One of THE BEST spots we have found so far in IRB!! Every detail you can think of was meant and then some! Tom made our stay an absolute breeze!

My family spends 4th of July in IRB every year, and our accommodations this year were undoubtedly our favorite so far! The house is lovely, spacious and unique in its design. The rooftop deck provided great sunset viewing and the perfect spot for early morning coffee. Our kiddos loved the pool. We were impressed by the attractive and functional furnishings, comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. We could not have been more pleased! Tom and Lex were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property and plan to return soon!

Stayed there with my adult children and there significant others. The location was great. Beach access at the end of the street. The pool Area was great and where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well stocked. What a great vacation.

My friend and I took our children on a “girls trip” to Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay at Oasis Paradise was absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as described and had tons of room for us to all spread out and relax. The pool was cool and refreshing and the house was well apportioned and super clean. Having a golf cart to drive to the beautiful beach was a huge bonus! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful Florida vacation!

The Oasis Paradise was a great place for our family vacation. We had 8 adults in the house and it had plenty of space and the amenities were great. Honestly, we spent the vast majority of our time by the pool or at the beach. Everything you need is there for cooking or grilling. The communication from Tom at Florida Dreamscape was awesome before and during the stay. He was very invested in our satisfaction. The beach was a short walk and the golf cart was great for getting almost everywhere. Guppy's and Coco's Crush were great for eating when we did go out. We ordered pizza and subs from Pajanos and the food was excellent. Kooky Coconut was great for stopping by. Anecdote Brewing was fun as well but they only have snacks if you're looking for food. Also, our group used the Pickleball courts often and found some friendly people to play with throughout the day. We were very happy with our stay.

Tom’s house was awesome. The pool was perfect in the morning and the beach was a golf cart ride away in the afternoon. The common spaces were more than adequate for after dinner movies and card games.

We had a great time at Tom’s place! The heated pool was absolutely amazing and was very private, it was a short walk to the beach with pristine white sand and shallow waters, and the place was within walking distance from multiple restaurants. We had never been to the area and were so pleased! Tom was incredibly responsive, it really separated his Airbnb from others I’ve stayed at. We needed help with something on the first day and he immediately jumped into action! We were also able to get an early and check out late (this was pending availability of course so I don’t want to falsely promise this to others) which was a game changer for my elderly parents and sister with two young children. There were endless towels for a big group, lots of beach chairs and toys, the beds were comfy, place was nice and cool, and the golf cart and kayaks were a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again! Tom even helped me with something I left at the Airbnb! Thank you again, Tom!!

We loved our stay here! The home was perfect for our group of 8. The backyard pool area was amazing and so relaxing, and the perfect weather was a huge bonus. It’s also an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach and nearby restaurants. Thanks Tom!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home, especially for families! The layout worked perfectly for our group—our daughter’s family had the upstairs while we stayed downstairs, which gave everyone privacy. We never heard each other, and the extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for a home office. The backyard pool was a highlight, with both sun and shade, and we loved cooking on the Blackstone grill. The kitchen had everything we needed, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The front porch was also a nice bonus. A couple small notes: the showers only have Old Spice soap/shampoo and there are no cooking extras beyond salt and pepper, so bring your own oil and spices if you plan to cook. Overall, a wonderful stay! And if you have kids, the nearby pirate cruise is a must—they loved it.

This was an absolute amazing experience. Hosts were responsive, flexible, and easy to talk to! The house has everything you need. 10/10 recommendation!

Perfect place to relax with family of all ages!

Tom's place is lovely and the location is terrific--right across from a park, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, a brewery, and the beach. The heated pool and back patio were huge hits with our group and there were plenty of places to sit quietly and relax, including a screened in porch.

This is a great property for large families. Close to beach and golf cart makes it so easy. Pool/backyard are so private and inviting. Plenty of room to spread out. There were 6 adults and 3 children and never felt crowded. Tom is first class to work with and addressed all questions very promptly. Thank you for a great stay!

We are just returning from a week at the Oasis with our 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. If you have a couple of families, the layout of the house is perfect. Bedrooms and privacy upstairs and downstairs. Also, this location has to be one of the best in IRB because of the access to the Gulf, a huge playground, nature preserve and dining. Also, the pool area is so beautiful and fun. We had a question about the pool temperature and Tom actually came over to check it out. That certainly was above and beyond. You’ll love it!!!

