⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great stay at Paradise Lodge! Everything was perfect, from the pool and golf cart to the easy beach access. Tom was super communicative and gave us some great restaurant recommendations too. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

It was a bummer trip to the beach because the weather was terrible but the house was great. Extremely comfy couch and recliners where we spent a lot of rainy afternoons. The double chaise out back was amazing. Everything was extremely clean. A+

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The only thing to note is that one of the upstairs bedrooms does not have direct access to a bathroom. Guests staying in that room will need to use the bathroom in the connected upstairs bedroom or one of the bathrooms downstairs. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something future guests may want to know when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We planned a big family vacation and the house was amazing and perfect for us, the kids and grandkids. The location was wonderful, right on the water and the golf cart got us to the beach and restaurants near by. Our pool day on July 4th worked out so well and we saw several different fireworks displays. Absolutely amazing. We had a couple of questions for Tom while we were there and he answered very quickly and was a big help. Love this home and hope our family can do it again soon.

We stayed here as a party of 10 and had such a lovely time. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and each group really appreciated having their own bedroom space and their own bathroom to spread out. I appreciated that there were a ton of towels and TWO washers and dryers! My kids played in the pool every day (loved that there were so many pool toys), and we took the kayaks out several days too. The house is walkable to a beautiful beach and there is a small playground only a few houses away which my 2 year old loved. Tom was super responsive and amazingly helpful when we first arrived and the A/C wasn’t working properly (HVAC guy came within hours) and even bought and assembled a new ceiling fan since the one in one of the bedrooms was making strange noises and wobbling quite a bit. Overall an amazing stay and 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic home for a large family group! The pool is spectacular and the home itself is immaculate and well-appointed. Despite a few very minor maintenance issues, everything was in good working order. We enjoyed all the amenities including the kayaks. Disappointingly, there was no paddle board as advertised, but that was a small thing. Kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the dock. One thing to note that was not obvious to me when booking: the master bedroom upstairs (with balcony) does not have an en suite bathroom. The second floor bathroom, which is beautiful, is accessed through the other bedroom on the second floor. This was a little awkward for the couples staying upstairs! Not a showstopper. Overall a wonderful stay and I would book again.

Tom was always easy and quick to reach. Checkin was seamless. The whole place was clean, fresh towels, and so on. Everything was absolutely perfect and my whole family loved the trip- the beautiful house (between the beach nearby, the warm pool, and the dock off where we kayaked and my dad fished), the location, and all the comforts provided. My mom especially loved the kitchen (all the necessary utensils and tools) made cooking for a group of 9 very easy. All in all, we would love to come back again.

Our extended family of 9 had an excellent stay at this property! The location was perfect, right on the water and a short walk to the beach. The included golf cart also made trips to the beach or local cafes so convenient. We had trouble finding the key for the golf cart the first day, and Tom called us immediately to help. Communication was very good throughout the entire process. We spent hours in the pool, which was a great size and very clean. Our group also enjoyed fishing and watching lots of dolphins from the dock. Tom was very kind to leave us a couple of fishing poles to use during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the quality of all of the cookware and utensils was great. Beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the inclusion of extra throw blankets and pillows in each room. Overall we would definitely stay again, and our kids already already asking to return!

Pool was clean and great to swim and hang out in. Plenty of space for everyone, plenty of towels for everyone, a nice black stone grill. I highly recommend

Great location! The property itself could not have been better for our group. Some would be in the pool while other hung out and fished from the dock. When the sun went down it was time to hang at the fire pit! Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

Amazing stay!

Tom was a great host and very responsive to the few questions we had. The house was just what we hoped for and needed for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. The outside entertainment area was our favorite part - from the heated pool to all the seating to the fire out/grill area to the amazing view. We would definitely come back!

our stay was great! we enjoyed the clean heated pool. there were plenty of towels for the beach pool and showers. in house laundry was very convenient. we loved having access to a 6 person golfcart. it made lugging chairs and supplies to the beach a breeze, and we loved getting around town in it! We were travelling with four couples and we were all very comfortable.

Paradise Lodge was the perfect accommodation for our first girls’ trip to Florida. The home was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had easy access to beach and several area restaurants. There was no lack of things to do with all the amenities included. (Pool, golf cart, kayaks) Tom was very quick to get back with us regarding any questions or inquiries on recommendations we had. We had our annual girls trip here and it was amazing! Beautiful well kept home andTom was amazing at communication and follow up. There was 11 of us and were all very comfortable. We brought additional paddle boards and were able to get out in the water and see some sea life. Very relaxing and great area!

