William was an incredible host! Super responsive and everything in the listing lined up with the actual physical home. What we liked the most was that there is a dock and we were able to fish whenever we wanted to! A good sized pool! And the golf cart was exceptional to have to get to the beach. Super peaceful any time of the day. I will book this place again! Thank you, William!!

Everything we needed at the house for a great few beach days. Peaceful location. Beach across the street and waterviews in the backyard. Golf cart was awesome. Early access on checkin was helpful and beach gear was great. Thanks for a great stay!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was possibly the most enjoyable one to date. The neighborhood this home is in is incredible, but even more amazing is the backyard pool area overlooking the dock and waterway. It was so nice just sitting out there drinking coffee in the morning and then jumping in the pool when it got hot. Inside, the kitchen was immaculate and so nice, the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean, modern, and large. The decor was phenomenal. It was all soooo comfortable. The provided golf cart and beach accessories made it soooo easy to drive to restaurants and to the beach for both swimming and catching the most jaw-dropping sunsets I’ve ever seen! The beach was what dreams are made of and not even a 2 min golf car ride. The AC in the house made it so easy to sleep and great respite from the August Florida temps. Any time we have to come back to the Tampa area, this is the only house we ever plan to stay in!

Treasure cove was beautiful and had everything you could want. The pool and dock were great. We caught lots of fish from this dock. Perfect place to stay in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach.

Our family of four loved our stay at Bahia Vista. The house was clean, neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a nice touch. We appreciated that the owner already stocked hair products, dishwasher tabs, dog waste bags, and toilet paper. It was a relief knowing that we didn’t have to run out and buy those products right away after we arrived. The pool was really nice and the beach was just a short walk away and was very pretty, quiet, and we found lots of shells. We didn't know dogs weren’t allowed on the IRB beach, which was a bummer but, we took them to Clearwater and they had fun. We visited several restaurants in IRB by driving the golf cart. Our favorites were Coco Wooden Grill, Proino Breakfast club, and Kera (amazing pizza and baklava at sister restaurant Nextdoor) and Dairy Joy ice cream in Seminole, which was a nostalgic gem and our teen girls loved it! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Great vacation spot! The golf cart with local parking pass made going to the beach easy. The private swimming pool was a relaxing way to stay cool when not at the beach. Home was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

House was fine for a short stay. Beds were comfortable. Reasonably well stocked kitchen. Pool was nice. Golf cart was handy and the home location was convenient. The grill grates need some TLC. We made it work with tinfoil. We would stay again if we are presented with the need to return to the area.

Very clean and lovely decorated home. We loved the pool, the kayaking and the golf cart. It is located close to the beach which we enjoyed several times a day. Would highly recommend this great home.

Great spot, really comfortable for our family of four. The owner was very responsive about a small issue in the garage which was promptly fixed. Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the golf cart made it fun and easy to zip over to the beach. Overall we had a fun and relaxing stay in IRB!

We had a relaxing time staying at Will’s place enjoying peaceful mornings watching the birds and fun afternoons exploring Indian Rocks Beach with the golf cart. 100% recommend! Can’t wait to visit IRB and stay again!

Nice home with everything you will need such as tp, paper towels ,shampoo ,dishwasher soap and clothes detergent. Quiet inside and my wife and her friends loved the décor .Pool heats up well and a nice golf cart to use.

Great place. Have stayed at this hosts locations before and they have always been good. Family room is a bit small if you have several people. Nice pool area.

Lovely home right on the intracoastal. Very peaceful, herons and seagulls in the back yard. Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Golf cart to the beach was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place. Pool was perfect. Proximity to the beach was great. I was able to walk to and in the beach on the regular. Very clean. Host thought if everything. We really enjoyed cruising around in the golf cart.

We stayed here for my husband‘s 40th birthday and it was an amazing home. The pictures do not adequately capture the charm and pristine condition of everything there or how well thought out and stocked it was. We were very happy with our choice and we plan on staying here again.

This spot was perfect. The pool was warm and such a great addition to our vacation. The place was fully stocked with beach toys & chairs and the golf cart to get to the beach was extremely convenient. The dock was fun for seeing fish & perfect for casting/trying a little fishing! The beach was very close & restaurants were close too! The house was very clean & had a pack n play & high chair for our son! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is such a cute place in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive!! We had one minor issue that wasn’t the anyone’s fault, but the host took care of it immediately. The home is well stocked with most of extra blankets and linens. We had a great time!

I cannot say enough about William and his lovely home. The location was perfect. The house was spotless. The beds were comfy and the pool was amazing. The gold cart made it that much better. William and Tom made this trip an absolute dream. The location was amazing! Being so close to the main road, and just a few minutes walking distance to the beach can you ask for anything better!!! The golf cart made driving and parking at the beach a breeze. The beach necessities (chairs, blankets, towels, cooler, etc.) were amazing to have there and such great quality! The pool was delightful and so peaceful right off the water, made for great sunset dips with the pool lights on. Willam and Tom were so responsive and quick to help with any questions or occurrences that came up during our stay making us feel at ease! We will most definitely be booking our next stay soon!!

We love Indian Rocks. This is the 3rd year we’ve stayed in this area. This house was in the perfect location. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing in the pool! The golf cart was great for getting to the beach. The house was so cute, clean and the kitchen was well stocked!

We loved our stay at "Treasure Cove" . What a gem! Beautiful remodeled home on the harbor. Laid back convenient location, very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked for our 6 night stay, very responsive host, bonus with a pool and a 6 person golf cart. We will definetly be back!

