Thanks Tom! My wife and I had an incredible time. Felt right at home, clean, as described, had everything we could need. We definitely plan on returning!

Eight of us (two singles, three couples) stayed at Tom’s. We had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. The primary bedroom/bathroom pushed the home into incredible. Hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and we felt comfortable contacting them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning 😍

Tom is an extremely responsive and professional host. Everything that is offered with the rental makes it a compelling and enjoyable experience: in addition to the five bedrooms and the pool in the backyard (great for kids), Tom also provides free use of a golf cart, beach chairs, beach tent and umbrella, tons of towels, cooler, etc. Also, a mini golf setup in the front yard and flat panel TV's everywhere you look! It's a lot of bang for your buck. We also enjoyed the local attractions. The Dali Museum is definitely worth a visit and so is the Titanic exhibition. We're from NYC so we had a taste of home when we visited Jo-El's, amazing pastrami and deli sandwiches. We would happily rent from Tom again.

We were a family group of 10, 3 generations. Everyone loved your place! We had corn hole contests, ping pong tournaments lots of swimming. Did not get a chance to dine out as one son is a chef and kept us well fed. We all agreed that another stay there was probably going to happen. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

There were a total of 6 of us, 4 adults, one teenager and a child. We each had our own space, plenty of room between the 3 levels, with our own bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and made breakfast easy every day. The golf cart was an added treat. Yes walking to the beach is close enough but with the golf cart it was seconds! The pool was refreshing on evenings after days at the beach. We even used the putting green, ping pong table and corn hole boards. The beds were all comfortable and cozy. We would absolutely recommend this home for large parties.

Of all the Airbnb’s we have gone to, this is by far my favorite. The house was the perfect size for my family and dogs. The layout of the home, as well as the backyard, is ideal. It’s even better in person than in the pictures. Having the Golf Cart available for guests is a great touch as well. We loved the location, loved the home, and we can’t wait to come back.

Great place for all 8 adults. Nice big kitchen. Made our weekend wedding great. Few blocks from the beach and just hanging out in the pool area was great. Host was great as well.

wonderful location. house perfect for our group of 11. golf cart and beach access were invaluable. local shops close. wife, myself, 2 daughters 1 son, 2 spouces 2 teenages a 5 year old and 2 year old. complete kitchen 4 batrooms, 2 laundry rooms and a small pool. it was perfect for us.

We stayed for 2 weeks, we enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was great, had what we needed. Answered any questions promptly! Will come again if we need that large of a house! Prefect spot, pool was a big hit along with bags and ping pong. Love how close to beach. Gulf cart was a plus as well. Thank you so much!!

Tom’s home is beautiful!! So perfect for a weekend getaway with a group of friends or family! Not only is the location perfect and so close to the beach, but between the pool, ping pong, putting green, etc. the amenities at the home made the stay very fun! You can tell Tom put a lot of attention into the details of this property and takes care of it very carefully! 10/10 stay!

The house was great for 5 adults and 5 children. We loved the backyard and outdoor spaces! The kids had a great time in the pool and on the putting green. We loved the quiet neighborhood and that the beach was so close. The golf cart was great and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The host, Tom, was friendly and extremely responsive to any question. Wonderful family getaway and wouldn’t hesitate to book again...can’t wait to go back!

My family of 8 had an amazing time here. Very spacious and the kids loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops that are right down the street. The big kitchen and two refrigerators made it easy for our big family to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

Great, family neighborhood. Home was walking distance to Gulf of America and the beach was very clean. Cute breakfast spot a block from home, as well as, an ice cream shop. Short drive to Clearwater beach. Tom was so very helpful with any questions we had.

The pool and game rooms were a hit with my family. Loved the heated pool. Back yard was great for bags and grilling along with just hanging out. The master suite is awesome.

The pool was everything we wanted. We loved it. The whole backyard experience was incredibly comfortable, clean and private. Tom was incredible, always easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I usually don't stay at the same place twice, but I will definitely be back to the property.

Fantastic home and location! We really enjoyed the space - inside and out. We happened to be there during a tropical storm, but the house held up very well and we felt safe and secure. Outside space and master bedroom were our favorite spaces. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, some items missing but overall experience was excellent!