This was the perfect setting for flying our family in to spend time together! There were 5 beautiful bedrooms as well a 4 baths. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed. It was really hot outside but so comfortable in the house. The master bedroom had a balcony with it where I drank my coffee during the morning hours. We played in the pool, went to the beach, enjoyed the local restaurants, a roof top bar nearby in Clearwater and went shopping at John’s Pass Madeira Beach! This was an AWESOME vacation hands down. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The digital guidebook and proactive communication are tops. The experience exceeded the photos and description. We have a 15, 13, and 8 year old and there was something for everyone.

Absolutely had the best time at paradise lodge. It was exactly what our group was looking for. Loved the private bay view, kayaking off the dock and it was just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Highly recommend doing the boat tour. It was a dream vacation! We will be definitely be doing another vacation with Tom and Florida Dreamscape vacation again.

The house was amazing! There were 10 of us there for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us! IRB chairs was recommended to us for beach chairs and it was perfect! So much in walking distance! The pool and the inter coastal are were the chef kiss to the whole experience!

This house is unbelievable in so many ways. You’ll love the morning views with the dolphins swimming in the bay. Restaurants are all walking distance and the pool is the cherry on top.

We had two toddlers and we just had so much fun at this pool and took many walks and golf cart rides to the beach. There was a high chair and pack and play and felt so comfortable at this stay. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Would stay forever if we could

We booked the house for 4 nights with 2 other families. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and wished we didn’t have to leave! The beach was beautiful and the house and pool were immaculate. The dual washer and dryer came in handy for sure…same with the golf cart. Overall would 100% stay again!

Absolutely fantastic location, great amenities and incredible outdoor space. We loved the dock and pool, and the kids barely left the water! With three families together, the space was great for spreading out. Folks could watch a movie on the huge TV in the foyer and lounge while others were on the deck, kitchen, or even in the porch nook out front, which is so charming. The use of the golf cart? Chef's kiss! I'm sure as a beach house there is wear and tear so don't expect every specific kitchen amenity, for example. But who cares? Go out to eat or hit a local watering hole for frozen cocktails. Indian Rocks has a fun beach scene and the actual beach is just a few minutes walk or cart ride. Any minor item you forgot or don't find is easy to get at the local CVS. We were thankful for beach items there and left some our own, too. The layout is great; the host is super responsive. Seriously, could not have asked for more for Spring Break. Hope we get to return some day! Thanks, Tom!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is beautiful , my son loved the pool, and the view of the water behind the pool was great. We loved the amenities and being able to use the Blackstone , fire place and kayaks. The beach is so close and we enjoyed taking a golf cart to dinner. Tom is a great host with all the information you could need and very quick responses. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with family. There was a total of nine of us! There was plenty of room. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We saw dolphins from the backyard and the kids love the kayaks! This is my second time staying at one of Tom’s rentals and they are awesome! There is plenty of towels plenty of kitchen items. Literally plenty of everything you can think of.

We had a blast in Indian Rocks at this waterfront home that was accessible to several restaurants, parks, beach, and shops! The house was absolutely perfect for our group (5 kids under 7 + adults) and the location was amazing. The golf cart was such a nice benefit to the house too! This house and host are the best we have had with Airbnb. Storyline-My family arrived in Tampa at a previous booking to find the place a mess. Called Airbnb and they refunded after sending pictures. Enter Tom, One call to Tom to see if his house was available and it was. We were able to get into this home in an hour and it was perfect. Crisis averted!! Tom saved our week vacation. Pictures were 100% accurate, golf cart was an added bonus and great location with proximity to the beach. Could not have asked for more. Everything was perfect, we had a blast. Big thanks to Tom!

If you like the pictures in this listing, you'll love the house because it looks exactly as you see it in the listing. Here's what you don't see... Tom was an incredible host who bent himself into a pretzel multiple times over to accommodate our needs. We were having a dinner party and needed additional seating so he bought an additional table and chairs for us. We were running low on propane for the grill and within 5 minutes he was at the door dropping off a new tank. Whether it was checking in early or recommending restaurants or just calling to make sure we got there ok and didn't need anything, Tom helped to make everything perfect for my wife's 50th birthday and I couldn't be more grateful! If you are looking to rent something in the area, I highly recommend this or any of Tom's other properties!