A beautiful property that looks exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful backyard area, the kids loved the park, and the neighborhood is lovely. We also took advantage of the beach every day: 2 blocks away and gorgeous! Thank you Tom - we will be back!

Great stay and hospitality, had a perfect weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our family’s stay! Perfect layout for multiple households and the amenities were spot on. Loved spending time at the pool and even got in a game or two of basketball! Great location with easy beach access and local eateries!

Took a mom’s trip with 8 of my girlfriends. We had the best time! House was perfect for us. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm and clean. A lot of outdoor seating. Golf cart was perfect for going to dinner and running quick errands. Tom was a fabulous host!

My group of 6 enjoyed everything about staying at Tom’s place. The location and golf cart made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants and stores. The house and backyard / pool was very well kept and clean. It was spacious and more fit our group of three couples . Lastly, Tom himself was extremely responsive and responded to our couple of questions in minutes. Would def recommend this place and stay here again!

What a fantastic place for our annual ladies vacation!! Great house and heated pool within walking distance to the gorgeous beach. Close to shops and restaurants and so many other places to visit. We were extremely happy with the separate spaces we were able to hang out in. We could have privacy or hang out in multiple different areas of the house. It was absolutely just what we needed. Tom even called me to let me know I’d left my AirPods! It’s been nicely renovated in 90% of the house. Certain things show age just like any house this close to the beach might. Pillows are very flat and soft (bring your own if you can). Our guests didn’t love the downstairs beds but said they weren’t the worst. Overall I’d stay again without question.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb for our family vacation. The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the private pool and appreciated having access to the 6-person golf cart—it made getting to the nearby beach and restaurants super convenient. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. Tom, the host, was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had about the property. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our first time to Tampa and this place made us want to stay! Family of seven and it was perfect! Beach 3 minute walk or 30 seconds cart drive. Kayaking was fantastic. Clearwater beach 18 minutes away. Town was great and local stores too! Home was very comfortable. Pool was clean and used every day and night. Tom was great accommodating even the smallest request. We loved our stay. The house was everything we could have wanted for a large group of ladies celebrating a bachelorette. The pool and backyard space were perfect!! Tom was an excellent host. Super responsive and accommodating.

This is the second time we have rented this house. It never disappoints. Everyone is comfortable and has their own space. We felt very at home. Very close to everything and the gold cart was the hit for all. We love this house and got quick responses from host. We will be back a third time I am sure! Very enjoyable!!

We had a wonderful time, even though just a couple days. The pool was amazing, and hard to tear ourselves away to head to the beach. The golf cart was so convenient to get around town. The house was beautiful and so many different nooks to relax in. I’m sure it may have said in the amenities section, but expected there to be some shampoo and soap available in the bathrooms but there was not, and for the price we paid, that would have been an inexpensive way to accommodate guests. Beach was just a few blocks away!

House was amazing! We come to IRB every year and this was by far our favorite house! So clean, not far from the beach and the pool was great!

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at this property. The property is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants but the golf cart provided is a bonus (although this can’t now be used along Gulf Blvd so use the back streets). The property is spacious and well equipped for eating at home. The pool is a great feature to the property (and is cleaned regularly) and the outside spaces are really lovely. We were treated to a raccoon walking across the yard about 11 pm one evening and a young owl falling from its nest and watching us in the pool for a while before flying back up to Mum in their nest in one of the trees. (Clearly wasn’t overly thrilled with our 7 year old Grandaughter’s offer to take it home with her!) The nature reserve close by is beautiful and our grown up kids made use of the kayaks provided at the property. All in all a great time had by all in a great property.

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip and we all had a blast! Great location, close to the beach, great restaurants and bars around. Tom gave us a great list of stuff to do. Plenty of towels for the beach and a golf cart for transport although we could walk. Had just as much fun hanging at the house by the pool! Even had fun cooking out on the blackstone. Tom thought of everything with this Airbnb. 10/10 recommend.

We spent our third spring break week at this beautiful home. Clean, beautifully furnished, fantastic pool, and close to the beach and our favorite Kooky Coconut. Tom is a very responsive host! Highly recommend!

Wonderful time with friend at the Oasis

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The golf cart was really fun to use. The host went above and beyond. There is still some damage in the surrounding areas from the hurricane, but most of the businesses are open. The nature preserve and kayak launch across the street were still closed as of 1/20/25 due to damage. Overall, great experience!

