Communication was exceptional, the hospitality was outstanding, and every little detail showed how much care and thought had been put into creating a fantastic guest experience. The property was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and even better than expected. We felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely at home throughout our stay. The guide provided was very informative and any questions I had were addressed promptly. My family enjoyed their stay to the fullest. We were a party of 8 women who take an annual vacation together. This has to be the most gorgeous property we've stayed at. Convenient location to beach and restaurants. Furnishings, including mattresses and bedding, were amazing and the kitchen is well-supplied for everyone's needs. Highly recommend this property!

We rent a different property every year. This was by far the the cleanest, best equipped, best managed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

If you are looking in St Petersburg you cannot go wrong with this property. The management team could not have been more responsive to our calls. Even helped us lower the sunscreen so we could watch the soccer World Cup, no glare on huge TV. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed cruising in the golf cart. House is close to local restaurants and pubs.

The house is amazing; the space is beautiful, there’s plenty of room for a large family to spread out, fully stocked with whatever you may need, and the sunsets were spectacular. Having space at the dock for our boat was another plus. Hope to come back sometime!

This is the second stay in this home for my family! Absolutely perfect! Could not have been better! Golf cart rides to the beach are fun! One thing I always look for is enough seating for dining and in the living room—this home checks both boxes. So often there is plenty of sleeping space but not enough of the other. Luxury home with all the bells and whistles! Bedding is so comfy. I never want to leave!! Sadly, I’m typing this from the Tampa airport…I’m sure anyone who stays here will love it!! This house exceeds our expectations. So well equipped and laid out. It allows everyone their own space as well as terrific opportunities for gatherings. It was enjoyable to have the fabulous pool, kayaks and paddle boards available. Just a quick and easy golf cart ride to the beach.

We have rented a florida house for a week in the summer for the last 15 years. Always a different house in a different location in Florida. This house was by FAR the best house ever. The interior furniture and style was AMAZING. Not to mention every activity you could possibly think of was covered from water activity and fishing to a provided golf cart. Amazing !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!! 1,000,000 STARS !!!

Everything was as advertised at Tom’s place. Beautiful home with a backyard we enjoyed each day of our stay. Pool and spa were perfect. We also loved the dock that my nephew and I spent hours on fishing and looking for dolphins. Golf cart is a nice addition that allows you to get around IRB easily. We have family in the area so this place was perfect for us. Hope to visit again.

We just wrapped up a weeklong stay at Dolphin Cove and it truly exceeded expectations for our group of families. The home was incredibly clean from top to bottom, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. What really stood out were all the thoughtful details you don’t usually find in a short-term rental. From the well-stocked spaces to the little touches throughout the home, it was clear a lot of care went into creating a great guest experience. The layout was perfect for multiple families. The extra living space gave everyone room to spread out, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom made a huge difference. It made mornings and evenings seamless, even with a full house. Between the space, cleanliness, and attention to detail, this was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Let me start by saying that Tom and Nicole are AMAZING! They are so responsive and helpful, I just cant say enough good things about them! This property did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful, well maintained and CLEAN! Beds and linens were wonderful. You could not get a better location. This is the perfect property for more than one family going. Incredible value! So convenient!

This is the first Airbnb I’ve ever wanted to give more than 5 stars. Every category of this experience & stay was above exemplary! Tom and his team are amazing hosts! The check in was breezy, the guidebook was incredibly helpful, and most of all the home was out of this world! I visited with family, and some small children and the home graciously and comfortably accommodated us. Furniture is super comfortable, plentiful luxury bathrooms & the amenities like pool, hot tub, golf cart and bikes beat out any resort experience we had. Easy to cook in the fully stocked kitchen and grill outside too! My parents have already requested we stay here again! Win!! Hats off to the hosts for their passion in giving every dollars worth to their clients!!

We had an outstanding weekend at dolphins Cove celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday. Tom was an excellent host - extremely responsive, kind, and honest. We loved the house and the location, and even though it was record cold weekend, it didn’t really matter since house had everything you could want - made all the amenities all the more appreciated. Tom and his team went above and beyond to make our family reunion memorable. The home is stunning, the beds supremely comfortable, the kitchen stocked. But the highlight was seeing dolphins swimming right off the dock! We loved taking the beach chairs in the golf cart just 5 minutes to the beautiful white sand beach. The elevator was a great asset too. No regrets, would book again if we ever return. Thank you Tom and Dena for sharing this spectacular home with us!