We all LOVED this home. It felt like home. We had all the plans of things to do around town, but ended up just staying here and having a blast. Of note, it is a 6 seater golf cart, not the 4 seater in the listing pics. Which was a grand surprise for us! The pool was a very comfortable temperature. Lots of floats/life jackets/beach chairs etc available for use. We appreciated that. I would suggest, to the owner and/or future renters, to have an extra fan in the bedrooms. It gets very warm in the afternoons through the night.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Coming from Idaho, the pool was a novelty, being waterfront was a total novelty, and the 2 together was paradise. The place is comfortably and beautifully furnished and decorated. And you just can’t beat the location.

The house was very cute! Using the golf cart to get to the beach was very convenient. The local food recommendations were awesome! The host was very responsive. One morning, dolphins swam right by the dock when I was fishing. It was awesome.

We booked the house to spend a weekend with family (5 adults) near the beach but not a typical FL beach condo. It was fantastic! The house was so well decorated, comfortable and the layout was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and getting to the beach a ln easy 10 min walk. The golf cart was an unexpected fun experience.

We stayed here for 5 days. Had a wonderful time. This home was in a quiet location with beautiful backyard and a lot of fun activities around. Super close to the beach it was perfect for us and the kids. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. Great restaurants around as well! Host was super nice and responsive. This property had everything you needed for your vacation from beach towels to a Keurig machine. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. Fishing from the dock was a plus and we were able to see dolphins, sting rays and numerous species of fish. We had an amazing time!

Such a relaxing getaway! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just minutes from the beach. The host thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We felt right at home and will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 8 year old, and in laws. The pool got a ton of use and was heated to the perfect temperature. We enjoyed paddle boarding and the views of the inlet and the wildlife. Having the golf cart was a HUGE plus, making parking at the beach and travel throughout the island a breeze. We even saw a manatee in the gulf on the last day of our stay! The hosts were very responsive and super flexible with check in and check out (which was key when our flight was pushed back about 8 hours). We will definitely return to this home or another of the properties.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location and the kids love the pool. We take the golf cart (6-seater) to the beach and to nearby restaurants and ice cream.House was very clean. Stocked kitchen - salt, pepper, other spices and coffee.Beds are comfortable. One kind mattress was firm and one was soft. Great neighborhood. Quiet.Property manager was very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know..

The house was awesome! The hosts were very friendly and extremely responsive. The house was in a great location on the water and very clean. We were visited by dolphins each day, which was a plus! The only drawback on the entire rental was that the boat-lift on the dock was inoperable - apparently damaged in the 2024 hurricanes. we brought our boat with us but were not able to use the lift. It turned out to not be a big deal because the weather didn't cooperate and was too windy anyway. We highly recommend this house and location but suggest the owners have the lift repaired.

This is our second time staying in a Florida Dreamscape property, and Treasure Cove was perfect. The home had everything we needed in terms of space, amenities and location. Everything is new and well designed. We spent our time poolside because the outdoor space is awesome, and the golf cart made it easy to get to the store and local restaurants. We maximized our time because everything was convenient. Anything you could need is provided in the kitchen, plush beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. This owner thinks of everything. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at William’s place ! The house was beautiful and spacious , with very comfortable beds . The heated pool was a treat and we enjoyed that every day. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and restaurants and the kids really enjoyed that part of our vacation. We would ride over , grab some ice cream at the restaurant right across the street , and I would watch the boys play on the beach as the sun set . Most beautiful ! We enjoyed the area as there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby and it is a short drive the Clearwater where we enjoyed the aquarium , but we appreciated the more relaxed atmosphere in Indian Rocks . William was very helpful and communicative . It was a perfect spring break for my teenage boys and myself . Highly recommend and we will be back !

This place is unbelievable! So super clean and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every little thing was incredible. We took advantage of all the home offered - warm pool, deck for fishing, the paddle board, game cabinet, and the gulf cart was huge perk. After the storms last fall, it was evident the owners worked very hard to make this place perfect. Thank you for creating a beautiful place for us to spend our vacation.

Has a super charming nautical decor with a hand-picked feel. So much attention to detail in this home! Great hosts. We felt the love and care put into it and enjoyed our stay here!

When our original rental wasn’t available due to storm damage, Tom and his group got us quickly into Treasure Cove and made for a seamless transition! Thanks to flight delays we arrived 5 hours than originally planned so it was wonderful to walk into such a comfy, pretty home. Waking up the next morning to the pretty pool and inter coastal views the next day set the tone for the next 4 days. Treasure Cove is a clean, well equipped comfortable home with a pool at a perfect temp. The golf cart was very nice, just wish it had a license plate to be street legal, but grateful it could get us across to the beach side. Tom and his staff were easy to reach and to communicate with and provided so much helpful information. When we come back to IFB we will definitely try to come back here or one of their other properties!

I decided to take my 15 year old on a quick trip to the beach ahead of the school year starting. The house was perfect for us. Having a private pool, a golf cart for getting around IRB and kayaks was great. The house was very clean, as was the pool. Check out was very easy.

I would definitely give a 10 star if possible. The communication was on point. Sometimes they would call if I had a concern, which I really appreciated. They went beyond, in providing most things. We booked for Memorial Day and what a wonderful experience. The home was very clean and beds were comfy for a good night sleep. The area was so quiet (even during a holiday weekend). So nice to have the golf cart to go to the beach. The view of the canal and the pool was so relaxing. Would certainly book again!

We had the best vacation EVER!! The home at Treasure Cove was absolutely beautiful!! Every room was spotlessly neat, clean and beautifully decorated for a beach vacation. The pool was warm and cleaned twice a week with extremely friendly pool staff. The management person was wonderful and extremely helpful. We recommend this gorgeous home for anyone looking to spend a relaxing fun vacation. The beach is very close and restaurants very good! Our thanks to the owner and manager for arrest vacation. We will definitely be rebooking for next year!
