Coastal Charm

This was the perfect stay for our family vacation with two little ones. The house had all the amenities we need it, having the golf cart to go to, and from the beach was perfect and the pool was very well upkeep. We will definitely be coming back!

We had our family vacation at Tom’s house this year. The week began with not the best weather, but the golf cart helped get us around the neighborhood to different bars and restaurants and shops. This made up for not being able to get in the gulf. The house was very clean, beautiful, and looked like the pictures. The pool was a great relaxing area after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was how quick and easy it was to get to the beach—it was just a short ride away on the golf cart . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We loved staying at Coastal Charm! The house is beautiful and the pool was so clean and inviting. We loved the extra pool rafts and beach toys. The house has a great layout where the bedrooms are private from the common living area. We LOVED the convenience of having the golf cart. It’s so nice to hop on & off for local coffee or ice cream. Plus quick trips to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Indian Rocks Beach! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the pool it was sparkling clean, a great size, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with family and friends.The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and private. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in IRB. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

This house was immaculate, the location was perfection, the golf cart was super to get around town and the pool was the best part! Tom’s communication was always within minutes and I can’t complain about one thing except that we had to come home :)

Absolutely gorgeous place conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Awesome six passenger golf cart available for use and wonderful restaurants throughout Indian Rocks Beach. The property has very nice amenities and has been remodeled. We also took advantage of a four hour private charter that Tom offers on a beautiful catamaran that was a fantastic day of dolphin watching!

Tom’s place was clean quiet the pool was heated. The kids had a great time. The golf cart was wonderful. Gave us access without loading up the car with all the kids to go see all of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. Tom was very responsive to any questions. He was proactive with his app which made checking in and checking out a lot easier it was worth every penny.

Tom’s coastal charm was tremendous. All details and amenities were spectacular & we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend!

The whole experience of our vacation in this house was great! The house & pool were wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet! The host, Tom, was the Best. He answered all of our questions and was great to work with. I would highly recommend this house!