This home is really beautiful. Modern decor and amenities, and very spacious and comfortable for a larger family of 10. We had 4 teens with us, and they got so much joy from simply fishing off the backyard dock. They caught over 10 different species of fish! We also had nearly daily visits from dolphin, right off the dock as well. The pool and hot tub are so wonderful, clean and easy to operate. We would return to this home in a heartbeat. It’s really a 10/10 in every way. Thanks to Tom for the wonderful communication.

The home was beautiful, we had 11 people, each couple with their own room & bathroom. We enjoyed the views, especially the third floor deck at sunsets. We celebrated Christmas Dinner, with plenty of space for everyone, breakfast on the second floor balcony. The pool and hot tub were great ways to relax in the evenings after long days of visiting local attractions. Also the Golf Cart was great for quick trips to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at Dolphin Cove, oh btw we saw dolphins off he dock 5 out of 7 days, so it definitely lived up to its name..

We had an amazing stay at Dolphin Cove! The neighborhood was awesome for driving the golf cart and going on walks. The house was absolutely stunning, plenty of room for our big family, and had beautiful views of the water. Pool/hot tub were great. Kitchen is awesome for cooking a big dinner and staying in to watch the sunset. Located near the beach and restaurants and just a short drive to Tampa. Tom was a great host and was always available if we needed anything but everything was setup perfectly from the beginning. 10/10 recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a home with Florida Dreamscape. Both were incredible, over the top experiences. The Dolphin Cove is our new favorite. There were no short cuts taken by the owners of this property. Our guests ranged in age from 82 to 2 and it was perfect for everyone. The pool, hot tub, kayaks, golf cart kept everyone entertained for days. The owners are super responsive and even purchased a crock pot for us when we asked if one was available. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable family vacation.

We had an excellent time! Tom was extremely responsive and well prepared ahead of our arrival. The directions were clear and check-in was effortless. We had a large group, but the size and comfort of each room made it perfect for us to be together, but also have our own space when we needed it. Tom also had all the games and gear to keep us busy enjoying the area. I strongly recommend for a large group who prioritize comfort.

Can’t get much better than this for a beach vacation in the United States! From the time you pull up you realize you are in a special place exactly as advertised. Beautiful modern property with everything and anything a family could need. Can take golf carts for a short ride to the beach or to multiple restaurants. 3 levels for all to relax at the house and they thought of everything. Indian Rocks Beach is fantastatic. Pool and Hot tub at the house were amazing. Kids and adults loved it. 5 plus stars. Property owner extremely responsive for anything you might need.

What a gorgeous property. It looks even better than the pictures. It had everything you would need plus more. It was in prestine condition, such a dream property. The neighborhood felt safe to let our kids ride bikes, the golf cart was great to get us in town. Dolphins swimming by, great fishing off the dock for the kids, sunset's every night.The owner was close by if we needed anything and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommended and hope to go back next year!

AWESOME PLACE! “Dolphin Cove” was the perfect place for our Family from Pennsylvania to spend Easter weekend with our son who attends UT (University of Tampa)! Place was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, great heated pool and hot tub, plenty of toys (kayaks, paddle boards, fishing pools, ping pong table, etc.). Kitchen was a Chef’s Dream! Plus, the location on the sound, with a dock, provided unlimited entertainment from the dolphins swimming bye, pelicans diving for fish, and other wildlife. One cannot go wrong by staying at “Dolphin Cove’! Thanks again Tom!

All other short term rentals take note. This is how it’s done not all rentals end up being exactly what the ad showed. Not the case here this place is well kept incredibly well stocked absolutely stunning and the pictures that are lovely online. Still don’t do it justice. Everything was exactly as promised and as described the host were communicative, generous and very easy to work with. We had an absolutely fabulous time with six high school seniors and six adults. It was absolutely wonderful. Incredible kitchen fabulous pool great location. Golf cart was awesome to have. Truly could not ask for more. Well done.

Everything about staying at Dolphin Cove was first class and more than expected. We stayed at this property for New Years. We arrived after 3 days at Universal Studios in Orlando and it was just what we wanted, a nice relaxing end to our vacation. The home itself is better than the pictures. Super spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and a great backyard to enjoy the sun! We loved all the amenities and our kids especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaking, using the golf cart, the location to the beach, etc. It was perfect! Tom is great to work with. We have stayed at a couple of his properties and each time it has been amazing. He is super easy to communicate with and is great at providing plenty of information about the property. He makes everything super simple and takes great care to make sure your stay is stress free. We will for sure visit this property again.

