This is a fantastic property. The host is amazing and the house is exactly how it is described in the listing. We had such a great time and really love the house. Everybody was super comfortable.

We would highly recommend Tom’s place. We had plenty of room for our entire family. We enjoyed the backyard patio and pool. The location is also fantastic. The included golf carts were very helpful to get to local spots and made the beach only a short ride away. We would definitely stay at Tom’s place again.

This was easily the best vacation that my family and I have ever been on ! The house is absolutely amazing from its comfort , beauty and many amenities to the wonderful pool and golf carts!! Not to mention, its location whether you're driving a car or a boat. There are also plenty of great restaurants , beaches & a fantastic boat tour offered by the owner, which we took full advantage of. The captain of the tour boat was outstanding and a great guy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your house!!

We had an amazing time staying at this house for our bachelorette trip! The house was beautiful and very clean. Amenities were amazing and we would be so thankful to come back again soon in the future!

Our favorite stay so far, I want to go back already! Our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 high school/college aged kids) had the best, most relaxing week together at Tom’s place. Between kayaking and paddle boarding, the AMAZING pool and hot tub, fishing off the pier, and lots of space inside and outside to eat and relax, we barely left the house during our stay. The only exceptions were to use the 2 golf carts and tons of beach gear for beach trips and ice cream/snack runs. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, laundry on 2 floors, and Tom provides a comprehensive house and area guide that does all the research and planning work for you. We reached out to Tom a couple times during our stay and he was immediately responsive and incredibly friendly and helpful.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed for a large group. Tom’s recommendations for a dolphin cruise, fishing and an in house chef all proved to be excellent. He was always available for any minor issues that arose. Fantastic stay!

The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was in a great location with all the amenities. The house website was a great way to find local things to do and ways to get necessities delivered very seamlessly. The house was also very stocked with dishes, cups, towels, and cleaning supplies.

From beginning to end everything was amazing. Tom was extremely helpful and accommodating when we requested some special additions due to having small children and he went above and beyond to help with the those requests. The house itself was gorgeous and you can’t beat the outdoor area, especially when hosting friends. The elevator was extremely helpful with heavy luggage and overall we loved staying there so much we already started talking about planning our with friends for next year!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults. Rooms were great, outdoor space and pool was perfect, and Tom was incredibly responsive. The two gold cats really added to our enjoyment and made travel in the area fun and Easy. Will definitely return!

We stayed here to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, and it couldn't have been a better choice! The home was spotless, welcoming, and in a fantastic location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The golf carts made getting to the beach quick and easy. We had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great house! The pool area with covered seating/grill area was a family favorite. The house is designed to allow for great family gathering areas inside and out while allowing for quiet time when desired with each bedroom having its own bathroom and additional space. The golf carts allowed for easy transport to the beach or local food/ice cream locations. Everyone from our group would love to come back next year if we can make it happen.

Our stay at this beautiful home was just wonderful….

This home was a great fit for our group of 5 couples for a double 50th birthday celebration. Tom sent a visitor guide before our stay with suggestions and recommendations. All rooms were clean, all amenities as listed, pool and hot tub great for relaxing and outdoor kitchen was beautiful! We were all very comfortable. Close and easy access to beach. Golf carts were a fun extra! Host was very responsive and friendly.

Incredible place In an incredible location :)

We had an amazing stay at this home! We traveled with three families and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The house is well laid out and perfect for groups.The pool was a huge highlight, we spent so much time enjoying it. The dock was also incredible for fishing, and we even saw dolphins, which was such a special experience. One of our favorite adventures was kayaking over to Pirate Island, highly recommend doing that!Overall, this was a fantastic property and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

You will never regret staying here! 4 older couples rented Tom’s place for a few days to enjoy The beach and it exceeded all our expectations. To have 5 master suites was perfect for us as no shared bathroom. We lived outside on the extensive backyard area. We fished from the dock, used the pool and hot tub, had our coffee there as well dinner. Watched sports on the TV and read books on all the deck chairs provided. Truly beautiful views on the water and sunrise. Highly recommend!

Stunning house with great amenities! Absolutely had an amazing stay! The outdoor living was a dream! Great way to watch March Madness games poolside. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and a 10 out of 10 for Tom’s chartered boat! Definitely would love to come back!

Wonderful house and location for families to stay! We had bad weather and still had fun! Having the golf carts to explore Indian rocks beach and catch the sunsets was the best! Hot tub and pool were beautiful and the outdoor kitchen was so clean. Location is perfect. Close to great restaurants and cute shops and so close to beach. The house was very spacious and clean. We will be staying there again!

Tom was a responsive host and very friendly. Great communication and gave recommendations to excellent restaurants/bars. We would definitely rent one of his properties again! A+

3/1-3/7 This property was amazing. It was exactly as shared online and then some. We had my 4 children and another couple with us and we all had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the outside pool, living and kitchen area. We loved being outside and had the best time. Tom was beyond responsive. Every text was answered within 30 seconds and he went out of his way to make our stay hassle free. The go carts were super convenient for the beach and dinners close by. Hope to be back soon.

