We spent most of the trip in the backyard and loved everything about it. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this house and were so happy to be able to stay here again! Having stayed before, we already knew how special it was, but this visit was just as fantastic. The location is amazing, and we especially love spending time down on the dock. We had so much fun fishing annd kayaking and were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by, which is always such a special experience. There really is something about sitting on the dock, fishing and watching the wildlife that makes this place feel like a proper escape. The pool is absolutely fantastic — it’s huge and was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. And the golf cart is brilliant and makes getting around so easy and adds even more to the whole experience. We honestly couldn’t ask for much more. It feels like a home away from home, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We have loved both of our stays here and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this house — it really is a special place! ❤️

Airbnb Review Our stay at Tom’s property was amazing! The home comfortably accommodated all 10 of us and had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and having the golf cart to get around. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back.

A DREAM VACATION HOME! By far the best AIR BNB I’ve ever stayed at with everything you could want. So many great things to say about this place but my favorites are: 1. Floor to ceiling window makes for the most amazing water side views, even while it’s raining. 2. Backyard space with a pristine pool, fire pit, and boat dock. We spent most of our time here where the kids wanted to swim nonstop and having a shower on side of house made for rinsing off very easy. The men also got to do some fishing off the dock with the poles provided by host. 3. Golf cart made traveling to beach very easy and fun! 4. The home decor was beautifully done with high end details. The only thing I found as an issue was the backyard door was very inconvenient since it required opening both doors and with people going in and out constantly it was something we always had to manage. The handle fell off and it was not able to latch or lock so security during the night had us feeling uneasy.

House is very nice. It is also in a very nice location easy access to the beach. We really love it there.

Beautiful house on the water!

House and location was close to the beach. Rode the golf cart to the beach daily. Also, rode the golf cart to ice cream shops and restaurants close by. Pool was perfect, if we weren’t at the beach then we were in the huge beautiful pool or laying out by the pool. Saw some dolphins from the pier. Inside the house was beautiful as well. Sleeping arrangements were perfect with 3 king beds and 4 bunk beds. Can’t say enough positive things about the house and this location. Oh and also kolb playground and a library across from the playground only about 5 streets over, which was only a few minutes on the golf cart. All hosts were responsive with answers to questions and quick to respond to a text back. Thanks so much for our stay.

Tom was a great host and very accommodating throughout our stay. We especially loved the pool, which was a highlight for our family. The property was comfortable, and we had a wonderful time together. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach with 7 girlfriends for a more chill, relaxed bachelorette and would absolutely come back. Trip of a lifetime. Top 3 elements were the location along the inter-coastal, the pool, and the golf cart. Every morning a ton of wildlife greeted us - herons, anhingas, you name it. The golf cart took us around to the beach and beach bars no problem, and we stayed in the pool for an entire day of our trip. House had everything we needed and we loved the Nespresso. Tom and his team were so responsive and helped us accommodate an early bag-drop too, as many of us were arriving at different times which I so appreciated. My only suggestion for the future would be to have a few more bath towels and wash cloths on hand! We had a large group and quickly ran out. Thanks again Tom and team and we hope to be back in the future!

This house is absolutely stunning. We were there for a 40th birthday. 9 ladies. Perfect location and fit us all very comfortably (enough bathrooms!) Golf cart was a great feature to be able to get to local spots. Pool was the highlight for us. The living space was the central spot where we could all hang out too if it was too hot and we needed a break from the outdoor space. We took advantage of the floats in the pool too. Laundry was key too - we were able to wash towels to reuse. Place is very clean and kept up. The night time is great - with lighting and a calm neighborhood to relax and hang with friends. I would also note that the host was easy to contact for anything we had questions about. When we were checking out, someone came by to check in with us and ask if there was anything that needed fixing. We would stay here again - highly recommended!

Amazing stay at this beautiful house. The house is spotless, and you can tell there’s been a lot of thought into the little touches. Beds are MEGA comfy! Pool is brilliant with plenty of places to sit outside. I enjoyed using the canoes and going out to see the dolphins. A truly fantastic property.

Just perfect! We had a wonderful stay, the house is right on the water, with a usable dock and beautiful pool. We caught bonito and sea trout right off the dock, plus dolphins swimming by the house day and night. We even had a visit from a friendly manatee! The house comes with a golf cart, is fully equipped for the beach—chairs, umbrellas and a cooler, plus within a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The decor is lovely and the house is spotless. The kitchen is well-organized and well provisioned.

