The house was clean and well appointed. Nice pool area and plenty of outside gathering areas. The golf cart was helpful. The best part (if you have kids) is the park across the street. Hosts were responsive.

Excellent stay, the house and location was exactly as described, and per the photos. It was perfect for our extended family of 10. The location was a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was perfect for getting the elderly members of the family and all the beach gear there and back. All directions were straightforward and clear, and the host Tom was super responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Tom was very easy to deal with. The house exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the layout was great. Everyone had their own space but the common living room, kitchen area going out to the pool was where everyone congregated. The outdoor furniture was well thought out and comfortable. My family absolutely loved it! The house was so close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend it! We can’t wait to go back.

Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Host noticed grill equipment was missing so had same-day delivery of replacements. Outdoor seating and dining furniture more than adequate. Inside furnishing is basic, but adequate. Golf cart was great fun to drive, and a necessity for getting folks and gear to beach. Would have been nice to have an outdoor hose or shower to wash off sand and beach gear. Host quickly responded positively to a request for 2 hour departure extension if no one was arriving same day.

Our family had the best time in Indian Rocks Beach. House was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything. The pool, views, outside seating were amazing! Open kitchen/living area was perfect for our group of 9. Our entire group agreed we cannot wait to return and would definitely try to book this house again. Tom was always responsive to our questions and has done an excellent job with this property!

It’s not just the beautiful home, amazing location and exceptional amenities ( like 6 person golf cart, kayaks and TV in each room, it was the level of excellence of the host. We had a wonderful stay at Florida Paradise. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was fantastic. The location was great. Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach, coffee shop, and restaurants. We even took advantage of the neighborhood pickle ball courts. Tom was easy to work with and super accommodating.

Everything about the house worked so well for our family of 8 adults. A large spacious kitchen and family area-- both inside and outside. The area is very community centered without a lot of commercial beach area. Big shout out for the boat outing. Felt like we got to enjoy the region like a local. Captain George gave us the best view of dolphins we have ever seen. Bottom line: Highly recommend the house and location!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful Florida home! The 5-bedroom, 4 bath layout was perfect for our large group, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The large kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped and spacious enough for us to cook and gather together comfortably. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which provided hours of fun and relaxation regardless of the weather. We also enjoyed the golf cart. It made getting around the neighborhood super easy and added a fun touch to our stay. Overall, this home had everything we needed for a memorable holiday getaway.

Our group had such a wonderful time at Tom’s place in IRB. We had four couples traveling with 5 kids and the home was such a perfect base with plenty of space for us all to enjoy a fun and relaxed time together. Shops, restaurants and the beach are quick and easy walks away. The golf cart was so fun and handy and the warmed pool and back yard got such good sun exposure that it was hard to leave the property given how lovely it was. Tom was super responsive and so flexible with check in and out which was really helpful for baby nap times. We can’t wait to come back!!

Tom's house was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and safe. The pool was incredible; we used it all weekend. Tom has all the amenities you could ask fo,r down to pool floats, coolers, wagons & a golf cart. It made our trip so much easier to execute with a large group. We are beyond grateful!

The house is beautiful and the pool area was our favorite! 10 women stayed here for a Bachelorette and we were all very comfortable. The amenities were fantastic- golf cart, beach stuff, TVs, grill, kayak, etc.-they had everything you could think of. The location was awesome- short golf cart ride to the beach and coffee shops/food. Tom was awesome. We were given a ton of details on the house, the local area, and things to do so we knew exactly what to do and where to go if we needed something. Overall, wonderful stay. Thanks for having us!

Property was beautiful and the check in process was super easy. We got to the house to drop our bags off and the owner was there and she was kind enough to just let us stay which was awesome! We loved everything about the place. Kids had fun swimming and fishing off the dock. The golf cart was a fun bonus to drive around on. Plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the owners was great. Would love to go back sometime.

Tom’s place was perfect for our family get-together. It slept all 11 of us comfortably. Tom was probably the most responsive host of all my BnB hosts. We loved the peaceful setting in back, the park across the street, and the short, easy walk to the beach. My grandchildren loved having a golf cart!

