Coastal Boutique Unit 4

Almost everything was perfect at Unit 4 except the beds. We had to sleep on the couch 2 of the 4 nights because the mattresses were so hard. Luckily the couch was very cozy! Otherwise everything was fantastic!

The place is spotless clean, has absolutely everything you might need if you stay by the beach. Everything was new, appliances and kitchen equipment, cutlery and silverware. The host is very responsive and friendly, we really enjoyed our time there.

Everything was as described. We enjoyed our trip. The kids loved riding the golf cart down to 14th Ave for ice cream 🍦 The beach was literally across the street. The unit was very clean. I usually get the ick sleeping in other beds. This was by far the best bed, pillows, and bedding!!!! We all slept well. The unit has everything you could possibly need, towels, washcloths, full kitchen, cleaning supplies, you name it. It is very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach! There was a golf cart provided with the rental which was amazing. The kitchen had what we needed. The huge couch in the living room was very comfortable and the beds even more so. They had beach items available as well which made the beach time even better. Will definitely book this later when we come back.

Book the home! This home is beautiful, inviting and was exactly as described. Tom was very kind and assured me if we needed anything at all he would be happy to help. We ran into no issues and had the best time ever. I definitely recommend staying here. The golf cart was a fantastic addition to the rental. The city is peaceful and the residents are kind and respectful. Perfect for family getaways.

Wonderful home away from home. Beach walking distance away. Golf cart was game changer. Restaurants were close by. I ran every morning around beautiful neighborhoods and on the beach. Everything was convenient and love Indian Rocks beach… great little area away from crowds.

Perfect location and everything you need for a beach getaway. The apartment is 1 block from the beach - quick walk across the street. The golf cart was an added bonus. Home had everything we needed for a small family of four. We look forward to booking again!

Great place, and we would love to stay here again. Super easy walk to the beach and Cafe de Paris (yummy crepes!), with more options within golf cart distance. We never used the golf cart for the beach since it was so close, but it was a nice perk and we enjoyed it for the park and ice cream. Plenty of towels provided, and my kids loved the boogie boards. This place was perfect for a week at the beach!

Beautiful. Exactly what I was expecting. Very communicative and worth every penny. Loved the golf cart and the freedom it offered for those who didn’t drive. Definitely choose this place - you won’t regret it.

This is like staying at a beach house, one block from Indian Rocks Beach. The 2 bedroom condo was spotless, for our arrival, and the king size beds in each bedroom were great for our group of 2 couples. The street is very quiet at night, yet only one block to the beach. The property is nicely renovated with a real beach house feel. All linens, blankets, and towels were clean and in great shape. The kitchen had all of the basics required to cook, on the stove, and in the oven. The property has a nice back yard with small stones, and you can find lounging chairs, small tables with umbrellas, and kayaks to use- the 2 kayaks are shared with the property next door. The condo came with the use of a golf cart which seats 4 people, which was a fun addition. One can cross Gulf Boulevard to get to the beach, with the cart, but cannot drive on Gulf Boulevard, due to local rules, but you can travel a fair ways down the coast, on the intercoastal side, where the condo is, and access coffee shops, and restaurants with the buggy if desired. The parking includes a numbered spot which provides space for the golf cart, and one car behind the cart. We had 2 cars for part of our stay, but were still able to accommodate, as there were 2 open/non numbered parking spaces in between the 2 properties. One can take the city trolly from gulf boulevard up to Clearwater beach, or south, down the coast. Our host, Tom, was very helpful, before and during our lovely beach stay.

Can't say enough positive feedback!. Property was super clean inside and out. Everything we needed, and in the most walkable part of town to the beach, restaurants, shops...Beds and sofa very comfortable. husband always runs out of ice, not once this trip. All new appliances and large tvs a plus in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The host was excellent — very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

The location was excellent—about a block between 27th and 28th Avenue with easy access to the beach. The place itself was clean and well kept. There's a Turkish restaurant nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and you can catch the Sun Beach Trolley right off the road, which was super convenient.On our last day, I wasn't able to finish running the dishwasher because a breaker flipped. I notified the host and they said they would take care of it.One thing to note if you're traveling with pets: the yard area is covered in decorative seashells. We brought our two dogs, and our older dog who has mobility issues had a hard time navigating the shells and using the yard comfortably.Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

Super cute place. Tom was very responsive. We were missing something that was listed and they brought it to us, no questions asked! I will say that we blew the fuse in the kitchen multiple times; can't run the dishwasher and microwave at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB largely because of our experience with this unit. We arrived to find it clean and ready to use with everything provided that we needed to cook and do daily activities. Wifi speed is good. They have large TVs in every room (bring your own login unless you want to watch tubi). Dishwasher cleans well, as does the washer and dryer. The unit is 2 blocks from public access to the beach. So it is very convenient to go there daily. Plus there are 2 one person kayaks available to use. There are multiple restaurant options close by and a short drive over the bridge provides multiple grocery store options. We had questions a few times during our trip and the host was very quick to respond with help. Definitely recommended.

Tom was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. We loved Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach. Highly recommend this area.