We had a lovely time at Magnolia by the Sea. The location was ideal for walking or driving the golf cart to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor space and pool were amazing! For a family of 5 adults and 2 kids, we had a great amount of space and privacy in the house.

We loved our time at this property. Beautiful and quiet location with amazing pool and views. We fished off the dock (had best luck with live shrimp from bait shop) and kayaked alongside dolphins. Didn’t cook much here but had everything you might need. Very comfortable beds. Golf cart was perfect for getting around town. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this place 6000 stars I would. It’s beautiful and the hosts were more than gracious and incredibly responsive. We had young children with us and they loved the bunk beds and books made them feel right at home. There were even additional amenities for the kids that weren’t listed like a high chair. Don’t hesitate to book, the neighborhood is beautiful safe and full of things to do.

A family of 10 enjoyed this wonderful stay at a beautiful location. The pool was wonderful and did some fishing as well. Using the golf cart was amazing and a great way to enjoy the town. The communication was great and had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend.

My two children and families had great time

The house was in a great spot close to the beach. It was on the water with boat access. It had a warm swimming pool and nice comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and all of the pool toys! The kayaks and paddle boards were great on the water and we had dolphins within a couple of feet of us on the water, daily visitor from a bird friend we lovingly dubbed “Bill”. We loved having the golf cart and beach toys! This was the most beautiful stay we have had on Airbnb, and we have stayed within a lot of homes. We also loved the personalization from the owners, so easy to communicate with, and made our stay a breeze! Thank you for such a wonderful place for our family for our celebration!

What a treat it was staying at Tom’s beautiful home. We were there for a week with our 2 year old and 10 month old and absolutely were in love. We swam in the pool everyday and enjoyed all the gorgeous home had to offer, taking advantage of the golf cart to drive to local playgrounds and take the kids out for ice cream. Everything was perfect and Tom was immediately responsive and fair about anything we texted him about (ie pool heater questions?, broken pack and play etc). Would stay here again in a snap. Thanks so much for sharing the wonderful spot!

They thought of everything! The house is perfect. Perfect location, beautiful flor to ceiling glass out to the backyard/pool/intercostal. Only thing is you need to watch your step … lots of different steps and elevations around the house, but once you are aware of the layout, it’s fine.

We had the most amazing stay at this house! ✨ It truly felt like luxury throughout, with incredible attention to detail — the interiors were straight out of a magazine. Everything was beautifully thought out and made our time there so special. We especially loved having the golf cart, which made it so easy (and fun!) to pop over to local restaurants. The kayaks were another highlight — exploring the intracoastal from the water was unforgettable. This house is an absolute gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Our staff had an amazing time at Magnolia by the Sea! The house is absolutely beautiful and so well decorated. They provided everything and more. They gave us a cute gift basket with a bottle of wine, chocolate, spaghetti and a jar of sauce in case you are hungry or have a late arrival. When we opened the fridge they had a six pack of eggs, milk, o.j. and butter. We highly recommend this home and we look forward to staying here in the future. :)

This place was amazing! Definitely the cleanest air bnb we have stayed in so far! This house had great AC, comfortable beds, a clean and beautiful pool and much more. The location was perfect for quick rides to the beach and local bars. Highly recommended for families !!

Awesome house, plenty of space!

We have been renting from Tom for many years and love IRB. It is far enough from the crowds, but close enough to get to Clearwater or St. Pete quickly. This was our first home rental with Tom and Dena, and they were so accommodating. They brought us an extra kayak, and we’re flexible with our travel arrangements. We are excited to check out their other properties on future visits!

Beautiful home with high-end finishes. Open design that also accommodated privacy for three families sharing the home. Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Dolphins swimming by the dock really excited our grandkids. Tom was a very attentive host. Would absolutely come back to this home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool was perfect for our granddaughter! We loved the style, theme, and interior design and decorating of the house. We used the kayaks and golf cart which were such nice amenities. Would stay again! Great hosts - both very kind and responsive!

