This house was beautiful! The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants! We had young children in our group, so having a pack and play and a high chair was very helpful. The pool was awesome, having the zero entry and lounge chair shelf was nice with small kids! The set up of the house, every bedroom having a bathroom was perfect for our group! The golf cart came in handy, getting to the beach or some restaurants. We also made good use of the outdoor cooking area! I had a couple of small issues while we were there and Tom responded right away, and resolved them! Loved Indian Rocks, fantastic stay!

Great house for our family. Spacious & a great backyard setting on the water. We cooked every meal. The kitchen is amazing for a large group. The property managers are great. You won't want to leave!

Great location. Beautiful space amd perfect for families traveling with children. Easy walk to Indian Rocks Beach and restaurants. Or take the golf cart to explore a little more. Ask Tom about private boat charter options that have convenient pickup right from the property. This home will not disappoint! We hope to return soon!

This was by far the most beautiful house I have stayed in. The number of bathrooms, location to beach and restaurants, backyard/pool and cleanliness were all top tier! Brought 9 ladies to celebrate birthdays and it made our trip so nice to be able to stay under one roof while having the space to sleep, get ready and even cook with room to spare. Tom was such a wonderful host. Responsive, flexible and helpful to make sure we had the best experience. Thank you for all your help and your beautiful property. It made the 40th birthday girls trip one we will never forget!

Coastal Manor was everything we hoped it would be and more! The indoor space was perfectly situated for our group of 10, the bedroom/bathrooms were very comfortable and great individual spaces, the extra fridge was a perfect spot for all of our beverages and the double washer/dryer was so helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our group cook in nights, lots of laughs were had around the large island. The outdoor space was just as great as the indoor space, the cooling water feature, design of the space to allow for optimal fun, along with the kayaks made the backyard such a great space for our group. We have been traveling annually as a group for 14 years, Coastal Manor is in our top picks of homes we would return to, no expense was spared with the home upgrades and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Tom was amazing to work with, extremely responsive, offered recommendations and proactively reached out to us. Looking for forward to another visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location right on the Intracoastal was absolutely perfect, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway at Indian Rocks Beach!

Coastal Manor was a beautiful home! Very large, plenty of room for our family of 8 ! We had a great time ! Used the golf cart to get to the beach everyday!

Perfect stay for families! Has everything you need!

From check in to checkout Tom’s home did not disappoint! Honestly, the pictures do not do the home justice! From the time we entered the home, we immediately noticed the home was truly prepared with a vacation mindset! The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and appliances we could ask for. All of the bedrooms and living areas were stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets and pillows. The couch and beds were extremely comfortable. As far as the outdoors area, it was a dream come true for our little family. The pools lighting and temp was loved by the kids. The hot tub was of course enjoyed by the adults after the many long eventful days, and do not get me started on how good the fishing was! We caught multiple good sized sharks! Now the extra section, the owners went above and beyond in every category. They delivered extra supplies day 1, and responded immediately to any questions we had! I have never felt more welcome in someone’s home than I did. Highly recommend!

Tom’s beautiful home was perfect for our family of ten. So many places to sit outdoors, to swim and to relax, and to cook in the outdoor kitchen. Gorgeous! Thanks to the home’s layout, everyone had the privacy they desired and multiple opportunities to enjoy each other’s company. The golf cart was a true bonus and made beach trips incredibly easy. As a host, Tom was exceptionally responsive. Truly a lovely setting for family togetherness.

Tom’s place was just perfect for our family reunion. There was 12 of us, 8 adults and 4 kids under the age of 3, and everything was comfortable and not cramped for any of us. Loved the fact that there were high chairs and a pack and play. The pool was ideal for spending afternoons with everyone. The child proof lock heading to the pool was an excellent benefit. Ample supply of towels, including beach towels, utensils and appliances. We used the outside grill which worked perfectly. We would highly recommend Tom’s house and we would definitely stay here again.

I thought it was a great place, clean, the out door area is extremely nice. We went on a trip with friends and brought our toddler. Everything was great.

House is stunning & super clean!! It was really close to the beach and we got to use the buggy if we didn’t want to walk around in the heat!! My friends & I had the best time at the house!!

4.8/5. Tom is very responsive and clearly cares about his guests having a great time. The property is beautiful and just as you see it in the photos. The pool is extremely clean and well cared for, with a sloped walk in and numerous steps perfect for small dogs and kids. However the floors were very dirty and we had to buy our own swifter (not a big deal at all)- and there’s a rat issue outside. We didn’t deal with any rats inside the house, but they get very active at night around the pool area and are not scared of humans at all. We had a few rats run over our feet, pick at food while we were swimming, etc. that’s the only thing taking this 5/5 Airbnb to a 4.8 in my experience. It seems like there was some sort of rat control with poorly placed traps that needed more attention. We didn’t mind the rats, but I can imagine it would be a big deal for others. Overall great experience. Bring a cat haha!

