Summer House

We had 8 guests for a girls trip. The place was clean, well stocked, and fun. Tom responded to all of our questions and needs in a friendly timely manner. We loved having great restaurants nearby, and access to the trolley. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and the home had everything we needed. The golf cart was great and made getting to the beach really easy. Tom responded quickly and was super helpful! We had a great stay!

Tom and his wife were amazing. Their property is gorgeous and in a prime location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Tom was really proactive in communicating everything we needed to know. Lastly, they went above and beyond to help us when the golf cart suddenly died. Great property and even better hosts!

This place was perfect for our two-family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, super clean, and well-maintained.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was impeccably clean, spacious, great distance to the beach and timely host communication. The elevator malfunctioned during our stay (no one was in danger) and they responded immediately and it was fixed the following morning! 10/10 property!

The hole was lovely. We went with our son’s family. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, putt putt and other games. The home was well stocked w beach towels toys and accessories, as well as household items. Tom and Dina were very friendly and responsive when I had a question.

Pristine, stunning, exceptional!! We had the best stay for a girls weekend. Tom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Checkin was seamless and we appreciate the virtual book of things to do, where to eat, house rules and easy checkin and checkout process. We loved the outdoor space. It was literally the best one on the block. The greenery and outdoor kitchen were amazing. We loved being able to store things in the fridge so we didn’t need to go up and down the stairs. We also loved all the light features, especially at night. They really lit up the backyard while the neighbors only had solar lights. Our highlight was the private boat tour which we were able to book right through them. We can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful house! Close to the beach. Having the golf cart was an extra perk, especially for lugging the cooler. Our moms/daughters trip was really pretty perfect!

This was a great place for 8 girls on a low-key bachelorette trip! We utilized all of the spaces (including the ping pong table and golfing green). The pool (although small) was a perfect temp and a great way to cool off from the heat but yet warm in the morning. The golf cart was a bonus and the wagon & cooler to haul stuff to beach were great! It was a very easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Enjoyed a great week at Summer House. Being able to walk to the beach and restaurants was convenient. The pool and golf cart really put the accommodations over the top. Had a couple of minor issues that were responded to and taken care of right away.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Everything you could need is included from beach supplies, housewares, pool toys, even back up toiletries. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or an effortless drive in the included golf cart. The beach is 60 seconds away on the golf cart but we enjoyed taking the scenic route around the neighborhood to see all the beautiful homes. Our small daughter also enjoyed the park that’s close by. The house is extremely nice including all finishes, furnishings, and as you look around from the back deck, you will see this unit has the best back yard and pool area on the block. Don’t miss the French bakery and Coco’s just a couple blocks away. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great vacation!

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and everything we needed. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, and the golf cart was such a fun and convenient way to get around. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

This place really did it all for our family. Perfect location, just a couple minutes walk before your toes are in the sand. The house was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The backyard was awesome, pool was a great temp and the bar area with grill was perfect place to hang out after a day on the beach. Would definitely stay again. Oh and the golf cart, what a nice added bonus!

This house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Tom even had someone drop off laundry detergent when he saw it was low, before we needed it. Loved the golf cart, what a perk! Shower water pressure was very low at times, but other than that no real issues. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a fabulous stay at Summer House! A home away from home and the host couldn’t have been more helpful!! Wonderful location and it had everything you could think of! The golf buggy was great for getting around locally and the house is surrounded by some amazing little food places, ice cream spots and shops ! Incredible find and we will be back 👍

The perfect spot - convenient, clean and so lovely.

You can walk to the beach in the morning, hang at the pool all afternoon, cook/grill or eat out, and take a golf cart ride for ice cream after dinner. Restaurants we tried were great - coffee shop, French bakery, fresh fish on the water. Everything you need is there! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great modern townhome with everything you need. Close to a beautiful beach & very walkable, but the included golf cart was extremely nice if you have anyone who needs help walking short distances. Quiet community with easy trolly access to Clearwater Beach or towns to the south. Pool was well maintained also. Great stay!

The best airbnb I have stayed in!! Such a great spot, everything you need and more. Super proactive communications including a great guide that our entire group used. Pool is so great, beach access and great restaurants a very quick walk. The space is huge, so much room and amenities. I was on a girls trip but would love to come back with my family. Great stay!!!

What a fabulous find. The house is clean, comfortable and has great amenities (the back yard is much nicer than the surrounding homes). Tom was very responsive and put together a very helpful visitors guide (read it, it's amazing). We will definitely be back.

The house is amazing. So close to great things, and such a private oasis inside. The house is comfortable, roomy, stylish, and fun - and the pool and backyard are amazing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this incredible place. Top notch kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was fully stocked. I've never had such a good cooking experience in a rental. The location was amazingly convenient but honestly we rarely left the pool and backyard. So many fun things to do and comfortable places to hang out and relax on site. Not inexpensive but the pool, golf cart, garage full of beach gear and location near the Gulf were all great. We hope to go back!

The beach house was great for our family. Any questions or issues we had, the hosts were responsive.

This was SUCH a nice place to stay. My friends and I have stayed in a more inland, residential part of IRB in the past but this had a nice mix of feeling residential while being close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you could need for the beach and the golf cart was such a fun addition. We could load it up and drive the one minute to the beach. We will absolutely be coming back to this property or another of Tom’s properties.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Summerhouse. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could need and more. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and relaxing and having the golf cart was such a blessing, going to the beach, restaurants and just driving around. Tom and Dena were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and will be certain to recommend as an excellent home to stay at.