We've been doing a family vacation over Christmas for many years, and this place was perfect for our needs. For a group ranging from 17 to 87, it worked out very well. The pool, hot tub, workout room, office, dock, kayaks, etc. kept everyone occupied, and the fact that we were near Clearwater and Tampa gave the young adults added excursions. And the elder generation enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the dolphins at play!

We had a wonderful time on our four night. Stay at dolphin Cove. The house is beautiful and extremely clean.quiet area but plenty to do nearby on the golf cart. They had all of the amenities we needed for our seven person group. Enjoyed our evening soak in the hot tub. Especially enjoyed our boat ride on the catamaran!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay. Tom provided everything we needed including items for the two babies in our party. The pool area was great and this was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in an Airbnb. Place is stunning and floor plan allows for many guests to stay and spread out. This was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, all the amenities you could need and then some. We had a blast paddle boarding and spending time in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. Beach and restaurants were close by with the cart, this was a great stay. Our host, Tom, was super responsive with anything we reached out about, and was easy to communicate with. Cannot say enough good things about this!

This is a stunningly beautiful house! It feels like you’re staying at your best friend’s home, not just a house! The home is so welcoming and comfortable! Unlike any other house I’ve rented, this one had toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap from Bath and Body Works! You can tell it’s furnished as a home and not a rental. The beds are very comfortable, two being fairly firm if you need that. Tom, the host, is very responsive. I texted to ask if he had a fishing poles available and he brought some over within the hour!! I will definitely be a repeat customer if the occasion arises!

My immediate family of 10 gathered from across the country to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The property was even more impressive in person than in the pictures and description. The space and facilities allowed us to share the time together while still having our privacy. The provided amenities allowed us to enjoy the pool and close-by beach without stress and the support from the owner was readily available without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this property. Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious!

We had a great experience during our stay! The house is stunning, clean, and came with everything you could possibly need. My husband was especially impressed with the kitchen and all the appliances for cooking big family dinners. You never know what will be provided when you stay at a vacation rental and this one was fully stocked! Everyone had room to stretch out and there was something for every generation to enjoy - from 5 to 83. The small details like all the light switches being labeled and a little beach bag with towels in each room made a noticeable difference! Taking the golf cart to the beach was an easy and fun part of every day, but you could easily spend the day floating around the pool and playing with the water toys in the intercoastal. Tom was a fantastic host and always available to help if we had a question pop up. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a multi generational family stay and will cherish the memories made here.

This house was perfect for our family. We had 2 toddlers, the outside perimeter fence on the canal allowed us to enjoy our outdoor space without any fear. The entire area, home, amenities, location, golf cart, pool and too many extras to name, made for a perfect vacation. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The home was wonderful. Being brand new Tom asked all of us to let him know if it was missing anything. We gave him a few suggestions and he got right on them. With several older guests the elevator was a necessity and worked perfectly. We loved the house and Tom as host.

Outstanding in all aspects. At this price point expectations are high and this property delivers. Location on the waterway is fabulous. It is stocked with everything needed for recreation (paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, golf cart, board games). Immaculately clean upon arrival. The house has many "smart" features which are a delight. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare any type of meal. The view from the multiple porches at sunset is wonderful. Pool and jacuzzi sparkle. From confirmation to check-out, the personal service is concierge-class. Our stay was amazing!

We absolutely loved this home. Everything was perfect. One of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen and living room were so great and opened on to the giant patio. We literally wanted to stay at the property for our whole trip. The kids loved the pool, TV room, and ping pong table; they remained entertained the entire time. Wow! We were the first guests to stay in this brand-new home and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm Florida sunshine and the calm intercoastal waters in the back yard. The name “Dolphin Cove” lives up to reality with dolphins swimming by almost daily! The property itself was immaculate and the designer décor was beautiful. The spacious living area provided plenty of comfortable seating for our large group to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area, and there were plenty of quiet spaces to get away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor grill was a nice touch for enjoying al fresco dining on the patio. The owner stocked coffee and tea and basic spices and oils for cooking. The pool and hot tub are perfection!
