We absolutely loved our long weekend staying here! Perfect location close to restaurants and a two-second walk to the beach. The home is perfect for two people. Plenty of space and super clean. I can't wait to return soon

This place was perfect for an additional 6 people we had on our trip. It is a small house with everything we needed and was convenient to be so close to the beach. Will possibly get a few of these homes in the future for our Church trips.

Tom's place is a GREAT location! We could not have been happier. STEPS to the beach! Very quiet, even being closer to the street. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens smell AMAZING! We are very excited to come back and stay here as this was our first time in the area. Tom is also a very great responsive host!

The cottage was perfect! Clean, lots of towels and blankets, well stocked kitchen utensils, etc. The location is perfect with little crowds on beach. We had plenty of room to set up our cabana and chairs. I recommend Tom’s cottage to everyone wanting a little slice of paradise.

Great little beach cottage! Was great for my Mom and I to get a few nights together. As Floridians, I am always looking for great beach locations within driving distance to get away. Would love if it were dog friendly :) We will be back.

Great small cottage with just a few steps from the beach.

What a little gem literally just steps away from the beach and either a short walk or short drive to many wonderful restaurants and activities. My husband and I and my 14-year-old twins just spent 7 nights. Cottage is small and was tight for the 4 of us but we made it work! I feel like the space is perfect for 2 adults (with small children). Cottage is tidy and clean with lots of windows and natural light. Great stone patio to relax on in front and side of house. We either ate out or used Door Dash for meals because we didnt feel like cooking but kitchen is well equiped. Excellent laundry service nearby! We chose drop off/pick up service and all our clothes were washed and neatly folded. Tom is a great host and answered all of our questions and was quick to respond with requests-- we needed more clean bath towels and cleaning service dropped same off within a couple hours. My husband and I will definitely rent again!

This beach cottage is a terrific location.. literally steps to the beach. The cottage is stocked with everything you need. It’s recently updated and very attractively decorated. It was the perfect spot for my husband and daughter to enjoy a few days at the beach. Walkable to restaurants, coffee and the beach. The beach is gorgeous.. busy but not crowded with a low key vibe. We would come back!

We spend a wonderful long weekend at this fabulous cottage. The location was superb. Not only was the beach right there, but we could walk to some great restaurants!! We will definitely be back!!

Such a little gem. Footsteps to the beach, beautiful sunsets and peaceful meals on the patio. Location wise and comfort wise it is everything you would want. Shops, restaurants and a delicious ice cream shop close by. Great recommendations from the host. All in all it was a fantastic getaway for our family, with beautiful memories made. Only thing that would have been handy is a few condiments such as maybe some oil for cooking, coffee filters (there was some ground coffee and a coffee machine) and maybe some vinegar for salads or things of that sort. Shop was walking distance though so easy enough. We will be back at some point I hope.

If you want a great old Florida cottage right on the beach….I mean one little dune walk and you are there. Quaint little cottage right by everything. The place had everything you need for a beach vacation. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Communication with the host regarding our stay was terrifc. We will defintely plan to stay again - and will recommend to others!

Cute cottage, really just steps to the beach! Loved the they provided extra chairs and boogie boards (we also left a Unicorn board to add to the collection ;) Only downside is no dish rack to dry dishes and no sponge to wash. Also, it was a little too warm for us during the night but they provided fans that worked out for us. Overall happy and would definitely come back!

Great place and close to the beach! There was three of us ladies that stayed and we had a blast! Went on the chartered boat with owner and it was the best time! We saw dolphins and a manatee!! Bathroom is definitely small but that’s it! Heard there’s going to be some renovating so we look forward to next years trip!!