This was a great place for my family to spend the holidays. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved having a playground right across the street. The heated pool and outside area are wonderful. Tom was very available while being respectful of our privacy. Great spot!!!

We stayed for a girls weekend and it was perfect, close to the beach but also perfect for just relaxing. Great place!

It was a real pleasure to spend the last 5 nights here. Oasis made you feel right at home, with everything that you need for kids and adults to have a perfect getaway. Eveything was great from the pool, to the golf cart, relaxing areas spread throughout the property, and overall nice decor and touches that made it feel cozy and beachy!

We'd give 10 stars if we could! This house is THE house you want to stay in on IRB. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations. Tom was extremely attentive both before and during our stay and was easy to communicate with. We had plenty of room for our 9 guests that stayed for the week. The house was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time there. We were only a block and a half from the beach, but it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the perfect set up in the backyard as the pool was a dream. Both the kids AND the adults were so sad this morning not to be able to dive in first thing in the morning (we came home yesterday :(. The golf cart was a very fun option when running to get coffees in the morning, heading out to play some pickleball or visiting the local surf shop. This house is central to a variety of delicious restaurants in the area (all within 5 minutes of the house!), the beach, the nature preserve across the street, locals shops and more. IRB is a great option when looking for a slower Florida feel (we usually vacation in Sanibel Island, but wanted to change things up a bit this year). It is a small, friendly, easy to navigate area and we cannot recommend this house more. You'll enjoy every second of your time here!

Oasis was an amazing space! My family and I loved the property and all the amenities - we hardly left the pool and pool deck areas. When we did, the included golf cart was super easy to hop in and get around Indian Rocks Beach. With beach access, nature preserve, and lots of restaurants nearby, we didn’t even get into our rental car once during our stay! Tom really is a great host. Super communicative and proactively helpful. Can’t recommend him or this property enough! IRB is a great, fun but quiet area that we will definitely return too — and we’ll look to stay in Oasis again if it’s available!

Stayed here with a group of friends and absolutely loved the place! Ample amount of room for our group of 8 and the perfect layout for all of us to be together. We spent a lot of time out by the pool and using the golf cart to go to the beach and nearby stores/cafes. 20 minute drive from Clearwater and lots of yummy food places nearby. I booked Tom’s place for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! It easily accommodated 9 girls while still remaining spacious. Phenomenal property that suited our family babymoon perfectly. Property and amenities were exactly as described and shown in the photos. Owners provided a comprehensive digital welcome manual and app which made it very easy to check in/out. All beds were very comfortable. Living space in the house allowed us all to relax and enjoy our time. The pool was kept at a nice temperature which allowed us to enjoyed it day and evening. Absolutely beautiful home which is close to the beach and easily accessible by walking or using the 6-person golf cart.

I was travelling with my 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 9 months to 6. The house and the surrounding area were perfect for us. The accommodation is great for multiple families with lots of space for separation. The pool area was wonderful and feels very private. Beautiful beach just a short walk away with golf cart and all beach equipment toys also available. So many things for kids to do in the area but they were more than content with the beach and pool and travelling via golf cart for their daily ice cream at Kooky Coconuts. It was clean and the host was very responsive. Our only complaint is that we hadn’t booked for longer. We would definitely recommend!

Ocean Paradise was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The home is beautiful. There was enough space for the eight of us to spread out. The pool was wonderful! The huge dining table was perfect for family dinners and game night. We watched movies together on the big screen in the family room. The golf cart was a fun experience. We were also able to walk to the beach. Some of us even used the Peloton! Tom the owner was easy to work with. I highly recommend this vacation home!

This place is amazing and a perfect place for a group of friends to chill while in IRB. We loved everything about it, especially the pool area. The Blackstone grill and the basketball hoop were added bonuses, as well as being able to use the golf cart for short trips. The owners were super helpful and were always available for questions. We will definitely be back!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. The back yard is the crowning jewel and we realized having two family rooms is quite useful with a group. It is near a park with a playground and some outdoor exercise equipment. The kayak launch is over there. There is also a boardwalk that runs through the adjacent wildlife sanctuary which was nice for morning jogs. Dogs are not supposed to be on there (although we saw some) it leads to the dog park which we used often (closed on Thursdays). There were some items that needed addressed when we arrived and the owner was quick and courteous to take care of them. Overall a wonderful stay.

