom’s place. The location and golf cart made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house and backyard / pool was very well kept and clean. It was spacious and more fit our group of three couples . Lastly, Tom himself was extremely responsive and responded to our couple of questions in minutes. Would def recommend this place and stay here again!

What a fantastic place for our annual ladies vacation!! Great house and heated pool within walking distance to the gorgeous beach. Close to shops and restaurants and so many other places to visit. We were extremely happy with the separate spaces we were able to hang out in. We could have privacy or hang out in multiple different areas of the house. It was absolutely just what we needed. Tom even called me to let me know I’d left my AirPods! It’s been nicely renovated in 90% of the house. Certain things show age just like any house this close to the beach might. Pillows are very flat and soft (bring your own if you can). Our guests didn’t love the downstairs beds but said they weren’t the worst. Overall I’d stay again without question.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb for our family vacation. The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the private pool and appreciated having access to the 6-person golf cart—it made getting to the nearby beach and restaurants super convenient. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. Tom, the host, was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had about the property. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our first time to Tampa and this place made us want to stay! Family of seven and it was perfect! Beach 3 minute walk or 30 seconds cart drive. Kayaking was fantastic. Clearwater beach 18 minutes away. Town was great and local stores too! Home was very comfortable. Pool was clean and used every day and night. Tom was great accommodating even the smallest request. We will return!! Thanks Tom!

We loved our stay. The house was everything we could have wanted for a large group of ladies celebrating a bachelorette. The pool and backyard space were perfect!! Tom was an excellent host. Super responsive and accommodating.

This is the second time we have rented this house. It never disappoints. Everyone is comfortable and has their own space. We felt very at home. Very close to everything and the gold cart was the hit for all. We love this house and got quick responses from host. We will be back a third time I am sure! Very enjoyable!!

We had a wonderful time, even though just a couple days. The pool was amazing, and hard to tear ourselves away to head to the beach. The golf cart was so convenient to get around town. The house was beautiful and so many different nooks to relax in. I’m sure it may have said in the amenities section, but expected there to be some shampoo and soap available in the bathrooms but there was not, and for the price we paid, that would have been an inexpensive way to accommodate guests. Beach was just a few blocks away!

House was amazing! We come to IRB every year and this was by far our favorite house! So clean, not far from the beach and the pool was great!

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at this property. The property is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants but the golf cart provided is a bonus (although this can’t now be used along Gulf Blvd so use the back streets). The property is spacious and well equipped for eating at home. The pool is a great feature to the property (and is cleaned regularly) and the outside spaces are really lovely. We were treated to a raccoon walking across the yard about 11 pm one evening and a young owl falling from its nest and watching us in the pool for a while before flying back up to Mum in their nest in one of the trees. (Clearly wasn’t overly thrilled with our 7 year old Grandaughter’s offer to take it home with her!) The nature reserve close by is beautiful and our grown up kids made use of the kayaks provided at the property. All in all a great time had by all in a great property.

The house was very large and had a great outdoor area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway near the beach.

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip and we all had a blast! Great location, close to the beach, great restaurants and bars around. Tom gave us a great list of stuff to do. Plenty of towels for the beach and a golf cart for transport although we could walk. Had just as much fun hanging at the house by the pool! Even had fun cooking out on the blackstone. Tom thought of everything with this Airbnb. 10/10 recommend.

We spent our third spring break week at this beautiful home. Clean, beautifully furnished, fantastic pool, and close to the beach and our favorite Kooky Coconut. Tom is a very responsive host! Highly recommend!

Wonderful time with friend at the Oasis

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The golf cart was really fun to use. The host went above and beyond. There is still some damage in the surrounding areas from the hurricane, but most of the businesses are open. The nature preserve and kayak launch across the street were still closed as of 1/20/25 due to damage. Overall, great experience!

This was a great place for my family to spend the holidays. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved having a playground right across the street. The heated pool and outside area are wonderful. Tom was very available while being respectful of our privacy. Great spot!!!

We stayed for a girls weekend and it was perfect, close to the beach but also perfect for just relaxing. Great place!

Tom was very responsive and quick. He was exactly the host you want and the house was a great place to vacation. We had 3 couples and all the associated kids with us and we fit into the house perfectly. The house was kid friendly and set up for vacations for families. I definitely recommend this place.

It was a real pleasure to spend the last 5 nights here. Oasis made you feel right at home, with everything that you need for kids and adults to have a perfect getaway. Eveything was great from the pool, to the golf cart, relaxing areas spread throughout the property, and overall nice decor and touches that made it feel cozy and beachy!

We loved the place and would definitely recommend staying here. Hope to be back in the future.

We'd give 10 stars if we could! This house is THE house you want to stay in on IRB. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations. Tom was extremely attentive both before and during our stay and was easy to communicate with. We had plenty of room for our 9 guests that stayed for the week. The house was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time there. We were only a block and a half from the beach, but it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the perfect set up in the backyard as the pool was a dream. Both the kids AND the adults were so sad this morning not to be able to dive in first thing in the morning (we came home yesterday :(. The golf cart was a very fun option when running to get coffees in the morning, heading out to play some pickleball or visiting the local surf shop. This house is central to a variety of delicious restaurants in the area (all within 5 minutes of the house!), the beach, the nature preserve across the street, locals shops and more. IRB is a great option when looking for a slower Florida feel (we usually vacation in Sanibel Island, but wanted to change things up a bit this year). It is a small, friendly, easy to navigate area and we cannot recommend this house more. You'll enjoy every second of your time here!

Oasis was an amazing space! My family and I loved the property and all the amenities - we hardly left the pool and pool deck areas. When we did, the included golf cart was super easy to hop in and get around Indian Rocks Beach. With beach access, nature preserve, and lots of restaurants nearby, we didn’t even get into our rental car once during our stay! Tom really is a great host. Super communicative and proactively helpful. Can’t recommend him or this property enough! IRB is a great, fun but quiet area that we will definitely return too — and we’ll look to stay in Oasis again if it’s available!

The Oasis is absolutely the best choice! Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach/downtown, and the golf cart is a perfect addition for this home! I will definitely book this spot again!

Stayed here with a group of friends and absolutely loved the place! Ample amount of room for our group of 8 and the perfect layout for all of us to be together. We spent a lot of time out by the pool and using the golf cart to go to the beach and nearby stores/cafes. 20 minute drive from Clearwater and lots of yummy food places nearby. Our stay at Oasis Paradise was flawless. The house and property were clean and well stocked with beach accessories! The pool was wonderful and the golf cart was perfect for short errands and hauling chairs/umbrellas to the beach. I booked Tom’s place for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! It easily accommodated 9 girls while still remaining spacious. The backyard is great for relaxing all day and the beach is only a short walk away. The house was spotless when we arrived and overall it was the highlight of our weekend. Thanks Tom! Phenomenal property that suited our family babymoon perfectly. Property and amenities were exactly as described and shown in the photos. Owners provided a comprehensive digital welcome manual and app which made it very easy to check in/out. All beds were very comfortable. Living space in the house allowed us all to relax and enjoy our time. The pool was kept at a nice temperature which allowed us to enjoyed it day and evening. Absolutely beautiful home which is close to the beach and easily accessible by walking or using the 6-person golf cart.