So happy I found this place. Wonderful neighborhood and A+ rental with even better hosts. The backyard pool area is a family vacation dream. This home was 10x better than the photos! We rent large homes all over the world often and Ican confidently say Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a spacious and beautiful property. Even with 11 people in our party we had plenty of room to relax, swim, or cook. Cleanliness was perfect. The location is very convenient to several good places to eat, as well as the beach, and just a few minutes to a grocery store and pharmacy. We enjoyed the Blackstone griddle outside as we cooked breakfast outside every morning. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The property was everything as advertised and much more. We were so happy when we looked through it and found we would all be comfortable with our surroundings. And then we looked outside at the deck, pool, and boat landing. It is a very cozy wonderful place. We recommend!!

An outstanding place and stay overall! The house was super-clean, comfortable, and so well-appointed, with everything we could possibly need, plus thoughtful touches like coffee pods and laundry soap. The outdoor space is a gem—so many different gathering areas, and so much to do right there, never mind the golf cart for easy access to restaurants and the beach (though those are also easily walkable). The photos are accurate—though the house actually looks even better in real life! Tom was incredibly responsive, even over a holiday, and that made the stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this house!

Rented for Graduation Celebration and perfect layout for family gathering inside and out. Kitchen is literally outfitted with everything you need! Accessibility…Great bedroom downstairs with no stairs to anything for wheelchairs and disabilities including bench in shower! Ask about upstairs layout…bathroom upstairs from master bedroom with view is through another bedroom room…may not be convenient for all. Host is very responsive and everyone enjoyed the venue!

This house sits right on the intracoastal, peaceful, beautiful pool. It has everything you need, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beach towels. There is a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach and to restaurants, however you cannot drive it on Gulf Blvd. We had a wonderful vacation at this property and would return again.

This place was is perfect! Tom our host was absolutely outstanding and accommodating. The home was clean and had plenty of linens for everyone. The location was great and the backyard was its own little oasis. I highly recommend this listing if you are visiting IRB.

Great place to say. Walking distance to beach (or jump on the provided golf cart). Great fishing off the dock. There is also a dock about two blocks away that is great fishing. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and bathroom items. Lots of towels for the pool. I would highly recommend this home. It was quiet and very peaceful.

We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back! The golf cart was a great addition! Close to restaurants and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dock! Everything was provided including plenty of towels and beach towels! We never had to do laundry.

The property was PERFECT for our group of 10. The pool, fire pit and Blackstone grill were used often! We loved the dock, ease of putting our kayaks in the water and watching the dolphins play right off the dock. Vacationing in this home with my adult children and their significant others was pure joy. We were all able to be together but still have our own spaces. The dual washers/dryers were much appreciated and the golf cart was lifesaver, making trips to the beach a breeze! Paradise Lodge is pure paradise with every amenity provided. Many thanks for a beautiful week! None of us were ready to leave and we hope to be back!

Tom's home was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. There was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and the home was large enough for us to be together, but separate. The home was spotless and the beds were comfortable. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the dining area was more than adequate for our family dinings. We celebrated an occasion at , which was a beautiful drive along the coast road to reach. We read books and watched movies on our laptops by the pool. The option to swim in the pool or take the golf cart to the beach daily to watch the sun set was fantastic. Tom was quick to respond to our queries.

This home was so beautiful, relaxing, clean, well organized, and within walking distance to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, talking around the fire pit, kayaking, and fishing from the dock. So many delicious restaurants close by to enjoy although the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and serving pieces you would need to cook. Highly recommend!

Great place. The pictures are accurate. Our family of 5 with 3 college students loved it. We all had plenty of space and really enjoyed the pool and kayaks. Close enough to Clearwater where we did some of our excursions and meals. Absolutely recommend to any family. The golf cart is a plus and perfect for going to Nekton surf shop, the beach, and Cocos Bar. Tom is very responsive and does what he says.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and Tom was extremely generous (bought pickle ball equipment for us and future guests), communicative (called me immediately about a very small issue), and flexible. Amenities are incredible, from the pool to kayaks to golf cart to fishing rods. Location is great as well, just a few minute walk / drive to the beach with a gas station, bar, and local restaurants within walking distance as well. Couldn't have been better -- thank you again Tom.

