The house was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, and most importantly ice cream shops. I didn’t think we’d use the golf cart since we’d walked to the beach previously from a house on the same block, but the cart made everything so much easier and we were able to park feet away from the beach entrance every day. The house itself was nicely kept. The pool was great and the bedrooms were nice. Hosts were also very easy to contact. We’ll be back.

We loved our stay here! The pool was clean and we were able to relax on the new patio furniture. The golf cart made it really easy to get around without a car. We did walk to the beach too, which was about an 8 min walk. There were also coolers and beach chairs provided! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook multiple meals and there were plenty of beach and bath towels for all of us. We were really grateful for the flexibility that the hosts were able to provide for check in and check out. Communication with the hosts was great; whenever we had a question, we were able to get an answer within a few minutes! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Loved the house and was great for what we needed. All the flamingo touches made us smile and added some fun to the place. Communication was quick and everything was taken care of well. We would definitely rent again!

Very clean home pool was perfect for the kids !

We had our annual girl's trip and immediately knew we had chosen the perfect home and location! The house, pool area, beach, restaurants and golf cart made this one of our favorites. We alternated between the beach and pool and found the city chairs and umbrellas worked really well for us at the beach. After some confusion about the golf cart and where we could park, we didn't have further questions. The property manager, Dena was always available, very responsive, and helpful! We didn't cook much, but had no issues finding what we needed. It was nice to pop the cooler on the golf cart and go! We played games that were at the house each night and had many laughs. We would definitely return!

Don was a wonderful host!

I can’t say enough good things about both the hosts and this property. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The home looks just like the pictures and has a unique charm that makes it feel special right away. The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts, especially with the wonderful afternoon shade that made it easy to relax outside for hours. The location is also fantastic, with two parks just a short walk away. The golf cart was a huge highlight of the trip and made it so easy to get to restaurants, the beach, and the nearby grocery store. We were able to stay for 8 days without needing a rental car, which was such a bonus. This place is truly amazing, and so are the hosts.

Our family of five stayed at Don's place for spring break and loved it. The house is clean and super functional with three bedrooms, one of which has double bunk beds. The golf cart made getting to the beach super easy and we loved coming back to the house in the afternoon to relax by the pool. Coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. are an easy walk away as well. Don and Sharon were super hosts. Don even spent our check in day buying and setting up a new outdoor TV so we would have that amenity. It was a fantastic stay!

Highly recommend! This place was just what we needed for our family vacation. Walkable to the beach but they also provided a really nice golf cart that takes 2 mins to get to the beach. House was clean and very spacious. We had a toddler and they had a high char and pack n play readily available. Secluded spot but easy to get to local restaurant and beach spots. The pool was nice but the only down fall was there is a massive tree from the neighbors that drops a lot of seed pods when it’s windy. Other than that great place and would stay again.

The hosts were very nice and sweet! They gave our group recommendations for dinners and bars and even were going to accommodate us for an extra night in lieu of a storm. Great place to stay and made our vacation all the more fun.

Don was flexible with our check-in and check out, which we greatly appreciated! The place was clean and had all we needed for our quick stay. Certainly walkable to many things but the golf cart was very handy for handling all of our beach gear! Couple of amenities in pictures weren't there/working (outdoor tv and arcade game) but it didn't takeaway from our overall stay.

What a cute cottage home for our family Thanksgiving getaway! The kitchen is very well stocked! Beds are comfortable. The golf cart is a huge plus and enabled us to forego using the car once we arrived. It’s only a short ride to the beach and restaurants! Our host, Don, was extremely responsive to a few small issues we had. Definitely recommend this property for your next beach vacation!!

Amazing beach house for family vacation. Extremely clean and all the amenities from beach to kitchen essentials. Perfect backyard pool that was so relaxing. The golf cart was wonderful to go to the beach or nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here at Indian Rocks Beach. The house had everything we needed plus more! They have thought of everything, and we loved the pool. The golf cart was great for getting around the area. Don greeted us upon arrival, and gave us many recommendations that made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Donald’s home and would definitely recommend. I think this was the best stocked air bnb we have ever stayed in. I love how they kept the ketchup and condiments in the fridge. One of my biggest pet peeves is having to buy, and throw out condiments eveytime. They had so many things for the beach, there was no need to buy anything. So many towels, toys, means to transport it, and chairs. The golf cart was just a plus!! The park around the corner was great for us, because we didn’t get perfect weather but still found stuff for the kids to do. Pickle ball was probably our favorite. The house was also very clean and well stocked with toiletries. If you forgot anything, they most likely had it. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed the place - the pool was great, backyard felt private, golf cart was brand new, kitchen was one of the best equipped we have had, house was comfortable, great style and details like the Dr No pinball machine, and location was perfect in the center of IRB and walkable to coffee, restaurants, beach. We would definitely stay again and plan to!