Where to even begin! From the moment we stepped foot into the house, we were speechless. The property is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could ever want (and then some!). From the thoughtful welcome basket with goodies to have an easy evening and first morning, to the pristine condition of the house and the spectacular pool overlooking the water. We enjoyed lounging poolside, canoeing and paddle boarding, golf carting around to local restaurants and cafés and spending time on the beach just down the road. It was also very easy to grab an Uber over to Clearwater. Tom was very proactive in his communication and helpful with just the few questions that we had. 10/10 stay and will definitely be back to Indian Rocks Beach to check out one of their other properties! They all look just as incredible!!

Fantastic place !!

We had an amazing week in IRB at this property. The outdoor area was gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks/paddle board and love to eat dinner outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and the layout worked perfectly for our family of 6. The hosts were very responsive to questions and provided some great recommendations. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Magnolia by the Sea. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out were incredibly simple. The house was spotless and decorated very nicely. Although we had no problems or issues during our stay, Tom checked in to make sure everything was good. The views were spectacular and there were so many different places to sit outside and enjoy the serenity of the water. We absolutely loved staying here.

I've stayed at a lot of airbnb's over the years and honestly, this might be in the top 3 for overall experience. Not only was the house stunning and exactly as described/shown in the photos, but Tom was an impeccable host! Quick to reply, very accommodating and was just overall a joy to deal with. He let us check in early and check out late, refusing to take additional compensation from us for the extra time. Need I say more?! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Stayed in this beautiful house over new years. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. It was a little cold for the pool but we did use the kayaks and fire ring. The golf cart was great to take to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The house is so cute, was clean and such a great location. The house was also super clean, and had really cute interior design. The hosts were amazing and when we needed something they jumped on it immediately. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this property!

My wife and I are picky, and this home absolutely exceeded our expectations! We loved it. It was so perfect for our family. The listing was 100% accurate with the beautiful finishes, cleanliness, amenities, and the amazing views. Tom and Dena blew us away with their kindness and hospitality and went above and beyond. Don’t usually do the reviews I leave that to my wife but I wanted to do this one. This is a fantastic place to say we were a group of 6 adults and two 3 year olds and this had something for all of us. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were kept informed prior to arrival on what had happened during both hurricanes and the info we were given was honest and accurate. We could not find any fault with the property watching the sunset from ‘captain’s’ deck on the top of the building each evening was a family favourite along. I would highly recommend this property to anyone it’s a great place to say.

Tom was great and the place does not disappoint. It is excellent for the entire family and was a great place to celebrate my father in law’s 70th.

Our family of 9 spent a wonderful week at Magnolia By the Sea! There is plenty of space in this house and you only need to bring your clothes and personal toiletries since everything else is already there! The welcome basket and flowers were such a sweet gift and we appreciated being able to have a quick supper as we settled in. The kitchen is amazing! The drawers and cabinets are labeled to make it easy to find what you need and then return it to its proper place. The amenities are many, but the ones our family enjoyed the most were the pool and pool toys, kayaks, watching the dolphins, and most of all, the children loved being able to fish from the dock. Last, but not least, communication with the hosts was excellent, including the digital guidebook they provided with all the information we would need. We only had one issue with the internet, but any questions we asked were answered promptly. It is a lovely home and setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there!

This Magnolia escape was exactly like the pictures. There were amenities provided that we did not expect, to make our stay even more enjoyable. We were very pleased to work with Tom and will be more than happy to work with him again.

Beautiful property and friendly helpful hosts. Pool was warm and crystal clear, spent a lot of time on the dock fishing. Golf cart access was nice to have to get to the local places without having to get in the car. House has everything you need.

The house is immaculately clean and matched the description completely. Amazing view and close to everything. Our family had a great time and plan on coming back. The hosts are very easy to reach and responsive. The heated pool is impressive and the pool guy comes every day to check the pools cleanliness . A lot of things to do around the area. Watching the sunrise from your own balcony is out of this world and in the afternoon you can also watch the amazing sunset in the roof top. This house has everything that you can think of. Very well thought of all the decorations. The golf cart was a very nice convenience, it made going to the beach and surrounding restaurants more easily accessible. This house is 10 out of 10. Magnolia by the Sea was an amazing property to stay. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out ! The extra little touches around the house was such a nice touch. We were truly impressed from start to finish! The “thank-you “ basket when we arrived was so kind and a perfect touch! We loved the location to our favorite restaurants and the view was spectacular! Highly recommended and would stay again !