Great location for a family beach vacation with ample space to spread out in the house. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants using the golf cart. Pool area was the perfect post-beach retreat. We hope to go back again!

During our stay one particular day we had an issue with air conditioning on main level. Tom responded quickly & had it repaired & working the same day.

Had a fantastic family gathering at Azul Paradise! There were a total of 10 of us. My parents who are in their 70s, my wife and our kids who are 9 and 11, and my brother, his wife and their two daughters who are 16 and 19. The upstairs top level worked perfectly for us with a king bed and double size bunk beds so my kids both had large beds as well. Tom was a great host who was super responsive when we had questions and made sure we had an enjoyable stay! Lastly, the outdoor area was so peaceful and made the place the perfect gathering for the 10 of us with so much to do and very spacious. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice accomodations and wonderful pool. We had a great time. There are lots of places to eat and the beach is just far enough away from the major resorts so it's ot overly crowded. Would certainly come again.

Everything was fantastic. I would choose to be here time and time again.:)

Pool area and location were great. Had a hiccup on the trip but Tom’s responsiveness is the reason I give it 5 stars. Best host I’ve had interactions with on Airbnb. Very quick and service oriented.

The place was very spacious, very clean, extremely comfortable, and if you like to hang out by the pool, the pool was heated and very spacious, and one of the greatest advantages of the location was how close it was to all the restaurants and of course the beaches

Had a fantastic weekend at Tom’s home. He sent an in depth guidebook that covered everything from check in to check out, including great local recommendations for dining and activities. I would recommend anyone looking for a great house in Indian Rocks Beach to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces accompanying the house… pool area, corn hole, tv/sitting area w/bar and of course the ping pong table & putting green. Most everything is within walking distance, but if it isn’t the large golf cart comes in handy! My competitive family definitely loved the pickle-ball courts nearby. The area is so quaint & friendly. We will definitely be back!

This house is definitely a paradise! Flew my family in to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday, and the house had everything we needed to make it special. Between the pool, the games, and the amazing space to spread out, we felt like we didn't need to leave! But when we did, there was plenty to do only a short walk or golf cart ride away. The beach was right there! Definitely would stay here again. Thank you, Tom!

Beautiful and extremely spacious home. Sound is fairly isolated between bottom and top floors. Great location within walking distance of a beautiful beach that didn't feel too crowded. So many different activities available in and around the house. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Amazing! Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Neighbors were friendly and recommended some food spots. Loved the area and having the golf cart made life easier getting everything and everybody to the beach and back. If we’re in the area again, definitely staying at Azul Paradise!!

Had a great stay at the Azul paradise with a group of friends! Location was great for activities in IRB and the house had lots of games to keep us busy. Golf cart was a lifesaver for quick trips to the grocer and the the various bars along the main road. Beach was also right down the road. Master bathroom is also really nice!

We had a wonderful time at Azul Paradise! Tom and his wife were very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had! The house was beautiful and the pool was fantastic! Location was great and so nice to be so close to the beach! Would highly recommend staying here!

Place was great! Close to beach, stores and restaurants….so easy with the golf cart!! Tom addressed some issues very promptly and always answered my questions in a timely manner…. Would definitely use again!

After more than two weeks after our trip, our group is still talking about how great this house is. Walking distance to a grocery store, great restaurants and the beach, while also having plenty of reasons to stay in and enjoy the pool and indoor and outdoor hang-out areas. The house slept ten of us very comfortably, and we were never fighting for a bathroom, shower or seat when we wanted to relax. I may have found my go-to place if I'm ever visiting the Tampa Bat area. And thanks again to Tom for being so responsive and helpful! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We loved the house from the east sun location to the outside space we had a wonderful time! Our teenagers loved the golf cart and how close everything was for them to enjoy. The convenience of restaurants, bars and beach was awesome.

