The Point - Waterfront! (BTR 2031)

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was stunning, right on the water, and had everything we could possibly need. Our whole family had such a great time. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we made the most of it and even got to see dolphins! We made some wonderful memories here and would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

The property has everything you could ask for! Very well equipped and comfortable. Host communication was quick. Would definitely stay again!

We had 4 couples stay at the house. It was perfect! It even looked better than the pictures. The golf cart was a hit! We spent a lot of time at the pool which was right on the water. Very close to restaurants and the beach!

Absolutely beautiful home, well appointed (each bedroom with its own bath plus a half in the main living area). Tons of things for a relaxing vacation atmosphere. Kids loved the the theater, TVs were all easy to set up streaming with your own logins, college football outside at the pool was great. Golf cart is perfect to get to/from the beach easily. They thought of everything to make life easy on your visit.

Our stay was fantastic. Every aspect about the house was beautiful. Perfect for hosting our bachelorette party. Pool and views were amazing. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Point on Indian Rocks Beach was excellent. The house is very comfortable and large enough that everyone had plenty of space without being in each other's way. The service was both attentive and caring. Even when a storm rolled in, staff came by to check on the details and make sure everything was in proper order. The pool was kept clean and inviting throughout our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dock and the water activities. We will definitely come again.

Overall a lovley stay at a beautiful property! The location is perfect, a short golf-cart ride to the beach. The property does need some work, some minor refreshing outside and inside. The fan in the bunkroom would not turn on, as well as some fans outside. The chair cushions were missing from the small upstairs balcony, so they could not be used. Some of the matressed were worn out and needed replacing. Still a great place to stay, just needs a walk-through to address any issues and refresh the property.

Overall, we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay. The biggest strength of this property is without question the location. Being right on the water with a private dock was incredible. Our kids had an absolute blast fishing off the dock every day. We ended up buying a couple of inexpensive fishing poles during our stay and will leave them here for future guests to enjoy. The location is hard to beat. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The included golf cart was a really nice touch and made getting to the beach quick and easy—just a few minutes away. The pool was great, the kayaks were a fun bonus, and there was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone to spread out comfortably. Overall, the house was nice and worked very well for our family.

My family and I had the most relaxing and amazing time at your beautiful home. Everything about this property is absolutely amazing. We vacation at least twice a year in IRB area and this is by far our favorite vacation yet! Comfy beds, beautiful heated pool and the golf cart was an added bonus. We are already planning when to book again!

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! I’ve booked dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this one is definitely the BEST! The owner, Tom could not be more accommodating and helpful. With its perfect location in Indian Rocks there is plenty to do BUT the property is so great it’s really a shame to go anywhere else!

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed this home! The house was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The Kids lived in the pool. The house had everything needs for our stay, including chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach!Our only suggestion is that the king mattresses were worn and should be replaced

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The home offers stunning panoramic views and unbelievable sunsets that we looked forward to every evening. Each day, we were treated to the joy of watching dolphins swim by from the deck, which never got old. One afternoon while fishing on the dock, a blue heron even camped out with us for nearly an hour—such a peaceful and special moment.The property is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a seamless beach getaway, including all the beach gear and an eight‑seater golf cart that made getting around effortless and enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach.The host was truly outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive. When we mentioned fishing, they went above and beyond by ordering fishing rods and having them delivered the very next day. The home itself was immaculate, comfortable, and clearly designed with guest experience in mind. This was a truly elevated, luxurious stay, and we would absolutely return.

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. There is plenty of space for everyone and it never felt too crowded. The private bathroom for each bedroom was well appreciated by all guests. We spent most of our time in the amazing outdoor space. You can't beat swimming in a pool with a waterfront view. The outside lounge and bar area was perfect for relaxing. It was nice to have your coffee in the morning on the dock. We even saw some dolphins swim by! The golf cart accommodated us perfectly and was a great way to get around. I highly recommend this house! You won't be disappointed.

Loved our stay here so much we almost changed our return flights to stay longer! It was hard to leave! Absolutely beautiful view and outdoor setting and a well-stocked home. Hosts were super responsive and quickly helped out with a very minor issue related to the tv remotes and they also dropped off some fishing poles for us to use off the dock our first morning. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the heated pool and even enjoyed a movie in the theater room one night. Clear instructions for everything in and around the home and the golf cart was super helpful to have. My only suggestions (so minor) would be to add a couple microwave-safe plates to the kitchen and to check on the ceiling fan in the bedroom behind the kitchen sink as it was a bit noisy. We used the provided tower fan though instead and that was a great alternative. Overall, our family had a great time and we’d absolutely return!

