Great place to stay and close to the beach had an amazing time can't wait till next time

We will definitely be returning! The home was so cute, the hosts were incredible, and our group had so much fun together. 5/5 cannot recommend this place enough!

Toms place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It is right on the water, close to everything and comfortable beds. Be was extremely responsive no matter the time of day and very accomodating to needs. Price and king size beds were the winning ticket for us. I will reach out to Tom again in the future.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we loved beautiful Indian Rocks Beach - the golf cart was a huge plus for going back and forth to the beach. The paddle board was a wonderful extra that made our trip even more enjoyable. Enjoyed the common area and got to chat with other guests. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I needed to work remotely for part of the trip, and the Wi-Fi was slow at times. Streaming movies in the evenings also resulted in some buffering. Fortunately, my phone hotspot worked well enough for work when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We loved our stay at Flamingo Escape! The condo is beautiful- exactly as pictured. The beds are large and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and having access to a washer and dryer was a plus! The beach gear was in great condition and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. We loved driving around on the golf cart and found it easy to drive the cart to many restaurants, ice cream, breakfast and to the beach! We definitely will be back.

Beautiful space , clean, right on the bay , peaceful setting but close to the beach and restaurants

Flamingo escape was a relaxing and excellent time! Anything you need to enjoy a beach day was thoughtfully available! Tom and his family are responsive, friendly and attentive. The unit is in a fantastic area, close to the beach and walkable to some fun local and yummy restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat!

A quiet location with lots of activities, bars etc within waking distance. The golf cart was fantastic and an added bonus. Would definitely return and would recommend.

Great location for boating with a dock just out the door on the ICW and still walkable to a great beach! Dolphins in the cove. Open play pickle ball within 8 blocks.

What a wonderful stay at this beachy condo! The house was spotless, the location was both serene (peaceful outdoor spaces) and fun (close to great restaurants), the host was an excellent communicator and very accommodating with check -in. Our family loved having golf cart access to the beach. The beds were comfortable with spacious, well-decorated rooms, and the condo was perfect for a mix of beach fun and visits with our UTampa daughter. We will definitely be back! Very nice, clean apartment two blocks from the beach access. Furniture and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the common patio very much and met very friendly other guests. We made use of the two kayaks, and were very appreciative of the chairs and beach wagon. The golf cart was a fun convenience.

Great spot!

We had a great stay. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was quiet but still plenty to do for us all. Spend lots of time at the beach. Loved how close the house was to the beach a local restaurants. Had great meals and atmosphere. Really nice having the golf cart to easily get around. The beach was not too crowded even though it was spring break and it’s a beautiful clean beach. The house was plenty big for the 4 of us and had all we needed. Will definitely return!

Space was clean and inviting, especially loved the location, the cool patio overlooking the bay, the easy access to the beach and the golf cart for getting around. Beds were comfy and the home had all we needed for our stay. Will definitely consider visiting again.

We had a great stay at this property in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything our family needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was excellent—close to the beach and great local restaurants. We especially loved having access to the dock with kayaks and being able to fish right there, which was a huge bonus for our family. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. Even my picky teenagers quickly felt at home. The area is perfect for a peaceful retreat. The walkability, local spots, etc. It was all perfect. We’re already talking about visiting again and we haven’t even left the airport yet.

The condo was adorable and perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, my 6 year old was ill most of our stay, but having her own room with tv was a lifesaver. Everything was very tidy and Tom answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. The house had a beautiful waterside patio where we spent most of our time and the golf cart was a huge bonus. It made getting to the beach and shops very convenient. I would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Continently close to bay, beach and restaurants. The best part we had a golf to get around since we flew in and did not rent a car Beds and baths were comfortable and accommodated to our needs. Kitchen was well stocked to cook Definitely would recommend staying here again

This airBNB is right on the water with plenty of seating and a fire pit. It has everything you need for a beach vacation, including sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, and fishing poles to use off the dock. The space is just like the photos and the king beds were great. We used the golf cart to go a few blocks for coffee, dinner, and to the beach which was very convenient. Off street parking was a plus. We would definitely come back if we visit the area again.

Lovely place

The Flamingo unit was a great place to stay. The condo is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. We were able to dock our boat at the slip with easy and quick access to the water and the boat ramp. I do highly recommend Tom's property, and I will be going back in the near future.