Lovely, quiet and beautiful location. House was spacious and comfortable. So close to the most perfect beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the golf cart was a big hit! We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Place was fantastic. Tons of room, large kitchen, comfortable beds, TVs everywhere. Pool and hot tub area was amazing. Right on the water and even saw dolphins swim by multiple times. Great grilling area enabling us to have a seafood feast outside by the fire pit and large outdoor TV one night. Location is perfect - short walk to beautiful beach or you can take the awesome golf cart - and there was even always golf cart parking spots available. And the host Tom was super responsive to our questions. Indian Rocks Beach is great spot - much calmer and less busy than some of the larger towns around but still close enough to Clearwater and St Pete to go there for dinner if you want something other than the nearby options. Truly one of best Air Bnb properties we have ever rented. Highly recommend!

Tom, the host was incredibly welcoming and made all aspectsof check in easy.Property is great. 3 minute walk to the beachIndian Rocks is a great area. Has become very well known and things (restaurants and roads) have become difficult to navigate.Property could probably use 4-6 bikes rather than a golf cart. Parking sis so difficult at restaurants, even the golf cart can’t park.

Great stay !

We have rented from tom before. As always, his houses are great. Clean, always ready and stocked with some essentials. I never to hesitate renting from him. This house was a nice layout for our party of 10. Plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Pool is perfect overlooking the bay. I highly recommend. We took a boat ride thru tom as well and I highly recommend that as well. Much appreciated

This is a beautiful home on the Intracoastal Waterway. The main floor was very spacious for hanging out with our large group and the pool was very accessible from this area. This is always important when we are choosing a home. So many amenities were provided for the kitchen, bathrooms, beach, etc. The golf cart, gas grill and heated pool are wonderful perks without extra charges. We used the golf cart daily to get to the beach (just a five minute walk) and to local restaurants. Tom was a great host who answered our questions immediately. Tom arranged for an early check-in which added to our very fun vacation.

Great house in a great location! Definitely would book again. Lots to do in the area and the golf cart was an added bonus. Tom was very friendly and gave great instructions for check-in and check-out. Beautiful home with lots of amenities and everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing! The lovely home exceeded all expectations an was truly paradise. My friends really enjoyed the luxurious accomodations and kept commenting on how nice everything was. The home and amenites were so top notch that we spent most of our time at home. We even enjoyed the watching the Super Bowl from the hot tub. Such an awesome experience! Additionally, the home has great proximity to the beach with local shops just a quick golf cart ride away. We would definitely visit again!

Place is better than you could ask for. Peaceful, not much traffic so great for staying right outside of Tampa during Gasparilla!

We love IRB and have been visiting for over 5 years in a row. As expected Tom's place did not disappoint, great location, great house, great host. We especially loved the pool and hot tub and even saw otters and dolphins swim by in the morning. The large outdoor TV was a fun surprise especially when we were relaxing in the pool and by the fire. Loved having the golf cart included to get to pickleball, the beach and ice cream and restaurants. We appreciated Tom's flexibility with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here or at another one of Tom's properties at IRB.

Toms place had every accommodation we needed. We will definitely try to stay at another one of his properties!!!!

Fabulous space! Very responsive host. Great place for a family gathering.

The Manor was a great find. We had 7 in our party and the house fit us perfectly in accommodations, bathrooms/bedrooms. The pool and hot tub was a nice perk to enjoy the week of Thanksgiving. We did have trouble with all the outside TVs, which was a bummer. The firepit was a nice addition to sit around at night and talk. We even took advantage of the big gas grill outside one night. A nice addition was that I was able to work from the Eagle's nest on the 3rd floor without having any interference from others going in and out during the day. We enjoyed the views from the back. There were plenty of fish around the dock and we saw dolphins one morning. The local restaurants and beach were in walking and/or a golf cart ride away. We had a great time and Tom was very responsive in any questions we had before and during our stay. A very nice place.

Wonderful property that is located on the water with a private pool, dock and amazing outdoor entertainment area with fire pit and tv for relaxing. We watched Sunday football and relaxed in the pool. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed to cook a large family meal. The first floor was perfect for my mother who needs access via walker. The pool was even walk in so she was able to access. Highly recommend Tom and any of his properties. He and his team are top notch. The beach is 2 minutes away and has great access with bathrooms. Wonderful spot with everything you need but still safe for pets and children with fenced pool. The dock is great for fishing and Tom even offers charters on his boat for guests. We had a great time seeing the sunset from the water. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great visit.

Few minor issues but tom was on top of it right away

We have stayed at one of Tom's places in the past and reached out because we needed a place to stay for a night. This place did not disappoint! Everything is top notch and we felt like rockstars staying here! We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy more time at this beautiful home. The backyard feels like a private resort, we woke up to dolphins swimming in the cove, the golf cart is awesome and is great for getting around. Future guests will certainly make a lot of memories staying at this lovely home. We appreciate you letting us stay here and we will reach out when we're ready to stay again!

We have stayed at several of Tom’s properties and every single one is amazing - but this house is UNBELIEVABLY awesome! We were lucky enough to be one of the first to stay in this brand new house. So beautifully decorated and spacious and just perfect! We had a question about the hot tub and Tom was over in minutes to get it turned on. Location is private so you can enjoy the pool and hot tub literally adjacent to bay/inlet. The golf cart is perfect to load everything for the beach which is two blocks away and you can take the cart to tons of restaurants - or just use the outdoor kitchen/grill because there is really no need to leave this house. I only wish we could have stayed longer because I know this house will be booked solid once people realize it’s now available for rent. Absolutely would recommend this house to anyone visiting this area!
