IRB Sail House

The IRB Sailhouse is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with timeless elegance of a coastal New England retreat just steps from the shores of Indian Rocks Beach. A short 0.1-mile stroll or 1 minute golf cart ride from the Gulf's sugar-white sand the home is great for family vacations, a friends' getaway or a bachelorette weekend your group will love the house and the prime location. Included in the rental is a 6 seater brand new golf cart. The Living room and fully equipped kitchen are open to each other allowing guests to enjoy ample time together. From the living room you move into the Nautical decor of the dining room with seating up to 10 guests.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom #1-The Captain's Quarters (Primary Suite) has a King bed and a sleeper sofa that can fold out into a Queen bed, includes a smart TV and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom #2- Queen bedroom located right off the hallway from the 2nd bathroom

Bedroom #3-Sail room features a King bed in a Nautical escape that has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The decor had a New England aesthetic with sail-inspired décor, maritime accents, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to sleep with the windows open and listen to the breeze.

Bedroom #4-Bedroom 4 features a Queen bedroom and fun Nautical decor that also includes a Smart TV.

BATHROOMS
3 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed throughout the home to keep mornings smooth and evenings relaxed.

Bathroom #1- Ensuite to the Master bedroom is a large bathroom that features a shower and tub combo. The tub is a soaking tub perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Bathroom #2-Hallway bathroom with shower and large sink area shared by the 2 bedrooms with the Queen beds.

Bathroom #3-Located in the Sail room with a walk in shower.

LOCATION — The Beach Is Practically in Your Backyard
At just 0.1 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, the Gulf is never more than a few minutes away. So close to local restaurants and everywhere you would want to go in IRB. Enjoy being in the center of IRB and a day by the pool featuring a custom waterfall feature and outdoor games including corn hole. Walking from the pool to the entrance to the kitchen and discover the luxurious outdoor shower with everything you need to rinse off.

CHEF'S KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, ample prep space, and all the cookware your group needs to eat in style. A regular drip coffee maker and Keurig ensure everyone starts the day right, no matter what time they roll out of their bunk. The kitchen is an open concept so the living room is right across from it so everyone can be together while meals are being prepared.

LIVING SPACE
The IRB Sailhouse has a large open concept kitchen and living room allowing all guests to bond while meals are being prepped. The Dining room is only a few steps from the action with a long Dining room table with seating for up to 10 guests. A fun bar season and photo moment in the Dining room to capture memories from the trip.