My family had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s IRB home. The location is perfect, quite neighborhood, across from a park and nature walk. The pool was heated to 90 degrees and was a great size. The golf cart was the perfect way to see the town and visit the beach. There are multiple areas to gather to socialize or eat. Most of the other Airbnb listings I read had hidden charges for the pool or golf cart, this was not the case with Tom. Just two small issues in the house, which I’m sure Tom will rectify soon, the master shower didn’t work, and the tub drain didn’t sit well. I recommend Tom as a host and his house as a wonderful place to stay. I hope to visit one of Tom’s homes again in the near future.

Some of the things that are always in question when you book a home, are the beds comfortable. All the family members where saying the beds where perfect. Great place, great host, perfect for a family vacation

We could not have found a better place for a group of friends to get away! The pool and backyard was where we spent the majority of our time. The floorplan is perfect for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed a day on “Another Pour Decision” and it was perfect as well!!

This is a very well stocked, sparkling clean property that is especially good for families with kids. Our three grandsons ages 5, 8 and 9 even got surf lessons through Nekton Surf shop Skim camp. This is a wonderful location and we look forward to coming back!

The location of the house was great, you are at the beach and restaurants/bars within minutes. We loved the golf cart so much. If you are looking for a beach getaway this is the place to stay!

Fabulous setting, very comfortable home. The pool is beautiful. The grill is great to use. We all had private space and tons of space to gather. The golf cart is a very fun added extra. Area beaches are really nice, even with a storm brewing causing really high tides and lots of wind. Perfect getaway!

This house was amazing! We stayed here with five adults and three kids. There was plenty of room. King beds for all the adults! The pool and backyard were beautiful and relaxing. Only two block walk to the beach. We were able to use the wagon and beach chairs from the house. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great week-long spring break stay with our extended family of 9 - kids, grandkids and grand-dogs. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the kids. The playground across the street, proximity to beach, especially by golf cart and convenient distance to grocery, carryout, and restaurants - this place checked all the boxes for us! The owner was responsive to our needs and promptly corrected the few minor issues we had. We will be back next year.

Wow! Tom was SO responsive. I’m talking we needed a sponge and it showed up in less than 10 minutes. He is a wonderful host. The home is as described. We had a group of 10 adults and fit comfortably in the space. The pool and deck area was AMAZING and definitely our favorite part of the home. Having the golf cart made the beach even more accessible, by not having to walk coolers or chairs to the beach. We loved that there were plenty of towels supplied and that the beds were spotless and so cozy! One very small con is the kitchen supplies were a little on the light side. We were going to cook one night and decided to eat out instead because of the kitchen utensils/pots/pans being a little slim, but I didn’t read those details explicitly, so I don’t remember what the listing said they had for kitchen amenities. Hardly a complaint, because there are so many great local food options! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Thanks, Tom!

We had a wonderful time at the house, pool and on the beach. Beach toys were a hit with the kids. With the pool and accommodations a hit with the adults. Having the golf cart to access the local restaurants and beach was a fabulous bonus.

Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. There was a minor hiccup and he was over within minutes. The house itself has an amazing set up, clean, modern, beachy, and relaxing. The backyard is an ideal setup, the pool and patio are fantastic. The golf cart is extremely useful going back and forth to the beach, restaurants, or just a spin. Highly recommend the house.

The house is located a block from the beach, restaurants, bars and convenience store. Home is super clean and well stocked with items for cooking, beach time or hanging around the house. The pool is beautiful and the golf cart was a hit with the college aged kids. Tom hooked us up with a great chartered boat ride through the inter coastal with Captain Colton. We would definitely return.

The home was beautiful, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels. The 6 person golf cart was very handy, as we didn’t need a rental car. The owners’ app for the home was very useful. They were able to accommodate a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the area and shower before heading to the airport. We look forward to returning again sometime. 😊

I can not say enough good things about this stay. First of all, Tom is a top notch host! He made us feel like a million bucks. He got back immediately with any questions we had, he is super friendly and keeps an impeccable home. This place is the bomb! The pool area was like heaven. The house had beautiful furniture and was well loved. There were tons of pool towels, kitchen ware, beach chairs and toys, all soaps you need and more. We walked to the beach everyday. We took the golf cart to dinner and ice cream down the street. It was the best stay we'vehad and we will definitelybe back!

We can’t say enough about our stay! Not only was the property beautiful and perfect for our stay, but Tom was an incredible host. He was helpful and accommodating from the booking all the way through our stay, and the house itself was clean and spacious, but the backyard and pool area was great for our group well. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

This place was perfect! It was a short 15 minute uber to the main strip of restaurants and fun things in Clearwater and so close to the beach! The golf cart was great for getting to and from the beach and the pool area was amazing. Hopefully we will be back to stay here again!

