The start of our trip didn’t start out the best but tom took the time to communicate with me, which I highly appreciate. The house was nice and clean and the perfect spot for a vacation.

The condo was exactly as described and a great choice for our needs. We had a small issue which wasn’t Tom’s fault. He was attentive and immediately called me to discuss. I would recommend his place to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was very clean and updated. Air conditioning was ice cold. Water pressure wasn’t great but did the job. The golf cart is a huge plus. Plenty of beach stuff available to guests. Literally a block from the beach, which was very quiet and not full of people. It was so cool to see fish swimming at our feet. We even had a dolphin swim 3 feet away from us as it cruised the shoreline. Clearwater is less than 15 mins away and so is target. Great location, would definitely recommend.

Location is amazing - right across the street from beach . Golf cart is golden !! We were able to take everything on the short ride down to the beach , the kids loved it ! The kids loved the seashells at the apartment patio - we had such a great time we will be booking again !

FANtastic location, 3 min walk to the beach. Plenty of food options, Golf Cart, great shopping, great local restaurants, putt putt golf, getting to the Clearwater area couldn't be easier. This is great condo, lots of amenities, well furnished plus extras, we cannot recommend this place enough.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and we had the best time ! The place was very clean & was equipped with what we needed plus more. Tom and his team were very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located to local shops, restaurants, beach access etc. & the golf cart is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend staying here !

Tom’s place was great , clean , spacious, and convenient for beach access and local amenities.. had an issue with the WiFi and he was quick with communicating with me and had the issue resolved promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again !!

Tom was a great host! The space and location were perfect for a family getaway. Tom was quick to respond and very helpful in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Having the golf cart was AMAZING and made getting around town so simple. We would definitely return to this location.

We had such a wonderful time at Tom’s place. No issues with beachfront parking for the golf cart at the closest beach access, or any others! Indian Rocks Beach was a beautiful little town and we enjoyed swimming with our two sons in the Gulf until sunset, chowing down on delicious seafood at Guppy’s and watching the sun rise over the bay at the nature preserve just south of the listing. Tom’s place was quiet and peaceful with great neighbors. Nekton surf shop and US Groceries are a short cart ride away (which the boys loved) and we became regular customers there for kids beach essentials (and maybe even some adult essentials ;-) We had a small issue with the golf cart when we arrived and Tom was there within literally 5 minutes and replaced it with his own personal cart while he troubleshot the issue. If you’re looking for beautifully simple family accommodations a stones throw from the beach with impeccable communication from the owner, look no further!

It was my daughter 18 birthday plus 4 of July we couldn’t have had a better place to stay . The unit was impeccable, the location is perfect the amenities in the first floor were great for the kids . Tom was available all the time within 5 min of texting . We will definitely stay here again . The beach was beautiful and not as crowded as the rest of the lo la beaches . Were Florian’s and very picky when it comes to nice water and this beach was perfect

This was a beautiful Airbnb especially being our first one. It has everything you need in the kitchen you just need to get your grocery’s. The living room furniture and beds are comfortable comes with a washer and dryer if needed to wash something. The games and the golf cart made it exciting and convenient we went on neighborhood rides in the evening on the gulf cart that was so relaxing and fun. This is definitely an Airbnb we would recommend to all that wants to come to Indian rock Florida it’s not really far from Clearwater beach and shopping stores as well! Thank you tom for allowing us to have our vacation in your spectacular condo. The Syracuse’s!!

Coastal hideaway was a great place to stay, super clean and the host prepared everything that we needed for a great stay, home guide, area guide, with all the information that you need to make it very easy for your stay. the golf cart was a plus and we loved getting around on the trolley system to Johns pass and Clearwater and everything in between, the trolley stop is only a block from Coastal hadeaway just a short walk, it cost to park just about anywhere you go so the trolley is cheap compared to the cost of parking. we liked it so much we are talking about coming back this fall to Coastal hideaway. its hard for me to give a place a 5 star but this place is a 5 star.

Perfect for a relaxing family vacation to the beach! Tom was an excellent host!

Beds were heavenly; the bedding was amazing, too. Everything was provided anyone could need to go to the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, carts, kayaks, and a golf cart. The whole thing was so easy. The space was spotless, smelled great, had everything you would need in the kitchen, including a coffee maker with regular brew and k-cup option, a blender, cutting boards, wine glasses, etc. The fact that a washer and dryer is included was great for a longer stay, especially for sandy bathing suits and wet towels. The place even had body wash, shampoo and conditioner if you don't want to bother with travel sizes. A 2 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood felt very safe. Hope to return again!