This was an amazing family birthday trip! Our host was wonderful with recommendations and offering any help we may have needed. The area was wonderful and quiet and everything was so close. The kids had a blast in the pool and all the beach extras and golf cart were such a blessing. It was so much fun! We can't wait to start making this a go-to spot for our family!

We loved our stay here! There was plenty to do around town. We got to explore the beaches and shops during the day and at night we came home to this comfortable and amazing Airbnb! We had a great time in the pool. The neighborhood was cute and quiet and felt very safe! The beach was just a short drive away! We would love to come back and stay here! Don and Sharon were wonderful hosts. They greeted us and showed us around their incredible property. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach, but on the golf cart it’s more like 30 seconds. There is also designated parking for golf carts which made our beach days exceptionally easy. The pool was amazing. Warm, clean, and so inviting. The beds are comfortable, the showers were clean and the kitchen was spotless. We can’t wait to come back.

Donald was a wonderful host! The home was clean and a perfect size for our group. Plenty of beach towels for the five of us and we loved playing the pin ball machine in our down time! We also loved the golf cart, we did not have to rent a car so it saved us money and we had a blast driving around town. Thanks for a great trip.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this Beach House was. It was spotless. It had so many extra touches that made our stay with 4 kids fun and smooth. My children loved the pool and floats along with the games and puzzles. We enjoyed ample time on the golf cart exploring the island and had peaceful and private eveninngs in the back yard. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. This is by far the best AirBnb we have stayed in.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—tucked away from the main road for peace and quiet, but still just a short golf cart ride to the beach and nearby restaurants. The home was spotless and very comfortable. Our host met us at check-in, gave us a quick tour, and explained how everything worked. Two standout features were the outdoor heated saltwater pool and the oversized golf cart—we loved cruising the backstreets in it to explore the area. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun beach getaway!

This house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was so clean and shiny. The pool was perfect. Everything we could have needed was right there in the home. The area is beautiful. There’s a lot to see and do, and we used the awesome golf cart to get to most of it. We had the best time and felt perfectly at home. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Don and Sharon’s home. It was a perfect setup to enjoy the beach and everything else Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. The golf cart was a huge convenience to get to and from the beach and to cruise and explore the neighborhood. The interior of the home is thoughtfully designed, and Don and Sharon had beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon to make trips great. The pool and backyard were great, as well! I’d highly recommend Don and Sharon’s home for a stay!

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and many great restaurants nearby. The golf cart was very helpful to get around easily. The decor was so cute and fun! We would gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay on IRB in Donald and Sharon’s beach home. The amenities were excellent, especially the heated pool and new golf cart, all included with the rental. The kitchen supplies were quality and allowed us to cook many meals from home. The backyard gets shade in the morning and late afternoon, which was great for swimming and eating al fresco. Our kids loved the pinball machine. The location is convenient and within walking or carting distance from restaurants, the beach, a nature preserve, coffee shop, playground, and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to Indian Rocks Beach & your home. The heated private pool & use of the golf cart were real plus’s. Thank you Don & Sharon for all your suggestions & helping get oriented to the area. Loved our dinner at TJ’s!😎

The home was wonderful, clean, well furnished and described well. Host were welcoming, friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They recommended a great restaurant, TJs and we also had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Salt Rock Grill. We highly recommend this home and the hosts, we will be back soon. Donald was absolutely AMAZING! He met me there and showed us around and where everything was and how to use anything we had questions about. The house was everything we expected. Such a beautiful little place close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. I defiantly recommend for anyone looking for a nice family oriented neighborhood within walking distance of everything you would need..but they have a golf cart so no need to walk anywhere. The pool area is so relaxing and cozy. Go stay here, it is GREAT!!!

This home is absolutely amazing!!! Private pool & so peaceful!!! We came in for our son’s wedding which was down about 3 blocks on Indian Rocks Beach! In between rehearsal dinner & wedding we had some down time to enjoy the pool!!! So relaxing during such a busy event. Don, you were so gracious to meet us late in the evening & show us everything about the home which was so appreciated. And also the use of the golf cart helped tremendously going back & forth to the beach!! We definitely would love to come back & stay here!
