Intracoastal Luxury – Pool, Spa + Golf Sim

We had a great stay. The host was responsive and helpful from the start, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for our group. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect place for our vacation, upscale and looked exactly like the pictures. We would stay there again.

This house is beautifully designed. One of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Tom called me right away after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. He let us know the pool heater was broken, which wasn’t a big deal since it was so hot outside. Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

This place is absolutely amazing! The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather, but thanks to the awesome house, we were able to enjoy every moment, even when we were stuck inside. We had no complaints or suggestions for improvement. Very perfect.

If you are looking to stay at a luxury dream house at Indian Rocks Beach, this is it! The home is gorgeous - the views from every room, the furnishings, cleanliness, beds, linens, kitchen, and pool are all five star. We prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The owners of this home thought of EVERY detail. One of the standout features was the golf simulator - it was a huge hit and added a unique touch that everyone enjoyed. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras including the beach chairs/wagon. And we LOVED the location. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops so easily. Tom was very responsive to our questions. The check in/check out process was simple. We highly recommend this beautiful property and we will be back!! Thank you so much.

BOOK THIS HOME NOW! This house was everything we hoped for and more. The views, attention to detail, and location were incredible. Waking up in the primary bedroom and looking out over the water never got old. The second-floor kitchen has an amazing view of both the pool and water, and you can see the ocean from the rooftop deck. My son practically lived on the golf simulator, and the kids loved turning it into a movie room every night. The pool and spa were fantastic, and our kids had the best time kayaking and fishing right off the dock. The speakers, lights, and spa are all managed from a touchscreen in the kitchen. The elevator quickly became a family favorite—it made carrying luggage from first to third floor effortless. Every detail in this home is top-notch. We loved the blankets so much we bought the same ones when we got home because everyone wanted one. Comfy beds! If you’re considering this property, don’t wait. Book it before someone else does-you won’t regret it.

Tom and his team were amazing! The house was even better than the pictures. I would definitely book here again.