This places was everything it looks like and more. Better than any expectation and prettier than every picture! We visitied for a 60th bithday and had some friends and family join and it was a PERFECT place! The most gorgeous views, so much wildlife and the prettiest property! The golf cart came in handy so often, we had all the baking supplies to be able to bake a birthday cake, we used the kayak and loved watching football in the outside living space. The double washer/dryer was so convenient and the heated pool was everything and more! we had the best time! We will be back!

We had a great experience at the property. Appreciated the golf cart for getting to all the close proximity shopping, eating and beach access. Host was thoughtful and very responsive for any questions that arose. Property is perfect in every way. Location, amenities, layout, cleanliness, organization, etc. Everyone loved their stay here and the area surrounding. Fishing off the dock and the outdoor seating/TV areas were definite group favorites. Very peaceful and picturesque. Highly recommend all around and would return without question.

Our stay here was so memorable! Bill’s place was incredible and so peaceful. Was so fun to stay here while football games were playing, we had the best time outdoors watching all our teams play while enjoying the pool. The only thing we wish, is that we would have known ahead of time that the golf cart is not street legal, this caused us to shift some of our plans. But it didn’t stop us from having a great time. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect family getaway!We had such a great stay at this home — it was perfect for our family gathering. The layout of the house is fantastic, with bedrooms spread out between the ground floor and upstairs so everyone had their own space and bathroom. The outdoor area and pool were beautiful, and we loved having coffee on the dock each morning while watching the sunrise and dolphins swim by. The movie room was a big hit with the kids, and having access to the golf cart to go to the beach made everything so easy and fun. The home is very comfortable and family-friendly — even our dog felt right at home! We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation at The Point House!!! Tom made sure we had everything you could think of!! The check in and out was easy! The overall stay was perfect for our family of 10 - this included, 7 adults and 3 children under 4 years old! The house had everything!!!! Plus some!

We had a family gathering which I cherish special quality time together. The booking was made simple. The house was perfect for us. (The Point) Tom, the host was amazing. We were all able to sit together at the dining table (11ppl) every meal. Went on short golf cart rides, lots of time in the pool, theater room was a great addition. The best was fishing. Everyone enjoyed it. They all caught fish . We did stay in one of Tom's other house 2 years ago. Again another wonderful experience . My family still talks about it. we never had to leave this beautiful house. I highly recommend this

Our group loved the house. The inside and outside setup were amazing and perfect for our needs. We spend a lot of time out by the pool both day and night. Very clean. Owner very responsive to our requests. This is our third time staying with the same owner.

The point is a wonderful property to stay in if your destination is anywhere near Indian Rocks Beach. We had nine in our party, including three couples, two young adults, and a child. Perfect spot! Everyone had their space. Super easy location, whether your golf carting to the beach, staying home swimming or making your way to the many local restaurants. Everything was well maintained. Good choice for all! We will be back!

Extremely beautiful home on the water. We had 10 in our party and had enough room for everyone. The outside pool area was amazing. We watched our UFC fights on the big tv on the back porch area, which was great. Plenty to do in the area, close to everything. Being able to use the golf cart was a huge plus too. Very comfy beds, and beautiful sites from the windows in the bedrooms. Bring a fishing pole, the dock in the back was great for fishing. And the kayaks they let you use at the house were fun too. All and all this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Tom was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Nice home as described with lots of character.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing thoughtful touches (even a decorated Christmas tree) and excellent communication throughout.

We were the first people to stay at The Point after Hurricane Milton. The owners had done an amazing job getting the home back in shape for our visit. We had five adults and two young children staying at this great spot on the water. We enjoyed hours in the heated pool. We used the golf cart to go to the beach and around the neighborhood, paddled a bit with the kayaks and picked up everybody at the pier with a boat we rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve most of our meals - including an early Thanksgiving, complete with a large turkey. We highly recommend The Point and the very friendly service from Tom, the owner.

We had been waiting for this family reunion to take place for 15 years so we were so excited after we booked with Florida Dreamscape Vacation Rentals. And then Hurricane Helene hit. Our original rental was damaged quite badly but Tom and Dena made sure our trip could still take place and moved us to The Point. I can't tell you how perfect this property was for our family of 13. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space both inside and outside for us to spread out and relax. Even when our cousins came to visit from Tampa for the day, it never felt crowded. I picked Indian Rocks beach for the beach and we only went to look at it once and hung out at the house because we enjoyed it so much. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you can possibly need and Tom was very responsive if I had any questions. It was a Thanksgiving we will always cherish and we can't wait to come back and make more memories!