Had a great stay at the Summer House! The 6 person golf cart was an excellent touch for our family to get back and forth to the beach. The area was very nice and Tom and Dena were super helpful! Highly recommend staying with them, you won’t be disappointed!🏝️☀️

Had an awesome trip. The house is fantastic and the location is great. Could walk almost everywhere and was able to use the cart to go everywhere else. Everything at the house was in great condition.

Excellent! I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s the last several years and none of them equal to this! They thought of everything.. from the beach chairs to the toothbrushes and all of the things in between. The location is more “residential” which means the beach is not crowded. It’s a short 15 min drive to the hustle & bustle of Clearwater but if you want relaxation, this is perfect!

Everything was exactly as pictured! It’s very clean and close walk or golf cart ride to the beach. There were pool toys, a fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and towels so we felt right at home. There’s less restaurants around Indian Rocks compared to Clearwater or St. Pete but it means the beaches are less crowded and much more peaceful. We ate almost every day at Beach Waves and brought takeout to the beach. The fish tacos are delicious! Be aware that the pool is on the smaller side so don’t expect to swim laps but it’s a great area to hang out with a TV, grill, table, and games so our kids had a blast transitioning from beach to pool at the end of the day.

Very close to beach, golf cart included with stay. House was almost new, elevator was great to get luggage upstairs. Backyard and pool was small but well kept and nice.

Great place close to the beach and extremely clean

This property was a dream! Great spot for a large family gathering (8 adults); space was comfortable, clean, and had lots of amenities (the golf cart and beach supplies may have been our fave as many of us flew in!) Hosts were super responsive and flexible and check-in/out was a breeze. We loved the neighborhood — it was extremely quiet and super close to great local business, as well as the beach. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Great place, they provide toiletries like toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner. It’s also really kid friendly.. everything was clean specially the pool so close to the beach and having the golf cart was a great plus highly recommend

This place is WOW!!! I will definitely be back. The pics don’t do it justice. Had a couple questions and Tom responded quickly. Can’t wait for my next visit to one of his properties.

Build out, extras(2 washer/dryers, pool/beach toys and a wagon to carry them in,kids putting green and outside Connect 4, double coffee maker, well stocked kitchen and even white noise makers in large bedrooms) and proximity to beach and at least 10 restaurants make this unique. Tom’s helpfulness is the final perfect touch! We loved it so much we already booked for next year! Our group was 4adults and 3 children ages 2,4 and 6.

Beautiful, modern, and clean townhouse with pool conveniently located by beach and restaurants. Had all the amenities we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Will stay here again.

Highly recommend, we had the best weekend with family! We are local to the Tampa Bay Area and this was a great place to have a stay action! Tom and his hosts were extremely accommodating and even let us check in early! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. They thought of everything. It was a quick family gathering but worked well for us. Very well appointed. Great location lots of beach stuff and a wagon to haul it in. Very nice pool and backyard with an outdoor kitchen. Really cool golf cart although we didn’t use it too much everything was so walkable. Would we rent again? You betcha!

The Summer House was perfect and exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic, easy beach access with plenty of public parking. Restaurants, shops and parks nearby. Golf cart was awesome. The inside of the house was pristine, and the pool was heated and a great amenity to have. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed this Airbnb. It’s new, spacious, in a great location and exactly as described. During our stay the weather was a bit chilly which made the heated pool an essential amenity. The host is very responsive, friendly and was able to accommodate our request for early check in. We would definitely stay again.

The town house was very easy to find! It was clean and smelled new. The front door was difficult to lock, but Tom came over within 5 min of us messaging him to help. There are several stairs at this location, but the elevator was helpful for my mom! The neighbors can see into the back yard and you can see into theirs but the palm trees and umbrellas helped with this. The golf cart was great and easy to drive across a few streets to the beach (2 min). We loved the pool and grill. The beds were comfortable and they had two sets of washers and dryers. Couldn’t get fans to work, but A/C was adjustable! There was a driveway for us to park our rental car. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked frequently. We did go out to eat at the Columbia which was wonderful and about a 10 min drive as well as the local Cocos bar which was decent. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Tom and his crew were very helpful and accommodating with the minor things we needed help with. We would stay again. :)

Fantastiskt boende som var helt nytt och fräscht i ett lugnt område. Nära till stranden, cirka 500 meter, och inte alltför långt bort fanns det gott om restauranger att välja på. Vi uppskattade att det fanns många spel och leksaker att använda för både barn och vuxna. Golfbilen var perfekt för de kortare turerna till snabbköpet eller lekplatsen. Väldigt uppskattat med en uppvärmd pool, vilket sällan händer på hotellen i Florida. Mycket trevlig värd som svarade snabbt om man hade någon fråga. Ett superboende, helt enkelt.

We had an absolute blast at Summer House! The house is bigger and nicer than the pictures and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, putting green, and the outdoor grilling area. The inside was spacious, and the bedrooms were big and comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to get to and from the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Tom summer beach rental was perfect! The rooms were spacious, most with walk- in closets. Well stocked with many fresh towels, and even towels for the pool and the beach. So much was put into the little details that our family enjoyed. Communication was great and we felt very comfortable and at home!

Tom and Dena were great. The place was very clean and had all the amenities (huge tv, pool, putting greens etc). The house has an elevator which made checking in and out with luggage easy. The golf cart was key and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Would stay again for sure!

Tom’s place was beautiful. even better than expected. him & his co host stayed in touch throughout the stay and even took the time to leave a pack & play for the infant in our group! check in & check out we’re very simple with clear instructions. the house was equipped with everything you can possibly need , even kids utensils plates & cups. It was spacious for our group. we could not have asked for a better home to utilize during vacation & a great host along with it! you will not regret booking with them, they make your trip worth while :)
