Very well furnished home, great spaces, comfortable beds, golf cart with resident parking was very helpful, responsive host, pool and canal area very private.

We traveled to Florida with a group of 10 ladies and our stay was fantastic! The house was beautiful and comfortable. Our host was incredibly responsive when we had a slight issue and corrected it right away. The beach essentials and golf cart were so amazing to have. We really enjoyed our stay! 5 stars!

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the checkout process was refreshingly reasonable—no long list of unrealistic cleaning demands like some places have. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as described.The host clearly thought of everything. Pool and beach gear, towels, and all the little extras you might need were already provided, so we didn’t have to run out and buy anything. It made packing and settling in so much easier.We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Thank you to a great host for making it such an easy, enjoyable trip!

An absolutely perfect location and home layout for our multi-generational family. Our teenagers enjoyed the lower level where they each had their own room and a small lounge/kitchenette area to watch TV and game late into the night. Upstairs the parents and grandparents had more than enough room to cook, lounge, play, and sleep. The house was wonderfully soundproof, so my early morning wake-up and coffee wasn't heard by others and the kids staying up until the early dawn didn't keep anyone else awake (yay!). For those with hard-to-impress teens, I can share that we walked in the front door and my kids immediately put on bathing suits and ran to use the hot tub. With just two easy button pushes for heat and bubbles - BOOM! They were hot tubbing and laughing within minutes! Everything in the house ran just as smoothly! No setup time... No reading manuals... No finding workarounds - Just quick and easy relaxing! Loved it!

Amazing house and host .

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed. We had a group of 10 ladies and the accommodations were perfect. The place was clean, plenty of space for living and sleeping. Great kitchen, plus a small kitchen to walk out to pool area, which was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and plenty of chairs to hang out in. We were able to check in early and get a late check out. The host was very responsive and shared instructions and local information proactively. We would love to come back again!!!!

Our stay was the perfect spring break week. From fishing off the private pier, huge pool and hot tub, golf cart rides, close beach access. It was perfect!

Great waterfront oasis, awesome neighborhood, convenient golf cart.

We loved our stay at Manatee Manor! The house has everything you need for a fantastic stay, and is just steps away from great restaurants and bars and of course the beach! Tom was extremely responsive and flexible, and was kind enough to accommodate our group's needs for early check-in and late check-out due to our flight times. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Toms place was exactly what we were looking for. The house is beautiful and comfortably fit our group. It is in a perfect location for being able to walk around, go to the beach and go to different restaurants/places to eat. Communication was clear and easy and the house is in a great little neighborhood. We would happily return!

This place is beautiful. It’s so modern and clean. The downstairs is perfect for when you have two families. The pool and hot tub are so peaceful. There is so much to do and the golf cart is a game changer in terms of getting around. Saved us a lot of money since we did not have to uber anywhere. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would come back here for sure.

Great house and amenities. We especially loved the use of the golf cart. It was great to take it to the beach near by. Tom was super quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely return!

The house was perfect for me and my group of friends! Very clean and plenty of room! The backyard was great and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the beach!

We have stayed in many properties but our recent stay at Manatee Manor was by far the best overall experience!! Tom was the most helpful host! The app for the house was above and beyond anything we have seen and covered everything from check in to amenities to where to get a yummy ice cream treat! The house was perfect for our family! I would highly recommend and we hope to return sometime soon!!! 🥰

We had such a great stay! Tom was amazing-super responsive and always available if we had any questions. The house was perfect, well stocked, plenty of towels, and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The golf cart was such a fun bonus and made it easy to get around! It was the perfect spot for my daughter’s 15th birthday getaway with her friends. We made so many wonderful memories! Thank you for everything! We look forward to booking with Tom again in the future!

Perfect place for a big group, the pool set up was amazing, we had a hibachi chef over one night to make us dinner and had plenty of room. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were super nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, would definitely stay here again, and Tom was very quick to reply !