From everything about the house itself, to the yard, to the golfcart, it was just all complete perfection! Tom has created a such a wonderful home with great amenities. The house was amazing, especially for a bachelor party. We all felt comfortable and accommodated, and Tom was a great communicator leading up to and throughout our trip. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough! 10/10

I have nothing but good things to say about the house and Tom the host. The house was in a great location within walking distance from the beach and restaurants/bars. Tom was super nice and responsive to anything we needed. The welcome email is very helpful and has so much information about the house and local attractions. Myself and 11 friends stayed here and the house is super spacious with plenty to do if you don’t want yo venture out. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a fun relaxing trip!

The place was exactly what was listed and what we wanted. The place was clean and perfect for our family. We loved the pool and outside area and used it everyday after the beach. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed! Tom was very responsive and having the golf cart was so nice to go around town.

A really great house and Tom was in communication easily! We were there 5 days with 8 adults, 1 child and 3 toddlers under 2, and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is about 3 blocks from the beach - easy to walk, but with toddlers, we took the golf cart (which was very convenient to have for running to the small stores or ice cream). The backyard was very large and had astroturf, not grass, so you never had to worry about dirt, stickers or ants. Plenty of lounges, chairs for sitting outside. we used the outside bar room (with couches and a TV) all day long. Tons of pool toys…

Our favorite Airbnb to date! The location was perfect - easy beach access and the beach was so beautiful and clean. The house had fantastic space for our extended family of 11 to spend time outdoors and we all enjoyed the pool too. We were able to try several local restaurants within blocks of the house that were delicious and we enjoyed having breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. Everything was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Tom was responsive to questions and made the whole process easy - from booking to check out! We all want to come back!

Nice and clean property, new features, nice showers. Is just missing a bbq grill, but I love to use that nice blackstone . 5 min walk to the beach nice restaurants around. I really love.

We had a large group of guys for a long weekend and this place couldn’t have been better. The location was pretty perfect with bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and the beach all within walking distance. That said, the golf cart is super handy if wanting to go out a bit further. The house itself can make it tough to leave though. Putting green, great and private pool setup with some indoor/outdoor areas for when it rains. Used the Blackstone Griddle every morning and it worked like a charm. Tom was great to communicate with and if we had needed anything I’m sure it would have been tended to right away. Plenty of space and amenities for a big group to have a great time. This spot pretty much has it all. Would definitely recommend

Great house for a large group to host a college graduation event! The outdoor space was fantastic, and the house very well stocked. Only thing we wish we would have realized earlier is that the upstairs bunk room does not have a bathroom so either has to use the master bath or go down 2 flights to the ground level.

Tom’s house is absolutely beautiful. It’s the perfect size for a lot of people and it has so many amenities that can keep you entertained in the house all day long. We loved swimming in the backyard, playing ping pong, and taking the golf cart to the beach. I can’t imagine a better, more beautiful house or a better location in Indian Rocks, and I would highly recommend this house!!

Azul Paradise was a great hit for our large group! The house is newly remodeled, clean and organized. For our group, the setup was key. From a professionally landscaped putting green out front, contoured heated pool, artificial turf back yard (kids loved it!), nice lounge chairs, cornhole game, ping pong table, extra large flat iron propane grill, stylish 6-person golf cart to help with beach runs, tiki bar area out back, and so much more. The property layout gave room for the various groups to have their own space and do many things at once. The kids really enjoyed watching movies…

Very nice place , wil go there again

This was a great house. When Tampa airport had a meltdown day and canceled 20+ flights we scrambled to find a place to stay for a few days and Tom’s house had a small availability to fit our couple days. Within an hour we were set and had a place to stay, which was a huge relief traveling w family and a couple kids. The house itself is also incredible which helped turn a long day into a positive few more days in Florida. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out with the pool, yard, and outdoor bar and game area. Inside was perfect, well stocked, big TVs, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen. We had a great stay and Tom was super responsive and helpful.

Toms house was fantastic just as fantastic as he was as a host. The house truly has everything you could need and the backyard and outdoor area makes you never want to leave the house. Our group enjoyed the flat top grill, the pool, ping pong, the putting holes, among many other things. The golf cart was perfect to get around the town. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space inside the house. Plenty of towels as well. Tom was awesome and easy to communicate with. He gave regular updates and stopped by to say hi when he saw us in the front yard but was not intrusive at all. He was very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again. Our group has done many house rentals in various cities and everyone agreed this was their favorite.