This cottage is wonderful! It's quaint but perfect. Our family of 5 (kids: 9,6,3) fit perfectly. The cottage is stocked with the kitchen necessities and Tom reached out to us right away when I sent him a message about the property. He was able to have it cleaned and ready for us to check in early due to an inconvenience of another place. We can't thank him enough for his generosity and checking in on us prior to check in a major holiday. Being 50' from the beach is just another added bonus. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with small group—this place is perfect. Steps from the beach that is not crowded and feels like your own private backyard. Walking distance to food and drinks. Adorable little cottage directly on Indian Rocks Beach. Clean and comfortable, within walking distance to several great restaurants. This area of the beach is more quiet, which we loved. Tom was super speedy with communications and was very helpful!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach cottage. Our three young kids loved the bunk bed setup, the beach toys, and of course the beach. It was snug for us in the cottage, but manageable. You can’t beat the location, we spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, and lots of time in between. Tom is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a beach getaway.

The cottage was a great little place! The coziness was second to none. It really is steps from the beach. It’s the best location in proximity to the beach that we have ever stayed. Tom was a killer host. He made our stay so special and we can’t wait to go back.

This rental unit is a hidden gem. You are on the beach in less than one minute walking from the unit. The cottage was small but well appointed. It was close enough for you to explore Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg but provided a nice quiet place to sleep and enjoy the beach. Plus, there is a dedicated parking space, two rooms with comfortable beds, A/C, adequate kitchen, outside shower, and beach chairs and other beach accessories. The only downside was the lack of a washer and dryer but Tom provided the contact information of a laundry service that picks-up and drops-off your clothing. We would stay in this unit again.

This place is great! The location cannot be beat, the cottage was nice and cozy and IRB delivered a great time with the family.

This little bungalow is in a perfect location right on the beach. It’s clean and decorated so sweetly. It’s very small which was no issue for the two of us. Also, the shower is TINY. Also something to consider if you’re a large person. It was quite a wonderful place to stay for a beach getaway. We had a great time and Tom was easy to communicate with.

Have you ever read a book and the character is renting a vintage cottage on the beach? This cottage fills that description! Very clean, great communication with the host (impressive mobile app), perfect decor and great location. If the cottage was available I would have stayed a month here!

The check in process was seamless! Communication was always immediate if I ever had any questions.The hosts provided extra toiletries, and a bunch of beach supplies! The location from cottage to beach was literal steps. Security was very secure, pad locks and everything. Everything has a place, and as Tom said, the cottage is 100% “as cute as a button!”. Tom even let us pack up an extra hour (11am instead of 10am) from the check out time with no extra charge! Whether it is a trip with the girlfriends, or a family get together, I 100% recommend this lovely cottage! Thank you again Tom and Ryan for a wonderful stay!

Historic, Cozy, cute little cottage just steps away from the beach. It is renovated and had little amenities-utensils- to make your stay comfortable. There is also parking right next to the house. It is secluded and steps from the beach. So close that opening the windows fills the house with wonderful summer breeze. Publix is only 10 minutes away for groceries. I would Definitely stay here again. For different bed preference, the mattress is soft.

Great spot with easy access to everything and very well decorated/ set up for a small crew like ours. Weather wasn't great for our visit, but the cottage offers a very cozy spot to watch some netflix and hang out on the couch with really easy access to take advantage of the beach for quick stints/ walks when the sun poked through! The hosts really nailed it with getting the most out of a very small space to sleep/ accommodate several people/ perfect for a family of 4. The built-in bunk beds were a huge hit with the 3 and 7 year old. Only requests for a return visit would be to possibly upgrade the size of the bathroom sink as it was a little tough to not splash water out washing your face and possibly a small dishwasher. First time in IRB and we will be back as it has a great little beach vibe. The cottage was literally 3-5 minutes driving to tons of great restaurants, etc. that most were noted in the App that the hosts will send. Hosts were very accommodating and very communicative leading up to stay - which is appreciated. -Kovaleski Family