The property is as described in the photos. We had a group of nine and were very comfortable in the home. The outdoor pool is absolutely fabulous. It was very refreshing to come back from the beach and relax in the pool. The home has plenty of towels for showers and the beach. There was an assortment of beach chairs and umbrella's. We brought 4 chairs and had enough for 9 with what was furnished. The golf cart was a necessity for the beach as we didn't want to walk. We took one car with chairs, umbrella's and ice chest to the parking area and the other family members met us with the golf cart. Worked out perfectly! We would suggest taking the back roads as the traffic was heavy during our stay. Very short drive. I highly recommend the guide book Tom sends. It made our stay easy and we loved the dinner recommendations! The nature preserve was nice and quiet. The house is nicely decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The bed mattresses were great! Overall, an excellent stay and we would certainly book again.

The house was absolutely amazing! It had everything that we needed and more. From a blender and coffee pot to a small crock pot and a black stone grill that made meals quick and easy. The availability of a beach wagon, multiple beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and of course the golf cart made our trips to the beach a breeze! We LOVED hanging out in the back yard paradise with the pool and all of the seating for everyone to have their own space if they wanted. Local restaurants, bars, a convenience store, and ice cream shops are all within walking distance which was a huge perk while staying at this location. Tom, thanks so much for the quick response for any questions we had during the stay. The guidebook was super helpful and we referenced it several times throughout our stay We will definitely be booking in the future!

This was a fantastic home. Our travel group consisted of three adult couples. The set-up was great for what we needed. The real charmer of this house is the amazing pool and outdoor seating area. This is where we spent the majority of our time. The 6 person golf cart was also a huge plus - but please note that it is an electric cart, limiting the distance and time of which you may travel before having to re-charge the batteries. We did have an issue with the batteries not charging correctly. The owner responded immediately and resolved the issue the next morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would absolutely rent again from this owner.

If you are looking to travel to the florida gulf with a few families Toms place is perfect! Tons of space w a gorgeous pool and really a perfect location! Our family had the best stay. It was everything we needed! We traveled with 4 teenagers and they were completely entertained the entire time. The location is perfect and getting back and forth to the beach was easy. The outdoor pool area was where we hung out most of our stay. We had a teen with special needs who was so happy the entire time and sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

We had a multi generational family vacation. From Grandparents to grandchildren. The house met all our needs for everyone. The place was beautiful, very clean, very well supplied with everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach activities. The pool was great and well as the location. Easy access to beach, especially with the golf cart. Even the park for the kids across the street. Wonderful place and made great memories! Would highly recommend it.

Tom’s house was excellent and exactly as described. It had all the amenities we needed to enjoy Memorial Day weekend! The six seater golf cart was perfect for trips to the beach and the pool was great to wind down into the night. I would definitely recommend this home, easily accommodated four couples with a total of five kids. Tom is very responsive and an excellent host.

This property checked all of our boxes especially with a 2 & 5 year old. The house is clean the beds are comfortable. The location is wonderful for the beach, park and places to get a bite to eat. The owner has an app that is extremely helpful in answering all your questions during your stay. The owner was very helpful in trying to book a boat trip along with our stay. Already booked another stay!

We had SUCH an amazing time at this house for my bachelorette party! I don't think I have ever booked a VRBO that has exceeded my expectations, but this truly did. It was truly stunning with so much space for all of us. The outdoor balconies, patio, and pool were amazing! The whole house was so clean and well taken care of. It was also very well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies which made our stay so much easier! Having the golf cart and beach supplies was also a huge plus, and it made walking to the beach super convenient! We were also excited by the short walk to the beach. Overall, we had so much much fun, and we definitely would come back! Highly recommend this property! We were sad that we forgot to write in the guest book to share more positive thoughts! Also the guidebook link that Tom sent prior to coming was incredibly helpful and easy to access. It was so nice to have all the house information clearly laid out in one convenient spot! I wish more places used something like this!

We visited Tom’s house with our family of 5 and had a great time. The location is perfect. The accommodations are amazing. The perks (Including the golf cart) are a plus . What an amazing spot! You truly cannot beat the location--walkable to the beach, easy access to shops and restaurants, but incredible quiet and serene, with birds from the nearby sanctuary soaring overhead. The house is incredibly clean and well designed; the beds are really comfortable; the golf cart is SO fun; the pool is one of the best any of us had ever been in! Truly a getaway, and Tom is so accommodating and responsive. Absolutely recommend!

