This is the place. Great beaches, warm water a private backyard. Exactly what we were hoping for. What a great place. We can’t wait to come back.

This was the perfect stay for our family vacation with two little ones. The house had all the amenities we need it, having the golf cart to go to, and from the beach was perfect and the pool was very well upkeep. We will definitely be coming back!

Tom was extremely responsive and welcoming from the start, as my friends and I had a few questions and he always responded quickly and kindly! The location is amazing and extremely walkable for gift shops, convenience stores, and the beach. We felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, and would definitely come back as a group of three or recommend to anyone looking!

This is an amazing spot in IRB - the pool and golf cart made the trip for us! We spent all of our time in the pool or at the beach (using the golf cart to tote us there!). We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Great location…beautiful home. Easy access to the beach. Daughters loved the pool. Golf cart is a great feature…. I wish it had a tag so you could travel up and down Gulf Blvd, but it worked just fine for the surface streets and to the beach. You can’t go wrong with this property & location.

We had our family vacation at Tom’s house this year. The week began with not the best weather, but the golf cart helped get us around the neighborhood to different bars and restaurants and shops. This made up for not being able to get in the gulf. The house was very clean, beautiful, and looked like the pictures. The pool was a great relaxing area after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was how quick and easy it was to get to the beach—it was just a short ride away on the golf cart . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We were so happy with our stay at Tom’s place! The golf cart and pool were amazing! Perfect for running our crew back and forth to the ocean and coming back to the house to enjoy the rest of the evening! Tom was super responsive when we reached out about a question with the golf cart - messaged and even directly called to ensure we were good to go! We are already planning on returning to IRB and stay at this spot again or another of Tom’s properties! Our only feedback is around cleanliness. There were several pieces of previous guests hair on bathroom floors, sinks, and showers, trash cans had food residue left in them, and some pillows in the closet had something on them. But all of the other amazing features totally outshined the cleaning issues! Loved our stay!!

Tom’s place was very clean, great location, easy to get to beach, pool was very relaxing and perfect for kids, golf cart was a fun touch, kitchen fully stocked, lots of beach items available and he had great communication. Our family with two little kids would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved staying at Coastal Charm! The house is beautiful and the pool was so clean and inviting. We loved the extra pool rafts and beach toys. The house has a great layout where the bedrooms are private from the common living area. We LOVED the convenience of having the golf cart. It’s so nice to hop on & off for local coffee or ice cream. Plus quick trips to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Indian Rocks Beach! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the pool it was sparkling clean, a great size, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with family and friends.The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and private. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in IRB. Absolutely everything was fantastic! The house, pool, golf cart, and communication were all top-notch. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was perfect — so close to the beach that sometimes we left the golf cart behind and just walked. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, spices, and condiments. Those little touches made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We had an amazing time from start to finish and will definitely be back!

This was our fifth different stay in IRB and Tom’s place didn’t disappoint. The pool and covered patio were beautiful and our kiddos had a blast swimming. The home was as pictured and very clean. It was great having the golf cart to get around. The outdoor TV and Blackstone grill were also great to have. We would stay here again!

Great place if you are visiting Indian Rocks Beach! Walkable area, close to the beach, and the golf cart was a huge plus for the local beach and shops.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in IRB! The house was so clean, well-stocked, cutely decorated, and had great amenities. The pool area is beautiful, and the golf cart is perfect for scooting over to the beach the many nearby places to eat and shop. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, and we hope to return again sometime!

This was an awesome place for our grown kids and families. The golf cart was great to have but we liked that we could walk. I would book this place again.

This house was immaculate, the location was perfection, the golf cart was super to get around town and the pool was the best part! Tom’s communication was always within minutes and I can’t complain about one thing except that we had to come home :)

We loved our stay! Shout out to the golf cart which made the entire trip so much fun and allowed us frequent trips to beach without the hassle of lugging all of the gear. My husband was beyond grateful not to play pack mule for the week! There are two walkable neighborhood playgrounds which our kids utilized most days and the pool was simply perfect for afternoon sunning. Well stocked kitchen that made family meals possible most nights but plenty of local options for dining out nearby. Tom was helpful, very responsive and provided a wonderful experience.