Steps from the beach... out the door and 20 seconds later your feet are in the sand! Adorable little cottage that is sweetly appointed, has everything you need and even some things you didn't know you needed. Our stay in Indian Rocks Beach was AMAZING! The property was literally steps away from the beach. We were able to wake up, walk down to the beach, and watch the beautiful sunrise every morning! The hosts, Tom and his family, could not have been anymore helpful! They went over and beyond for our family and completely outdid theirselves. Tom was just a text or phone call away for every question big or small... even the little ones like where can we find live shrimp to fish with. We would even shoot him a quick photo to ask what type of fish we’d just caught. Towards the end of our stay we thought we’d lost our keys some where down the main road. Tom came and picked us up in his car and drove us to retrace our steps. They were no where to be found. ...come to find out our kids hid them because they didn’t want to come back home!! It’s not often you go on a trip like this where you leave feeling as if you’re leaving family. This trip was everything we dreamed it would be and so much more! We are already planning our next trip and can’t wait to stay in a property hosted by Tom and his family again. Yall are THE BEST! Thank yall so very much for making our trip even better than we’d hoped it would be!

Tom was AMAZING from beginning to the end! Tom kept in touch via text a couple of days prior up to your arrival.. The location is modern, adorable and literally walking distance to beach paradise! This home was plenty of space for hubby and I. We made breakfast frittatas and sat on the patio, greeted and chatted with the friendly neighbors walking by to the beach.. enjoyed the nice breeze from the beach as well! ! We took a quick drive to ‘The Bean-Pointe’ beach.. Anna Maria Island .. amazing and secluded beach! Hubby and I will definitely be back.. girls trip in the near future! Thanks, TF

This place is so quaint, cozy, and cute. My family of 4 and I fit perfectly and found the sleeping arrangements to be quite comfortable. Plus the interior of this cottage is spot on! It certainly felt like an HGTV designer had decorated. The best part of course is how it takes maybe 45 seconds to walk to the beach. You can literally smell the seawater from the patio. Beautiful space indeed.

Great location. Steps from the beach! The cottage was clean and cute. Being so close to the beach was amazing. One of the days of our stay we went to the beach 7 times! Very convenient and private. The local neighbors were really nice. We would stay again!

Such a perfect little cottage for our family. We have young children and since this was literally steps from the beach, it was easy to meander back and forth throughout the day. We loved our time here.

This house is incredible, and the location absolutely could not be better!! It takes about 30 seconds of walking, and then you’re on the beach! The hosts are also on top of every detail, with parking/entry instructions sent out days in advance AND great food recommendations in the house! It is a small house, but they have made excellent use of the space - at no point did it feel like we were in a little house. I would book this location again in a heartbeat, everything was perfect!!!

Overall the stay was wonderful and we would come back to this cottage. The location is perfect- just steps to the beach. The beach itself is very nice and less busy than nearby public beaches. The cottage was very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom, beach towels and more. The bedrooms and bathroom are small, but very well thought out and good use of space, plenty of storage cubbies and hooks etc. Tom was very responsive and helpful. The highlight of the weekend was the boat trip with Tom, visiting the secluded islands and beaches.

You can't beat the location of this charming beach bungalow - it is just steps to beautiful Indian Rocks beach! Sunsets are a must each night. If you go, don't miss dinner at Guppy's on the Beach or pizza from Slyce - delicious!

Perfect location steps from the beach. The cottage was perfect and the kids loved the comfy bunk bed. Had a beach style grill installed next to the cottage and beach chairs and umbrella we used as well! Beach is more of a local beach and not crowded at all. We even got to see a manatee swim by our beach in front of the cottage! Thanks for the great stay!

Absolutely fantastic location! A 15 second walk to the beach. Cozy, well thought out cottage was perfect for a family of four. In normal times, this would be wonderful accommodation for a beach vacation. In the times of coronavirus, it is absolutely optimal.

We stayed for 5 days at this well-maintained property in February. It is small but so comfortable and had everything we needed. So close to the beach we could go grab a drink or lunch. The owner, Tom, was super communicative both before and during our trip with access information, places to go, and things to do. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Cute little cottage, very clean, small. Great for 2 people. I don’t cook on vacation, but had everything needed. Staples I do appreciate we’re provided—Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, both kinds of coffee pots. Tom and Nicole were nice. Had an issue withTV, turned out to be our ineptness, but Nicole came right over, and she had the TV guy there the next day. Really close to beach, about 30 yards. Only issue—the main bed was sooo soft, you rolled into a hole and stayed there. Really enjoyed our time.