If you are looking for an amazing turnkey trip, fantastic hosts/owners and an amazing home then this is the place! Beautiful scenery was an added bonus!. Our group spent almost all of our time poolside and fireside because it was so beautiful at the house. The IRB ares is so peaceful and fun and the golf cart made everything extremely convenient. We will absolutely be back!

Our family had a great time at this property. We loved the heated pool with sun shelf, fishing off the dock, closeness to the beach, and park/playground just steps away for the kids. Everything was close but golf cart was nice to have for transporting young ones, grandparents, and stuff. It was very nicely decorated. It was a plus for us to have two family rooms and plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped, loved having two washers and dryers in laundry room, bedrooms were great size, and bathrooms were beautiful including two bathtubs for our little ones. We had a wonderful week and would go back again!

This is a great home. We had four families and three children with those families. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite comfortable and there was a nice bunk room for the three children. The pool area is great for kids and sitting out on the dock. we’re at the fire pit is just a wonderful experience, very close to the beach to watch sunset every night and we will come back again

Our stay was truly wonderful, the house was exactly what our large family needed. Centrally located, yet felt very private and peaceful. Tom had a really descriptive guide with info on the house and the area. I saw reviews about chartering a boat and thought it would be a unique experience to celebrate my parents anniversary - we were are large group ranging from infant to 60 - it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Had a great weekend at toms place. Everything as described and proceeded to be a great bachelor weekend. Golf cart that's included was great for going to local and very close bars and restaurants. Beautiful place and works Def stay again.

Recently stayed at the Paradise Lodge for 3 nights on a girlfriend getaway. This house was perfect for the 10 of us. Plenty of space, easy golf cart to a few spots for primary needs, plenty of sleeping spots and bathrooms. We had grocery delivery multiple times, and felt we didn’t need to leave the gorgeous property cause the pool/outdoor setting was perfect. The kitchen has dual pot/k-cup coffee maker, bathrooms have body wash/shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels, pool stuff, cooler, life jackets, oars and kayaks. Lots of spices and kitchen tools. Quick 20 min Uber from PIE. Sunsets over the back/pool area but you can still find shade with the umbrellas. It was absolutely perfect for us and we hope to return! You won’t be disappointed at Paradise Lodge. Tom is fantastic to work with.

I highly recommend Paradise Lodge in Indian Rocks Beach!!! Both Tom and Bill were very prompt and professional with communication. Our Wifi wasn’t working when we first arrived and it was a very short time before Bill arrived and fixed the issue. This house is immaculate. So spacious, clean and has every convenience imaginable. Even the pool guy was so friendly! The pool was the highlight, so clean with comfortable chairs all around. My adult children enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. The beds are comphy , and the showers are clean and modern. The convenience of the golf cart is one of the highlights of this property. So many amenities, from the pool toys to the beach chairs to the straw hats we wore for a family selfie. Access to the beach is just down the street. Enjoyed the restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a perfect family get away, even for my 85 year old mom. Literally something for everyone at Paradise Lodge! 5 stars ⭐️

Fantastic weekend here to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Tom has excellent communication and the place is better than the pictures. We will be back.

We were in Florida for a wedding. The house was great for our family group. Just a short golf cart ride away from the beautiful beach. The manager was very informative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolute amazing time celebrating our friends birthday, the amenities with having the golf cart and having all the stuff for the beach was very convenient to have to be able to take the golf cart to dinners and the beach!! Tom was so quick to communicate with and extremely easy going !! The house was in a perfect location to watch the sunset & kayaking in the sound was extremely peaceful ! Thanks to our amazing host , we had a phenomenal time!!

Our family consisted of my husband, myself, my 2 adult sons and their families, totaling 8 people, 2 of which were kids. The house was great for the 8 of us. The location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the inlet. We took out the paddle board and kayak for a beautiful ride. We saw a few dolphins out around the dock. Probably the best dock set up we’ve seen with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. You can not go wrong with this house!

