The house was clean and well appointed. Nice pool area and plenty of outside gathering areas. The golf cart was helpful. The best part (if you have kids) is the park across the street. Hosts were responsive.

Great location and solid home for our family. Kids loved the pool and seeing the fish and other wildlife off the dock.

The location of the property was perfect. Easy to get to the beach as well as other local restaurants and bars. The property was very clean, had lots of amenities, great pool and water view. Very relaxing and excellent property. We would definitely stay again!

Tom was very easy to deal with. The house exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the layout was great. Everyone had their own space but the common living room, kitchen area going out to the pool was where everyone congregated. The outdoor furniture was well thought out and comfortable. My family absolutely loved it! The house was so close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend it! We can’t wait to go back.

Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Host noticed grill equipment was missing so had same-day delivery of replacements. Outdoor seating and dining furniture more than adequate. Inside furnishing is basic, but adequate. Golf cart was great fun to drive, and a necessity for getting folks and gear to beach. Would have been nice to have an outdoor hose or shower to wash off sand and beach gear. Host quickly responded positively to a request for 2 hour departure extension if no one was arriving same day.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful residence. We immediately felt at home! Location was quiet, nice water views, great pool, and the golf cart was a bonus to the beach! Tom was very attentive to any small needs! Would highly recommend!

Everything about the house, the pool, check-in, working win Tom, the golf cart to get around, etc., was great!! The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of towels and beach towels. We would all definitely stay here again, our group loved it!! 10/10

We had a great week at Florida Paradise! The house was perfect and we really loved the pool and golf cart! Agent was immediately responsive to any concerns we had.

Book without hesitation! We loved this house. We’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs and this one ranks near the top. The cleanliness really stood out. Props to the cleaning crew. The golf cart, pool, dock, outside living area were all great as well. Host communication was top notch We’ll definitely be back.

Our group had such a wonderful time at Tom’s place in IRB. We had four couples traveling with 5 kids and the home was such a perfect base with plenty of space for us all to enjoy a fun and relaxed time together. Shops, restaurants and the beach are quick and easy walks away. The golf cart was so fun and handy and the warmed pool and back yard got such good sun exposure that it was hard to leave the property given how lovely it was. Tom was super responsive and so flexible with check in and out which was really helpful for baby nap times. We can’t wait to come back!!

Tom's house was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and safe. The pool was incredible; we used it all weekend. Tom has all the amenities you could ask fo,r down to pool floats, coolers, wagons & a golf cart. It made our trip so much easier to execute with a large group. We are beyond grateful!

We had an amazing experience with the house, golf cart, pool, and all of the outdoor seating. The house is in a great location, and we had a blast in IRB.

There were 8 of us total. 3 adults 3 teenagers and 2 preteens. The house was perfect for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach via the golf cart or walking. Pool was fantastic and the owners were responsive with issues we had. One kitchen drawer was broke upon our arrival and a leaky toilet. The owners were responsive with getting them fixed.

Great place to stay and even better host, house was exactly how described and can’t beat the oasis in the backyard. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Tom!

We had such a great time. The house was absolutely beautiful. Tom was so helpful and the link that were sent with all the instructions to the house, the suggestions for things to do and restaurants were incredible. It was such an overall amazing experience we couldn't have asked for anything better. There were 12 of us staying and we had plenty of space and all had the best time.

Awesome stay over Mother’s Day. Place is spotless, host has beach chairs, a cooler in case you forgot. Everything looks to be recently remodeled and the pool area is immaculate.

I think this was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. From the copious amount of beach towels and supplies, to gorgeous views and a street legal golf cart, I could not have asked for more. We used the airbnb for a bachelorette party and it was perfect!

Great place for big group vacation

Where do i start? The house is incredible, so beautiful, super-equipped, comfortable, my children and nephews enjoyed the pool so much. we kayaked. the golf cart is a plus, we could get to the beach in 3 minutes. incredible! I want to come back. it's a lovely neighborhood. the playground that is a few steps from the house is super nice and clean. I recommend it 100%. we will be back

The house is beautiful and Tom is very responsive. It is easy to go to the Indian Rocks beach with the golf cart in 2 mins.

This was a beautiful stay at a beautiful home. Tom was an excellent host. My family could not have been happier with all that was offered and available. I would definitely stay here or any of Tom’s properties again.

What an incredible stay. Everything lived up to exactly how the place was listed, and we couldn’t have been happier. Having the golf cart available to us automatically elevated the stay, making it easy to explore the town. I highly recommend for anyone that wants a quality home to stay in with incredible amenities.

We stayed here last week for a long weekend, visiting from the UK. I cannot recommend this place enough, it was 10 out of 10. The children loved the pool and also being able to go fishing on the port. The house is fabulous and the area is fantastic. Thank you Tom for a wonderful and memorable family holiday.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The house was immaculate and everything we could have hoped for. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also given access to golf cart. Definitely recommend this property!

This property is beautiful. We had a group of five couples and the house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the back patio and pool, and the location is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Or a 3 minute drive in the provided golf cart. Steps away is a kids playground and the Nature Preserve with a boardwalk through the mangroves. The owner is very responsive and supplied all the information we needed. We all loved it and didn’t want our vacation to end.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The rooms are so comfortable, and the large kitchen looking out to the living room and the pool kept our group entertained! Not to mention the beach is easy to access across the street! Just a perfect stay that created memorable weekend.

This place is amazing and made my bachelor party such a great experience. Every single detail of this house is well done and very new and modern . The golf cart was a huge plus! And made the stay much more accommodating. The pool was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Toms house and Toms awesome service. He let us stay for late checkout with no issues and was always very responsive to my questions or issues. 10/10

Everything was as listed! Golf cart was a great perk! Lots of beach chairs, toys & a cooler for use which was perfect for a day at the beach. Even saw a manatee swimming by the dock! Perfect trip!

This property is beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the whole house was spotless, and the pool was such a nice feature to have. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was just as the listing stated, except better! The town is also adorable and within walking distance. We will definitely return.