Tom’s place was perfect!! Loved cruising on the golf cart and seeing the neighborhood! Beaches were beautiful! The airbb was SPOTLESS - one of the best I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed in many over the last 4 years while my daughter attended UT … We left relaxed and sad because it went to fast !! Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for our family and incredibly kid‑friendly. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, and having golf cart access made getting around so easy and fun. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and made everything seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place and location! We loved walking to the park, beach, and nightly ice cream. The golf cart was a great perk. Indian rocks shores is such a perfect little costal town and very safe.

The condo was lovely and very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, ping pong tables, and grills.

We had a truly amazing stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The location was phenomenal—close to everything and perfect for enjoying the beach and surrounding area. The Airbnb itself was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The availability of beach chairs and umbrellas was super helpful, and the golf cart added a little bit of extra fun and convenience to getting around. We did have a minor incident during our stay, but the host responded incredibly quickly and was there within the hour to take care of it, which we really appreciated. Their responsiveness and hospitality made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is just as described , very close to the beach , clean , close to restaurants! Having access to the golf cart is a bonus as well ! This is a great place for a nice get away !

My son and I stayed a few days to be in proximity to my snow-birding parents (in nearby Largo). We loved being a block from the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is walkable, and the golf cart makes it even easier to explore the area. In this location you are also close to a park and I think two sets of tennis courts (one is often dedicated to pickleball). The apartment is spotless, tastefully decorated and updated. The kitchen looks brand new. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Tom was very responsive via text for the few questions I had. Excellent experience, 5 stars !

Coastal Hideaway was just as described! Everything was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The golf cart was an excellent addition to get to the beach and local restaurants and coffee shops. There were plenty of public beach access points and parking. Grove Surf Cafe was our favorite for breakfast and coffee! Tom was a great host who responded quickly and knew the area well. We have already said we would definitely stay again!

Tom’s place was perfect! A personal golf cart to get around town. Beach was a block away. Coco’s Crush Bar/restaurant was 2 blocks way and a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed but food. Great porch deck, kayaks, beach chairs, wagon! Everything was great!!!

This place was clean, new/newer appliances has a stocked kitchen, beach towels, bath towels, laundry pods, etc and is only a block from the beautiful beach. The outdoor amenities were great! We used the ping pong table, corn hole boards, grill etc. The golf cart was convenient to get around but the only downfall was not being able to drive it on Gulf Blvd. Tom was very responsive, friendly and answered all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

Tom was very helpful, personable, and responsive. He came to the condo twice, very quickly, for minor questions. He also had great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo and Tom.

Tom's place is amazing. wanted peace and quiet and I got that. So close to the beach and lots to do in the area. I recommend it to anyone. it's totally 5 star!

The condo was immaculate with brand new furnishings and appliances. I loved being able to put my feet up on the reclining sofa while watching TV! Overall a very comfortable and perfectly located place to stay. 👍

So much to do right there between bars, food, and of course the beach. Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back again.

The condo was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed to make a meal. We could walk to the beach in 3 minutes which was a big plus but we also could take all our stuff down in a new golf cart which was so fun!! my husband loved it! Coastal Hideaway was amazing! Place was exactly as described. Great location to beach and local restaurants. Golf cart was great and honestly a must have! It was awesome to have available to go back and forth to the beach and to get to local restaurants and stores, made it all super easy!! There were plenty of towels and amenities to do what ever you needed. Having the laundry was great, and made clean up super easy, especially with kids. I would definitely return to this area and especially Coastal Hideaway! Tom and Dena were very accommodating with early check in and late check out and were very quick to respond with any questions. All in all it was top notch!!!

The Coastal Hideaway was a fantastic place for my family to get away for the weekend before the kids start back to school. Tom kept us up to date on things going on and made fantastic recommendations. The property was exactly as described. A very clean property and amenities matched as described. We got up early on the departure day and my stepson forgot his PlayStation at the condo and Tom shipped it back to us. We highly recommend this condo or anywhere else Tom owns as they were great hosts with a fantastic rental. 20 out of 10 recommend

This place was a perfect weekend retreat for my family and I. We had a wonderful time. My boys went fishing a couple blocks away. We spent plenty of time on the beach. The unit was spotless. All of the appliances and furniture were brand new. We will definitely be back! Tom was very responsive and it was a pleasure to meet him while we were there.
