Tropical Oasis #3

Wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back! Location is perfect. Three block walk to beach, golf cart if needed and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Home was very clean and well taken care of. Nice shared laundry room and back patio on intracoastal was a huge bonus.

Perfect getaway!

The apt had a great view and the area was walkable. Having the golf cart was a big plus also. The rental was clean. Any questions or needs were addressed in a timely fashion. Tom provided clear instructions and communicated well prior to and during our stay. It was a wonderful stay for our family! Thank you for hosting us.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Tom was great at communicating and responded quickly to all my many questions. The unit was very clean! We enjoyed being on the water and fishing off the dock. Golf cart was a bonus and lots of fun to get around in. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely consider renting again.

I’ve stayed in multiple AirBnBs and VRBOs in IRB and this one is now tied for first. Everything about it was perfect and I will be booking again for my return trip in 7 weeks. Thank you for everything

Tom’s place was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay! We very much enjoyed the golf cart and the gorgeous views! Would absolutely come back and stay again. Our only regret is not asking Tom to take us out for a boat ride 🤣

Me and my wife are happy to stay in here, the room is very clean, very easy to accessible and most of necessary equipment such as kayak boat, golf kart, etc… Overall we will come back to this place for our future Tampa trips. Thank u for hosting us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From the peaceful waterfront views and frequent dolphin sightings throughout the day to being just steps away from the beach, this home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tom was an exceptional host. He kept in contact for questions & went above and beyond for our stay. Look no further as this is the best vacation home. You wont be disappointed! We can not wait to book again!

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and bars. Being on the intercostal was the best. Waking up and having coffee looking at the water was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved staying at Tom’s place and would book it again in a minute. We had such a blast and even extended our stay. The location was perfect, super close to the beach and the golf cart added extra fun! My kids loved fishing from back dock. Looking forward to returning soon! Thank you for a memorable stay!

This location is fantastic. The patio out back is right on the water and great for enjoying your coffee in the morning. It was a three minute walk to the beach and a wagon, umbrella, chairs and everything you could need for the beach was provided. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location! We have been to IRB several times, but we have never stayed on the bay. It was so nice to have that view and the option to kayak, with the ocean just two blocks away. The place was nice, & we loved having a golf cart. Tom was great with communication & clarity. Can’t wait to return!

There is nothing you will not like. We have stayed in IRB for 6 years now. This is the best place we have stayed. Great patio, golf carts, sunrises. You will love this place and hate to leave!

Tom was responsive to everything I needed. Loved the paddle boarding with dolphins! Beautiful water for the experience! The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have a dresser for my clothes and Tom arrived while I was waiting for my Uber and he brought in a dresser! Beautiful space! Thank you Tom. I will see you again!

We loved everything about this place. Amazing location, great views, easy walk to beach and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks…bed was comfy, kitchen had what we needed…. Hosts were totally responsive. We would stay here again.

We enjoy staying at Tropical Oasis in IRB. This is our second time staying here. The unit is close to a little market and lots of restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The unit is very clean, well-stocked with towels, TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap and even laundry detergent. The washer and dryers are brand new and having access makes it very handy when my husband and I are staying for extended periods of time. Dina was very responsive to our requests for an all-purpose cleaner and additional non-stick frying pan. It's football season and we were having issues with the TV finding the college playoff game, so I reached out to Dina who got us in contact with the owner who was able to sign us up on HULU. We don't have any streaming services at home, so his help was crucial and we were able to watch the game. We tried to stay an additional week, but through some miss communication between the booking personnel and the guest who wanted to possibly stay in our unit, we booked another Airbnb and the Tropical Oasis unit stayed empty. We try to leave each unit as nice or better than received. We started a load of all towels as requested so the cleaning crew could get a jump start on the unit. The unit is pretty much spotless when we leave. We would definitely like to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks. Tom’s place met all of our needs. Inside, the place was comfortable and nice, but not so precious that you were worried about tracking in a little sand or having the dog hang out with us. Mattresses were comfortable, decor was tasteful, bathrooms were clean, and there were ample towels and lots of hangers- a huge plus! The place had just been redone so everything was clean. The screened in mud room was great - a drop zone that allowed you to keep a lot of the mess out of the living space. Outside we had ample parking even though one of vehicles is a quite large truck, the neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk or ride around in the golf cart, bars and restaurants within a walk or short ride. Being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach was the best! We stayed over Christmas and the weather and beach were perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Tom’s Tropical Oasis, golf cart included. Tom was responsive to all our questions and he was friendly and helpful. The unit was decorated nicely and gave us a homey and comfy feel. The place was clean and inviting. We tried various restaurants that were walking distance or golf cart close like Coco’s, Beach Wave, Paris Cafe, Keegan’s and Guppy’s and all were very good. The patio outside the unit was so relaxing and quiet. We Sat outside often and enjoyed our time immensely watching the fish jumping, dolphins playing and pelicans diving for their lunch. We loved our stay and plan to come back again soon.

Very nice spot with a dock and water front; and short and easy walk to the Gulf. The condominium was super clean. It appears to be newly renovated. The paradox is that it is in a peaceful location that gives the impression of being off the grid. Yet, it is within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants and bars. Thumbs up!