Absolutely gorgeous place conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Awesome six passenger golf cart available for use and wonderful restaurants throughout Indian Rocks Beach. The property has very nice amenities and has been remodeled. We also took advantage of a four hour private charter that Tom offers on a beautiful catamaran that was a fantastic day of dolphin watching!

Tom's house was amazing! He was also very responsive & helped us immediately with a minor issue. We had a great vacation & will definitely be back again! Thanks, Tom!

Wonderful place to stay! Traveled with my husband, grandma and 2 young kids. This is our 4th year in IRB and top 2 places we have stayed at. Pool was warm, especially nice since our weather was a bit cooler. House inside was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. We mainly stayed in and cooked and kitchen was easy to navigate. Location was easy to get to and from. Golf cart was a huge bonus! Highly recommend. My son gave it a 38/38.

Loved the golf cart, location and walk ability. Area was charming and relaxed. Pool was really warm. Excellent quality and well stocked with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Fun place for a beach weekend.

Toms place was well maintained and updated. It looks exactly like the pictures provided. We took the golf cart to several restaurants which was fun. The weather was a little chilly and windy when we were there but in the backyard we did not feel the cooler temperatures. Overall it was a great house and experience I would highly recommend.

We had a great gateway to escape the Michigan winter! Location was great, close to beach, restaurants and parks. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the parks close by. Tom was a great host, very responsive and provided great recommendations around town. Would definitely go back!

Tom’s place was clean quiet the pool was heated. The kids had a great time. The golf cart was wonderful. Gave us access without loading up the car with all the kids to go see all of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. Tom was very responsive to any questions. He was proactive with his app which made checking in and checking out a lot easier it was worth every penny.

Places located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and walkable to local restaurants. He provides a golf cart that could seat up to six people plenty of room for gear and people to get to the golf cart parking spaces at beach access highly recommend.

Amazing spot - super convenient location and practically brand new! Everything was is pristine condition and super comfortable. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away and the included golf cart made it a breeze. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon as well. The house is very well appointed. Tom was very proactive with communication and a full guide that alleviated any need to reach out but I had confidence that he would be responsive if we needed anything. Great visit!

Tom's place is a piece of paradise! The golf cart made it convenient to hit the beach for a few hours and then head back to the house for a dip in the pool! The house has everything : shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, games, floats for the pool, Blackstone grill and all new kitchen supplies!

We had a great time at IRB. Tom was always a text or email away and was able to answer all our questions about the neighborhood. We loved the house, the pool, the golf cart and the area. We could easily walk to to the beach but did not have to thanks to the golf cart and easy golf cart parking at the beach. We asked Tom for recommendations for the best seafood and he gave us 2 places that both were amazing. We would definitely come back--we would just stay longer!

One of the highlights for us was the private backyard and the gorgeous new pool! It felt like our own personal resort! And the golf cart was such a fun bonus! We used it every day to explore the area and head out for dinner nearby. Also, we drove the golf cart right down the road and parked for our beach days and beautiful sunsets! They provided everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, you name it. The location is perfect, and Tom was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is truly perfect—tucked away in a quiet, friendly neighborhood but still so close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We can’t wait to come back, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and fun beach vacation!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach property was perfect. Tom was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the peaceful beach where we enjoyed morning walks and stunning sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with great restaurants and shops nearby that you can drive to with the included golf cart. What stood out most was how easy and relaxing the whole experience was. Tom clearly puts care into every detail, and it shows. This wasn’t just a rental—it felt like a home. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful, laid-back beach town, this is the place. We’re so glad we found it and can’t wait to return!