A beautiful place for a friend reunion! Had an outstanding time and this place made it very memorable

The place was beautiful, quiet and cozy. All the amenities were fantastic, the golf cart and the movie theater room we loved. Bill was very responsive and check in and out was super efficient and easy. Highly recommend

We loved being on the water. It’s a great house to spend a lot of time outdoors. We had what we needed and had no issues. The ice machine at the outside kitchen was on the fritz, and the inside freezer ice machine had trouble keeping up with supply and demand, but other than that, all was smooth! We loved the kayaks!

AWESOME home. We had 6 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of space and layout of house was great. Activities at the house were awesome, kayaking, catching some fish, swimming and cooking family dinner on the blackstone. Neighborhood was awesome, near all IRB attractions, shops, beach, pickleball. Extra and added so much fun was a golf cart Hosts were an amazing group. Would definitely look for 1 of their properties to stay again. Important to feel comfortable with who you are working with.

Awesome. Fabulous villa in a wonderful location. what more could you possibly wish for. The villa was fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay. We spent most of our time in or around the pool and when the hurricane came the kids found the cinema room entertaining. The beach and a good selection of restaurants are close by. Our host was very helpful and sorted any problems immediately. All in all , we had a fabulous holiday, we will never forget, thank you , Bill

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. Each bedroom had their own bath and the location is well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Clean and modern and the owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The golf cart was a perfect addition and a quick trip to the beach. We would definitely stay here again or at one of his properties. Our best location of our annual trips.

Highly recommend. They thought of every detail. It was like staying at a hotel, but with the look, feel, and comfort of home. All 8 in our group were very pleased with the house and its amenities… even the comfort of the beds, which is personal and typically hard to get consensus on! Kitchen supplies included everything we could need and they were NOT worn/overused/dated/cheap, which is so common in AirBnBs from my experience. The convenient app for the house had lots of great info and instructions, including a video How To for some of the features (fire pit, for example). The waterfront outdoor space is terrific… ice makers, fans, multiple seating areas, dock with seating. Vacationer’s delight! This host is clearly very professional and seasoned in hospitality; he definitely delivered a turnkey experience. Thanks for making me look good as our group’s travel planner! 😉

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Point….it was incredible!! The house is decorated beautifully; the view was gorgeous; the amenities were abundant and very impressive…movie theater, flat screen TVs everywhere, fire pit with views and abundant seating, awesome heated pool, private dock with 2 kayaks, and again, the views…breathtaking!! Finally, Tom, the property manager was very helpful and quite responsive…always responded within 5 minutes. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. A description and review cannot do it justice….it is a must see….a true gem!

This place was absolutely stunning… The pictures do not even compare to how it looked in real life… We had our wedding on the beach and our small get together back at the house and everyone was in awe. We saw dolphins and the views from the house were breathtaking

This house is perfect for a Florida trip. We only left the house to go to the beach. Host has a boat for rent as well. We rented it for 2 days with a captain and had a blast. Definitely coming back. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions. Had a chef come over and cook dinner and it was awesome. Hung out in beautiful backyard every night. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

This property is fantastic. It is clean, up to date, and well stocked. This was our second stay in this home and the owners have continued to upgrade the property. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. Once we arrived we never drove again unless it was in the golf cart to go for dinner or ice cream.

Such a beautiful home and wonderful location. So many unexpected extras and thoughtful touches. Has everything you need and more.

We were a group of 4 moms and 8 high school Seniors. The moms called the house our MTV Crib, the boys were too young to get the reference. This house has soooo many amenities: movie theater, golf cart, deluxe ice maker, kayaks, pool, fireplace, outside living, beverage coolers, beach supplies. We have never seen a house so stocked with trash bags, dish soap, laundry supplies, tp, etc. All bedrooms had deluxe bathrooms. You'd never have to leave this house and still feel like you went on vacation. Our host was amazing. I just texted with any questions, and he was quick to respond. Our boys created lasting memories at this house: fishing, pool time, kayaking, beach, poker nights, NCAA tourney in the movie theater, golf cart. Do not hesitate to rent this amazing property!

We had the absolute best experience staying at this house and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Tom and the hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly, flexible, and helpful, which made our experience even better. The house is even better than the pictures, which is truly saying something since these are the most detailed photos I've seen of any listing on airbnb. The outside area is unmatched, and you can tell they have put a lot of care into how they've appointed and set-up the entire property. They also email you a full packet of info about the house, how to use their appliances, and what to do nearby. They recommended a private chef that came to the house one night that was also an incredible experience. Can't say enough great things about this property, these hosts, and our overall experience staying here. I would have given it 10 stars if I could. Thank you to Tom for being so communicative and helpful - we truly had the BEST time!