Tom’s place was immaculate! The rooms are spacious and plenty of space for large groups. We had 10 adults. The couple with the kids room (old garage) was the only unfortunate one but made the best out of it. The upstair room with the balcony shares the bathroom with the front 1st floor room and everyone else’s had their own bath! There was 2 washers and dryers that came in super handy! Plenty of kitchen supplies, games, activities and cool electronics! The pool and it’s surroundings was incredible. Even though it was hot we had a bonfire with s’more one night! So fun. We loved the use of the golf cart to restaurants and beach! Tom was incredible, gave us early check in and late check out. Helped with getting us a boat and where to take it! You will not be disappointed with this place!

The house was exactly as described. Lots of amenities - location was great. Very peaceful, the pool with access to the inlet and a 5 min walk to beach. Perfect. The golf cart was a great way to zip around to nearby shops and beach. Tom was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

This is the standard all air bnbs should stand up to. Creative beautiful home that preserves its neighborhood standards. Had an opportunity to meet the owner who takes his craft professionally and cares deeply that his Guests have a great time. Well worth the price for this beautiful spot.

Tom was a great host-was driving by during check-in and stopped by to great us. The place was well equipped, great views and pool. The golf cart was a huge plus.

This home in Indian Rocks is perfection! Excellent amenities at the house and close by parks and the beach kept everyone entertained. Beautiful beach, fun parks with pickle ball, tennis, basketball and baseball. Gorgeous pool just the right temperature with paddle boarding and kayaking and lots of yard games. Literally didn’t need a thing - tons of towels and beach towels - all the necessary bathroom supplies. Loved it!!

Gorgeous home, fantastic amenities, well equipped/stocked, and friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay.

The convenience of having a golf cart to go to the beach across Gulf Blvd. & pick up take-out food & sundry items nearby allowed us to keep our cars parked in the driveway for the entire week, which was so relaxing. The guys & kids loved fishing off the backyard dock & paddling the on-site kayaks everyday & of course, the heated pool was used constantly by the entire family, especially loved by the toddlers in our group. The beds were nice & firm, super comfy. We cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen & on the outdoor electric grill, which was very convenient for our large, multi-generational family. Most of all, the host Tom was very responsive to all our needs & we appreciated how clean the house was upon our arrival.

This home was so spacious and close to everything. The pool area was gorgeous and like a resort. We loved that the pool was heated. The golf cart was so fun to explore in. We had an amazing sping break in Indian Rocks beach. The only thing we would like to have had was a standard charcoal grill.

We travel to different cities each year, and find a house that is essentially loaded with amenities, and this house was no exception. Property was immaculate, decor fantastic, on the water, pool, just a really fantastic time when we were not in the course. Tom was an excellent host, communication outstanding, and if we come back to the Tampa area, I’ll be looking up his properties again. Thanks Tom for a great short vacation!!

The house was very nice and we felt right at home! Electronics were over the top!!! We enjoyed the pool and the Golf cart was a blast, we used it every morning to go to the French bakery it was so delicious 😋 the kids loved the bunk bed room, king size bunk beds were amazing. This place is spacious, beautifully furnished with high end finishes, ideally located and immaculate. Expensive but worth it.

Every detail was covered! I celebrated my 60th birthday with three generations of family! This house was perfect in every way!

A Lake Tahoe villa gone coastal, this is what a vacation should be! There’s plenty space to relax, gather, play and the TVs were huge. It has a well stocked kitchen to feed and prepare meals with plenty seating. We loved hopping on the 6 seat golf cart to the beach, restaurants and bars. The backyard was spectacular and our own resort with pool, dock, kayaks and loungers and we even saw dolphins . A fav was the fire pit at night and the view of the water. The kids loved the bunk bedroom and they could walk to the park a few doors down. The beds and pillows were comfortable along with nice linens and towels. The owners thought of everything! The upstairs balcony room has no attached bath, but it was easy to hop down the stairs to use or the one upstairs. I hadn’t used an outdoor griddle before but it was superb. A big thank you for making our holiday so memorable and I’ve already made a future booking! The boat tour with Tom was a blast. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Paradise lodge is a superior property! This home should be the gold standard for all Airbnb hosts. The furnishings and bedding were luxurious. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked. The resort style pool area, fire pit, and dock rates a 10 out of 10. Looking to chill out on the water..... give the SUP or single and double kayaks, a cruise on the canal. For a colorful sunset, hop on the golf cart and head out to Indian rocks Beach. We enjoyed this memorable weekend with a multi generational group, and there was some thing for everyone to do. We will definitely be back.