There were 8 of us total. 3 adults 3 teenagers and 2 preteens. The house was perfect for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach via the golf cart or walking. Pool was fantastic and the owners were responsive with issues we had. One kitchen drawer was broke upon our arrival and a leaky toilet. The owners were responsive with getting them fixed.

Our family (13 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like our home away from home. The kiddos loved the bunk beds, pool and kayak. Great communication with the owners. Super clean, easy walk to the beach.

We took a family vacation and stayed at Tom’s place and brought my parents and two kids. Everyone had plenty of room and we had a great time swimming in the pool and checking out the area in the golf cart that was provided. I would 100% recommend staying here, family friendly and overall a great vacation.

If I could give Toms house a 20/10 I would! He was responsive from day 1 of booking, flexible letting us check in early and out late and super friendly. He even came to fix something super quickly for us! The golf cart is an awesome way to get around the island. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best time during our stay here. Tom was very responsive any time we had a question or need. The golf cart was an added bonus with small children. We also loved having the beach wagon and cooler to use. The pool felt like a hot tub at night when the air temp cooled down. It was windy during our stay, so we spent most of our time out by the pool instead of at the beach. We were so thankful to have that backyard oasis!

Had some bad weather the first few days due to a hurricane, the rest of the time was really nice, kids loved the pool and dock for fishing. Perfect spot close to everything.

This house was amazing! Aside from the house, the owner went above and beyond. Our flight got in around 10AM. The owner allowed us to drop our bags and take the golf cart (which was also awesome). The pool was beautiful and the kayaks were fun. Our family had a great time at this house and hopefully we will be back!

We loved this house for our family of 10. The pool was clean and place was beautiful. We had use of 2 kayaks which was fun. We also had use of the golf cart since it was a bit of a hike to the beach. We just loaded and unloaded beach stuff at entrance and made a couple of trips, no area to park it so driver took it home and walked back. It was nice to have a park nearby for the kids, and restaurants were fairly close. We ate most meals at the house and nice to have a grill to cook on. The kitchen was well stocked and nice to have necessities like soaps and cleaners, toilet paper, etc. provided.

Great stay. Lovely house, pool and location. We had 7 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for us. The golf cart was the icing on the cake with having kids. Definitely will stay again. Owner was on top of things and very communicative.

Awesome stay over Mother’s Day. Place is spotless, host has beach chairs, a cooler in case you forgot. Everything looks to be recently remodeled and the pool area is immaculate.

We loved our vacation at Indian Rocks Beach! The house was stunning, and everyone in the family felt like they had private space while still being together. The pool was incredible—warm enough, refreshing, relaxing, etc. We loved having the golf cart to take us to the beach and ice cream. Tom's recommendations were spot on, and he was extremely helpful throughout. We felt like we had family nearby as he made himself available for whatever we needed. Our favorite night during our stay was when Tom arranged a boat ride for us. We enjoyed a sunset cruise with Captain George. They personalized the night and entertained us all - including our children. We will be returning and working with Tom when we do!!

Our family of 8 (including 3 little ones under 7) had a great stay at Florida Paradise. House was clean and had everything we needed (including beach towels, a convenient golf cart for trips back/forth to the beach, beach chairs and some sand toys, 2 kayaks, plenty of paper products and kitchen utensils). Warm salt water pool was AMAZING. Our guys and kids loved fishing right off the dock (and they caught a few fish!). Lots of outdoor furniture for the sun or shade lovers in our group. Beds and living room sofa were all very comfy. We all really enjoyed our time at Tom’s beautiful property. Try the toasted coconut ice cream at Kooky Coconuts! It’s yummy!

Property is great, comfortable, brilliant position within close walking distance to the beach but in a quiet area and overlooking the lagoon behind. Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. Warm pool made a huge difference going this time of year.

We rented the house for 3 weeks in January 2024. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool was amazing and it was so nicely heated. Concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the place was extremely clean. We would definitely rent again!

Our stay at this beautiful property was simply amazing! The house was very spacious, well appointed, and comfortable for our group of 12 ladies on an annual girls trip. Perfect location with beach/bars/restaurants within walking distance, but we spent a majority of our time at the house because it was just that enjoyable...especially the patio/pool! Tom was extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house and Tom as a host.