Tom was AMAZING!! He’s so easy to work with. He made sure we got in ok and the house was good to go. He was very quick at responding. The house was great!! So close to a park, beach, and a nature preserve for a morning walk. We saw dolphins the first day we were there in the channel. Quite neighborhood. The golf cart was great to haul chairs and things to the beach or run to the small grocery store or dinner. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this property along with any other property from Tom. Thanks for making our trip less stressful.

My family and I (husband, 3 children, father and step-mom) recently stayed at this property and can't say enough about how amazing our time was! The property was absolutely stunning both inside and out. Tom was kind enough to let us check-in early as the cleaning crew had already finished. Upon entering, we were in awe of each room we entered. Stepping out back only increased our amazement when we saw the pool area. Everything about this property was very clean, spacious, and well designed for a lot of rest and relaxation. Even with a day of rain, we did not miss a beat. The area of Indian Rocks also offered something for everyone, from the beach, shopping and resturants. Tom was an amazing host who was kind, informative and available from the time of booking. His resources were very helpful during the planning of our trip. The only downside of this property was that our time came to end! We look forward to returning.

The property was in a perfect location and extremely clean. Thomas gave us tons of info on the area and the house was full of everything we needed and came with a golf cart that we used to get to beach and restaurants. Thomas was a great host and checked in on us! Would absolutely rent from Thomas again!

Tom’s home is amazing! This was my second time staying here and it was just as great if not better than the first time. He has everything you need plus the grill, pool and golf cart. The rooms are spacious and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us. Tom is super responsive and a great host!

The Oasis Paradise is exactly that!! The pool area is so peaceful, relaxing and private. We spent most of our time by the pool. Tom's place is perfect for large groups, the layout of the Airbnb is perfect allowing lots of space and bathrooms. The golf cart was also sooooo nice to have for getting around town to local bars or cafes. Tom was such a great host who made sure we had all that we needed by supplying us with an amazing guidebook on/about all the things to do in Indian Rocks Beach area. I can not recommend this place enough!!

This property is unbelievable! Location is perfect, neighborhood is quite. There is a park next to the house for kids and work out stuff at the park. The house is equipped with everything you need from a stroller to a golf cart. Pool was amazing along with the patio set up. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. We loved it and are booking again! Tom was also amazing with all questions.

Amazing stay! We can’t wait to go back. We would have been happy in the fabulous pool all day, but we loved being a two minute golf cart ride to the beautiful beach, tennis courts, and several fun restaurants. Tom responded right away to any questions and was friendly and very helpful. Plenty of room for us and our three teenage boys to spread out and hang out in and by the pool. Did I mention the pool?!? Comfy beds, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need on the tv. Thanks, Tom, for a great stay.

The photos represent the house very well, and yet the house still exceeded our expectations! The beachy feel of every thoughtful decoration, the amazing and large outdoor area, as well as the layout made this the perfect place for a getaway. The host was great to work work with and easy to communicate with, and we appreciated all of the info in the welcome book. The location is lovely in this quiet neighborhood and everyone will love the pool! Don’t forget about the golf cart for easy access to everything! This is a great place to have separation for couples or families (2 bedrooms downstairs, primary and bunk beds upstairs). We plan to return to this rental again!

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party. Tom was a great host before we even arrived. He texted me so I had his direct information in the event there were any issues. We had an early flight so got to the house before check in time. we were able to drop off our luggage and take the Golf Cart to a couple of local restaurants for some lunch. The pool area was PERFECT and exactly what we were looking for. The patio furniture was such good quality and comfortable that it really made it easy to spend the entire day outside. It was so convenient to have a grill outside so we could cook up some hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch. Also, having two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs was the perfect layout to separate the night-owls in our group from the people who wanted to go to bed early. This is an amazing location, perfect and beautiful home that I would recommend to anyone. We weren't even out of the driveway yet and we were already talking about when we were going back

This home is exceptional!! It is exactly as advertised. Nothing was out of place. Beautiful, spacious, clean, ample amenities in every area of the home. perfect for relaxing and having a great time. The pre-check in communication was exceptional. It gave us everything we needed to prepare for our trip (8 professional women from out of state). We didn't have to guess. Tom is an excellent communicator and very responsive and accommodating.....even for a last minute request. I have stayed at many properties over the years, and this has been the best so far. Very highly recommended.!!

