One of the best homes I have stayed in. From check in Tom was hands on and throughout our visit he made sure all was well. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and plenty of extra touches for all ages. We loved zipping around on the golf cart, caught quite a few fish off the dock and played lots of games. I was celebrating my 60th with my family and it was a perfect location to the beach, bars, and restaurants! Also easily could have parked 4 cars so that was awesome with family coming from all over. Highly recommend staying here!

What a house! This place has everything we needed. Took the golf cart, chairs and towels to the beach and all were perfect! Shuffleboard, putting green and pool were great. We even saw multiple dolphins swimming around the docks behind the house. When we come back we will stay here again!

This property is heaven earth!! The view is amazing for morning coffee watching dolphins! Tom and Dena have not missed anything at this house. You have everything and more. The beds are so comfy. Highly recommend this home!! It’s so perfect!

Lovely home. Very spacious. I would not consider the "loft" a fifth bedroom. Needs better backyard shade.

Realmente quedé enamorada 😍 del lugar tanto la casa del Señor Dave tal como la describe, un lugar tranquilo, hermoso, la casa es todo un encanto vistas únicas, la piscina ,la terraza, los juegos exteriores ,tengo un baby que lo llevamos porque cumplía su primer añito y se sintió como en casa ,jugo y se divirtió como nunca la casa es hermosa, limpieza total con una ubicación excelente, su carrito de golf nos encantó, la playa es hermosa y queda a solo pasos de su instalación ,su anfitrión el señor Tom muy amigable ,si teníamos duda al momento nos contestaba y nos ayudaba en cualquier pregunta, muy servicial y atento la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas inolvidables vacaciones y si tienes niño mucho más, sin duda alguna volveré dios mediante.

We had a great time at Daves place. We had a family vacation and enjoyed the space and the pool. We would go back again.

Dave’s place was absolutely beautiful! The decor was perfect. The host was extremely responsive in communication and was even thoughtful with extras like shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels…. Hosts were very thoughtful in providing a beautiful and comfortable stay. It was our family vacation and it was just what we needed. The pool was perfect temperature and enjoyed daily by the 9 of us. They thought of everything in the backyard as well. From the pool, to the putting green, to the connect four and black stone, we had a blast. There was plenty of seating and waking up to the waters of the Intercoastal and fishing off the dock was just peaceful and calming. We really made some amazing memories. Would absolutely recommend and book again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us!

Everything you need to have quality family time worth every cent. Highly recommend to anyone

We had an amazing stay! The views of the water were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening feel special. The home was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect location for our family trip—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our kids and infant to spread out and be comfortable, and having a dog-friendly property was a huge bonus that made traveling with our whole family so much easier. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail of the home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, family- and pet-friendly place to stay!

We loved the house, everything was as described. Included golf cart is a very nice touch, the dock has rubber rub rails on 2 posts, great to tie up our 24’ center console. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful decorations. The pool was great for hot afternoons.

Loved the house, it was by far our favorite house in the IRB area so far. The house was exactly as shown and described in pictures.

Couple of minor cosmetics need repaired, water pressure not great and not Hot water also not great but everything else was wonderful and seamless. Nice pool, fishing dock was great and golf cart was a bonus. Pet friendly also was awesome because we travel everywhere with or pups All and all a Great family vaca in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

This place was as beautiful as the pictures online - open stylish living space, and beautiful views of the intercostal. The living room area gave a front row seat to gorgeous sunrises. The house was well stocked with the things you need. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, etc. We did not have much need to communicate, but when we did the owners were very responsive and proactive. Great stay!!

Wonderful house on the bay and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. The property is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and having games such as shuffle board, put put, Corn hole was so much. Thanks to Tom for being a wonderful host.

A beautiful home! Clean and spacious, both inside and out. Great location! Close to coffee shops, beach and restaurants. The back yard view is stunning! We enjoyed fishing off the private dock. The dolphin sightings. The private pool. This place set the bar high! It's going to be hard to top this get-away.

The house was awesome. Tom was there for us when we needed a paddle for the Kayak and to help us with the Air conditioner. Could not have asked for more.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful house! The host was very responsive and helpful. The view of the water out the windows was spectacular. House was clean and just as described. Pool was so much fun for the kids. A short walk or golf cart ride to public beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We loved playing shuffleboard and my 4 year old was entertained with all the fun games and toys in the upstairs room. Just as a heads up, the upper floor room has very low ceilings. It was great for a small child to sleep/ hang out but may not be comfortable for an adult who would not be able to stand up there.

Magical stay! Two families with four young kids spent the weekend here and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed, including plenty of toys and great amenities. The location was ideal..an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants..and the golf cart was a huge bonus. We loved the pool just as much as the beach, and even saw dolphins and a double rainbow during our stay. Both families had the time of our lives and would absolutely come back! In fact, I already rebooked for a weekend in April. There is no better option than this place - I’d give it 100 stars if I could.
