Seminole Paradise

This was a very nice home in a great location. The heated pool was awesome. A great neighborhood that was super peaceful. So relaxing!!!

Amazing place to stay!! For a short vacation with a toddler, it was perfect. The house was central to all the places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and all the “things to do”. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing and extremely clean. The house amenities were perfect for what we needed to cook meals and all. I honestly cannot complain. Also, the pool was perfectly heated and the seating outside made it perfect to enjoy a family dinner. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing rental! Amazing host! Super clean ,ice cold a/c kept us in comfort.extra towels blankets very roomy clean furniture and bathrooms.the pool was well kept & clean .very private back yard setting around pool area.8 days we stayed loved every minute of it.well worth every penny!

Great location. Loved the pool and backyard. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Would have loved a slow cooker so we could start a meal in the morning & come home to it after a day at the beach. Close to all the beaches in the area, however, none are walkable and parking is difficult and somewhat expensive. Overall, we had a great time & would definitely book again if we were to return.

This property was nice and clean, in a great area, with a beautiful pool space. The screened in porch and kitchen were especially nice areas of the home. The pool, though small, was nicely kept and offered a little getaway especially for readers who like to sneak away to a quiet space. There was ample items to use for a trip to the beach.

My family had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. We loved the pool and hanging out in the back. The house was just as pictured, very clean, comfortable beds, and lots of room for all 8 of us. It felt cozy and we would recommend it to anyone. Neighborhood was peaceful. Stores, restaurants, and beaches are close. We want to come back because we loved it SO much!!

Everything was great. Tom responded to questions very quckily. The house was clean and was a great spsce to relax at night. The pool was perfect for our kid to play in.

My wife , dog and I stayed for a week, impromtu trying to beat the spring breakers. We went to Indian Rocks and Maderian Beach while there, maybe 15 min tops to each. The pool was heated and a perfect supplement. The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect setting for our lifestyle. We found and Anytime fitness 10 min away, multiple Publix and CVS locations, as well as a great Dog Park for our pup. The house was spotless and everything was top notch. We will definitely stay there again if available and would recommend to anyone that are not big partiers.

Tom was super kind and helpful. The location was perfect--in a great neighborhood where we felt safe to walk with our dog. The house was super comfy and clean!

Spent the month of January at this Seminole vacation house and it was practical and peaceful. I travelled with Mobility Impaired elderly Mother and this bungalow was perfect. Everything was accessible for her wheelchair in this open concept floor plan. Location was central with easy access to airport, beaches and shopping. The heated pool was a game changer. The family enjoyed the usual pool float and fun activities. For my Mother it was relief and relaxation. We did daily physiotherapy in complete privacy. The backyard space became our living space for meals with the large dining set, the lounge chairs captured the afternoon sun and evenning were spent under the gazebo looking at the stars. The host was responsive, there was bad weather and after one call to Tom, the pool heater was back operating and the blown palm leaves were picked up within a day. Look forward to coming back for our next vacation.

Less than 10 minute drive to the beach. In a nice neighborhood with a beautiful private backyard.

Tom’s place met our needs perfectly. The home was lovely —clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The heated pool and bbq added to the enjoyment.

The back yard felt like your own personal oasis! We enjoyed all the space this house gave us with all our own beds. Tom was super responsive and provided anything we needed. Even when it was a minor detail,(like a pizza cutter and oven mitts bc it’s a new home. He had it delivered the next day) we would totally stay here again. Loved the feeling of privacy like it was our own home. Also my daughter wanted to add the pool temp was always just right. 🥰

What a great stay at Tom’s house in Seminole. Tom and his team were super responsive to everything we needed. The pool and backyard felt like a resort oasis! The beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless. The location was amazing. Really safe area and super close to everything - the beach was about 6 minutes away! We would definitely go again!

I’ve traveled the country for work and stay in Airbnb‘s more than half the year. Tom is by far the best host I’ve ever had. He was very responsive and was able to adapt to my travel extensions and quick reservation. The place was amazing and completely spotless and well organized. The house was amazing. The neighborhood was unbelievably friendly. My wife and I didn’t want to leave because we would love to live in that house. It was amazing and you will not find a better host than Tom. We really appreciated how easy he made our trip and look forward to coming again.

Seminole Paradise is just that a paradise situated in a quiet neighborhood with large trees and every home is maintained. The beds are amazing and kitchen is fully stocked. Also the private pool is heated to the perfect temp and in the evening you can enjoy the cabana and all the landscape lighting highlighting the palms. A place not to be overlooked.