This was a beautiful house and exactly what we wanted for a family reunion with ten people ages 7-79. The house is very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The pool is great and is right on the canal. It is very quiet and private. The beach is about a five minute walk away. We appreciated the beach supplies including chairs and umbrella. Tom was very easy to reach and super helpful. It was our first time vacationing in IRB and I am sure we will be back!

This is a wonderful home for a large family get together. Very nicely decorated with plenty of seating for all. Very nice to have the second smaller sitting area and kitchenette downstairs. Beds are comfy and the girls loved the large bunk beds. Plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and beach. Also nicely stocked with soaps and toilet paper! There was a little glitch with the air conditioning but our host Tom had someone there instantly and saved the day, thank you. The pool area is lovely esp after a long day on the beach.The golf cart is a must as parking is limited beach side and the cart has a local resident sticker on it of which we took advantage of. Close to restaurants and a grocery store is only a mile away.Thank you for lovely stay!

We loved the location of the home in Indian Rocks Beach- close to beach and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and boat dock provided plenty of good outdoor time when we weren't at the beach. The house was stocked well with plenty of towels, bath products, kitchen supplies and dishes. Everything was clean and the one item we were missing -hair dryer- was delivered promptly. The golf cart was very helpful in getting the beach chairs and young kids to the beach. There were 6 chairs, 1 umbrella, the beach wagons were great for bringing cooler, beach toys and beach towels for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The children enjoyed the pool. The first day the pool temperature was pretty warm but kids did not mind. The next day the temp was cooler and felt refreshing. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. The golf cart was great and very helpful. We were wondering about all the remotes that were in a tray in the main living room. No instructions for what they controlled. Minor issues we had were gnats that seemed to be hanging around the garbage disposals. And the ceiling fans were pretty dusty. Over all though this is great place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

A great place to spend a few days with extended family. The pool and hot tub were great and the house was cozy to hang out in. It s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay including beach gear and toys for the kids. Highly recommend!

We all greatly appreciated the comforts of the home. Easy access to activities and amenities, while still be quiet and tucked away. Everything was exceptionally well kept and high quality furnishings. We would happily recommend this place for anyone.

Wonderful stay thank you

Tom was a very nice host, very responsive. The place was well-maintained and clean in a beautiful location. We love the proximity to the beach (5 min) and the golf cart which was a real hit, especially with the kids. We didn’t even need to rent a car which was a huge saving. Tom recommended great places to eat which we thoroughly enjoyed. On the last day Tom was very accommodating and even allowed us to stay past checkout time for which we are very grateful Highly recommend thank you Tom.

It was a perfect place for our girls group. Hope to come back again next year.

Not only was the property beautiful and clean, but the host thought of everything to make our trip wonderful. Beach towels, beach umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs…just all the extras to make our stay amazing. I have never stayed at an AirBNB before, so I didn’t know what to expect but this property far exceeded my expectations

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was the perfect amount of space for 10 girls. Easy to get to the beach with the golf cart. Very clean as well! Felt safe the whole time. The host was also kind in accommodating an early check in since. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever rented- the location, pool, dock, golf cart, huge house that is super clean and has great beds and furniture- we had the BEST time and Tom is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating about early check in and any questions. The guide shared with everything you need to know is super helpful. We will definitely rent this place again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at manatee manor. The beach is just a short walk from the house but having the golf cart made getting to and from the beach and shopping SO easy. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We loved the patio, the heated pool and definitely enjoyed taking the paddle boards into the canal. It’s not often an Airbnb checks all of the boxes but this one really does it.

This house was even nicer than the pictures. Everything was very clean, and the beds and couches were comfortable. Having two stories, two kitchen areas, and a huge outdoor space and heated pool was great for our family, as we were all able to spread out. And then when we wanted to get together for dinner, the island counter and two dining tables provided more than enough room for everyone. The golf cart was great, but not even necessary with the beach, restaurants, and bars just blocks away and within walking distance. We loved it all and will be back!