I would definitely give this place a 10/10. It was very clean and had beautiful decorations throughout the whole house! We came here for my bachelorette weekend with 12 girls and slept comfortably. The pool was so perfect we spent the whole day at it! We took the golf cart to dinner and to the beach even though you can walk to the beach as well! Tom was wonderful with responding whenever we had any questions. I had so much fun and would love to go back soon!!

From the photos of the Oasis Paradise house we knew it was going to be a special place. And it was even better in person. Tom is a gracious host, and the house is immaculate and has a tremendous layout. Perfect for us 50somethings who just want to day drink and float in the pool all afternoon. The house is an easy 1/4 mile walk to the beach, tons of inexpensive beach bars and restaurants all just a short golf cart ride away. And how cool is having a 6 person golf cart at the ready? For dog owners, our Labradoodle loved daily rides in the golf cart and the Indian Rocks Beach dog park just a block away. All our guests loved the stay. We are already planning our return to Oasis Paradise!

My family and friends had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The house was totally perfect for everyone in our party. Tom was an excellent and responsive host. We loved the pool area, and the golf cart really enhanced the experience. We’ve stayed in several different properties over the years, and Tom’s place has been our favorite so far!

where do we begin...was the best 5 days with family and friends for our wedding on Indian Rocks Beach...the house was truly fantastic. Tom was accommodating, informative, and we had amazing 4hours on a boating✅ excursion with him as well as Captain Tom!!! made memories to last a lifetime at the house...well appointed, clean and amazing pool, outdoor space for all to enjoy...We had a chefs made meal after our ceremony and they had no problem preparing a 5 course meal for us in the kitchen! We didnt want to leave and will rent from Tom again!!! Until we meet again Tom and Nikki Thank you! Oh the 6 person golf cart was the cherry on top for sure...quick run to the market, dinner, beach...

This was the BEST house we have ever stayed at! The outdoor area is amaZing and there is plenty of seating. The house is spotless and the decor is so pretty. Tom was a great host and was able to get a fishing charter set up last minute! Highly recommend this house for sure!!

I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay near the beach! Super clean house and our families had plenty of room to spread out with the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedrooms to give everyone space! Our toddler loved the park next to the house and the family hit was the golf cart! We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about Oasis Paradise!! It well exceeds a 5 in all aspects!! Tom is very easy to communicate with and wants to make sure that every aspect of the trip is top notch!!! The decor and size of the house is amazing!! Every amenity has been thought out very carefully! Only 2 blocks from the beach, the golf cart is perfect for coming and going! The kids loved the pool when they weren’t on the beach, the playground is within a slingshots throw away. What more could we have asked for? So definitely a high 5!!!

We absolutely loved this house! From the location, to the beautifully decorated home we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We could walk to the beautiful beach or take the golf cart for a spin! The house was so clean and spacious. Everything was so new and fresh. The pool was out of a resort! The whole outdoor area was such a fun hangout spot and we spent so much time enjoying the pool! The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was so responsive from the minute we booked the home! We loved loved loved this home! I could go on and on!!!

AMAZING! The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is so nice and Tom is a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive. We came with 8 girls and we easily could’ve fit more comfortably. The house is in a safe neighborhood with a little park right across the street. Walking distance to the beach and has a lovely rooftop to watch the sunset. We also couldn’t get enough of the heated pool (which was awesome because we had the one day of the year where the temp dropped in the 60s). Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better house and better host and plan on coming back again to visit soon.

Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was most amazing and we actually spent more time there than at the beach. The first night we were short on blankets and the property owner quickly delivered. The golf cart was definitely a plus. Kooky Coconut was our favorite place for lunch and ice cream. The nearby nature reserve was less than a pleasant attraction. The location was a perfect from the house to the beach and was easily within walking distance.

The heated pool is amazing, with lots of room for in-pool adult seating to enjoy/relax while the kids play. The golf cart is in mint condition and is so great to use in this golf cart friendly area. The neighborhood is friendly, with many people waving hello as they are walking their dogs. The white sand beach is just a few blocks away or there's a short drive to popular Clearwater Beach. The owner is outstanding with communication and responsiveness. We felt sincerely welcomed and appreciated before, during, and even after our stay. Thank you for an amazing vacation that exceeded our expectations during our stay!