We LOVED our time at this beautiful waterfront location! Weather was a bit cool in Florida when we were there, so we took full advantage of the heated pool and hot tub! Close to everything and Tom is a very responsive host and will help out at a moments notice! Close to the beach and lots of other Florida fun, we will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place. As usual from any great vacation, we did not want to leave. The house was fantastic, the pool and private yard allowed us the freedom we wanted in a private stay, and the proximity of the beach and restaurants really made this a special trip. The house was very spacious and the outdoor space was amazing. Location was peaceful, and we were able to easily get to the beach and pickleball courts with the golf carts. The well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc.), large kitchen island, and outdoor griddle made meal prep easy. I highly recommend this house!

We stayed at Harbor Paradise in Indian Rocks Beach to celebrate my birthday with my family, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The house was just wow—beautiful, comfortable, and truly exceeded our expectations. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, the house made it special. The water views were incredible, and the backyard was a huge hit for everyone. From the pool and hot tub to grilling and relaxing, we spent so much time enjoying the entire backyard. One of the most amazing parts was sitting outside and watching tons of dolphins swimming right by, which made the experience even more unforgettable. Having two golf carts was an awesome bonus and made getting around easy and fun. Tom was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. This was the perfect place for a family celebration, and we would absolutely recommend Harbor Paradise to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Great location. Golf carts were the best to have. Pool and outside area was great just wish it was warmer outside to use pool. It was great to have bathrooms attached to all rooms.

This was our best experience. The house was amazing! The location superb. The area fabulous. No issues and our host, Tom, was wonderful.

The home is very beautiful, clean and close to everything. A quick golf cart ride took us to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an outstanding stay at Tom’s property in Indian Rocks Beach! The location right on the water was incredible, and the home was perfect for our group of 8. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own spacious bathroom, and the kitchen and living areas were comfortable for gathering. The backyard pool and jacuzzi were a highlight, and we loved being only 5 minutes from the beach with the convenience of the two golf carts. Tom even arranged a 4-hour boat tour to Caladesi Island—getting picked up right at the property, seeing manatees up close, and spotting dolphins from the backyard made it unforgettable. TVs throughout the home were a nice touch, and Tom was super responsive to every question. Only minor critiques were the water pressure and a bit of a learning curve with the light switches. Overall, an amazing stay—we’d absolutely book with Tom again!

From time of booking including checkout and even days later, he let me know of items accidentally left and has already shipped them to me and didn’t even ask for me to pay shipping (which I would have). When I tell you this is the best host I’ve ever stayed with, I mean it. When we arrived the first night the host nor I were aware of the new ceiling fan in the master tripping the breaker but Tom and his lovely wife made sure it was fixed within an hour. I normally don’t like contacting the host of an issue but that is their lively hood and if they don’t know something is messed up they can’t fix it. I also cannot sleep without a fan so they were swift at repair and made sure myself and family were taken care of. Their was a small issue with the main bathroom plugger on the toilet but like the previous issue it was fixed within an hour and just needed reattached in tank. This home is beautiful and features an elevator for my dad for easy accessibility. I will book again with Tom. Thanks

I wish it was possible to give 6 stars! The name of the home says it all... it was TRULY a Harbor Paradise! We actually didn't need a home this large but we fell in love with it and rented it anyway because of the covered outdoor porch (with fans), pool, spa and peaceful water views. Amazing host who lives in the area and gave us tons of recommendations on where to go! The king beds were comfortable, house was stocked with plenty of glassware, silverware, dishes, beach towels and two golf carts! Highly recommend the grouper sandwich at Beach Waves Grill and playing some darts at Hurricane Eddies or Guilty Sea Sports Pub. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed this listing so much that we had to book a second time! Once again, the host was super friendly and always helpful. Our family adored the back patio and multiple balconies. We even got to watch dolphins from theme dock. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Our kids loved the evening gold cart rides to the beach just several minutes away. There are multiple great restaurants nearby. We can’t wait for our next visit!!

As a family that travels to this area often, we have found a gem of a stay here! We are a family of five, and there was more than enough space to accommodate us all comfortably. The views from the multiple balconies were absolutely stunning. Our host, Tom, was super friendly and so helpful. The home’s location and the addition of the use of golf carts made getting to the beach easy and stress free. The neighborhood, itself, was quiet and friendly. We can’t wait to stay here again!!!

This was our favorite home we've ever stayed in. The privacy of the backyard mixed with the incredible amenities of the pool, spa and lanai. We couldn't get enough. The inside of the home is extremely well thought out and we couldn't have asked for anything better! All of the beds were extremely comfortable; every room was cool and quiet. My parents loved the 3rd floor for the privacy when they wanted to go to bed and the view for their coffee in the morning. Tom was an excellent host, going above and beyond for us. The use of the golf carts was the cherry on top. We were able to go to the beach, stores, restaurants and more, all by using the golf carts! We hope we get to come back again and again!