I think this was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. From the copious amount of beach towels and supplies, to gorgeous views and a street legal golf cart, I could not have asked for more. We used the airbnb for a bachelorette party and it was perfect!

I could not have wished for a better vacation experience. The property was immaculate. Tom was an amazing host. He was very responsive to inquiries about the property and provided a list of local places to visit. The house was so amazing we spent a great deal of time hanging out by the pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting IRB. I was with adult friends and family but the property is very kid friendly as well. I’m sure Tom’s other properties in the area are just as awesome. I’ll be on the lookout for available Florida Paradise properties every time I visit the area.

Where do i start? The house is incredible, so beautiful, super-equipped, comfortable, my children and nephews enjoyed the pool so much. we kayaked. the golf cart is a plus, we could get to the beach in 3 minutes. incredible! I want to come back. it's a lovely neighborhood. the playground that is a few steps from the house is super nice and clean. I recommend it 100%. we will be back

A spontaneous getaway to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach brought me and my family to this wonderful home to enjoy for a few days and it was truly 5 stars! The house is light and bright and located in a safe feeling, lovely neighborhood. Our favorite place (where many great memories were made) is the outdoor area with an enviable heated pool and plenty of comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy as was the check in and out process. We look forward to returning!

Perfect stay for our family with kids 19-24…everyone had their own space but there are wonderful common areas! The pool is great, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach..kayaks were awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Tom was an excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

This property is beautiful. We had a group of five couples and the house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the back patio and pool, and the location is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Or a 3 minute drive in the provided golf cart. Steps away is a kids playground and the Nature Preserve with a boardwalk through the mangroves. The owner is very responsive and supplied all the information we needed. We all loved it and didn’t want our vacation to end.

Everything was perfect. The open layout of the home, the large bedrooms with privte bathrooms, the gorgeous heated pool, and the amazing view out into the bay could not have been better. The property was very clean and obviously well maintained. We couldn't have had a better experience. And Tom was excellent - very responsive and kind.

Friends and family gathered to celebrate my son's 40th birthday. The Indian Rocks Beach house was absolutely wonderful! As is the owner, Tom. I've rented several homes over a handful of years and Tom is by far the best host! Timely, professional, gracious, etc. His Welcome Guide app is awesome and covers all aspects of the Florida Paradise rental house. The house itself is beautiful! The decor is a calm/beachy vibe done so very tastefully. The pool, decking, furniture is all top notch. And did I mention clean? I was most impressed with the level of detail spent on cleaning. The location is absolutely perfect for beach going folks - a short walk to the beach; or a quick minute in the golf cart gets you right there. All aspects of the property absolutely met with how it is presented in the online rental profile. We all enjoyed our stay at Florida Paradise and definitely would stay again!

My brother and I (along with our families - 10 in total) thoroughly enjoyed the property, amenities and surrounding area! We came to celebrate our niece’s wedding so had a lot of extended family in the area coming from Indiana, Chicago and San Francisco. The house was perfect as a landing spot, kayak launch and gathering area for cousins and the like to relax and re-connect. We all used the golf cart to dart to the beach, surf shop, Keegan’s, ice cream shop and anywhere else within reach…it is a perfect addition to the property!! Tom is a wonderful host and the communication was impeccable! Top marks across the board!!

Wonderful house for a 3 generation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Lots of room for everyone to relax and have a terrific time. Everything was great, including our host. This place is amazing and made my bachelor party such a great experience. Every single detail of this house is well done and very new and modern . The golf cart was a huge plus! And made the stay much more accommodating. The pool was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Toms house and Toms awesome service. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is my favorite so far. The house had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay. It was super clean and the layout of the house is amazing because everything is on one floor except two bedrooms. The host was available but not invasive and he gave us lots of extra tips on where to go for entertainment, food, and fun. We had an amazing adventure! Thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful mini vacation at Florida Paradise over April break. Tom was and incredibly responsive host! The house was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Kids loved riding in the golf cart to the beach (and the Kooky Coconut). Wish we sitting on that patio now with a cocktail.