We had a wonderful stay at The Point Home in IRB. Communication with Tom, the property manager, was great. The home was just as we were hoping, wonderful. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay immensely and we are hopeful to return in the not-too-distant future. The only problem was only staying there for four nights. Next time, definitely, we will stay longer!!!

The house was beautiful and a perfect size for our family of 12. The bunkroom was great for our four grandchildren. The pool, dock and water view was so peaceful and beautiful. Multiple dolphins all day long right off the dock. Quiet neighborhood in a suburban setting so no car traffic or noise. Easy access to beach (with the golf cart or walking). Plenty of beach towels and beach toys for the kids. The media room was a big hit for everyone to relax in the evening and the kitchen came fully equipped enabling us to eat-in multiple nights. Highly recommend the property!

We just returned from an amazing week at IRB and we just loved it! We brought our adult children and their significants. The house was beautiful, peaceful and very spacious. Lots of space for everyone to break away for some privacy as well as lots of common space for gatherings. The pool is beautiful and mornings overlooking the bay we’re priceless. Lots of dolphins and incredible sunsets! We would definitely recommend this house! We loved it!

Fantastic place!

We loved everything about this house! We spent most of our time in the backyard relaxing by the water. The house was fully equipped for our party of 9. Tom even offered to put up a Christmas tree since we were there to celebrate the holiday. The tree was beautiful! Thank you! Completely out of their control, there were a few mechanical issues with the house. Tom was very responsive and quickly fixed the issues. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. The house and all the bedrooms are very clean. Plenty of space for the whole family. Pool is good sized and heated. This neighborhood is very nice as well. Tom is great to work with and I would never hesitate to rent from them again. This is our second booking thru them.

Beautiful house and location that is perfectly set up to handle a group. We had a mini-family reunion over Thanksgiving with four of our adult children and their significant others and found both the house and location to be excellent for our needs. The four stars on value is strictly because of holiday pricing. I suspect that pricing during non-holiday periods is a five-star value. We had a great holiday with lots of good memories.

We loved the house and location! The outdoor living area is incredible with plenty of amenities. Indoor living space was just as good. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach and the slower pace was exactly what we were looking for. I miss waking up to that view of the water. This place was absolutely amazing! It was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen, they even provide plastic storage for leftovers! The space was fantastic for a big group, we were able to spread out and had so much room especially outside where we stayed mostly. They were responsive immediately when we needed them. The housekeeper was there when we arrived and she was so nice and had cleaned the place perfectly. We loved the kayaks and they were super easy to use. The golf cart ride to the beach is short and easy, they even have beach chairs available to borrow. The kids were excited about the playground/bball courts right down the road and wished they had a ball and Bill even had that there to borrow! We saw dolphins and sea life right off the back dock and our fishing lovers caught fish. I highly recommend this beautiful gem! We rented it for three families to get together and celebrate a 75th birthday and everyone thought it was perfect from kids to Papaw- We hated to leave.

Great location, very comfortable, owner’s tremendously helpful (got us a basketball!). Beautiful view of the water, we even saw dolphins a couple of times! The house itself is well designed, equipped with anything you might need, especially the kitchen.

WOW- This house sets the gold standard for VRBO homes! Right on the water, all 5 bedrooms have a full bathroom and there's even an outdoor surfboard shower which we loved! Huge, very well-equipped kitchen and two outside covered hang out areas worked well for our group. The pool is awesome, kayak dock looked tricky but was super easy to use to get into the water. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach-especially with the cooler. Didn't try the Tesla charger but that's a cool feature! Bunk bedroom was fun for the kids and we stuck them in there to game on the big TV. Fantastic sunsets with lots of birds & dolphins to watch. We've found our spot to vacation year after year in Indian Rocks Beach! A + +

Fantastic house! Loved watching the sunrise from the dock and sunsets from the upper deck. We had trouble deciding which was the owner's bedroom, since all five BRs have their own full baths. Love the covered bar and covered living room with TVs. Saw dolphins more than once! Big kitchen and lots of TVs. Water everywhere and we had fun taking the golf cart to the beach (and bars). Big pool and lots of room to sun. It's great to plug in the tesla and not have to find a charging station after driving 400 miles....The outdoor shower is badass too. We will be back!
