easy checkin, very clean, comfy beds. We love having the golf cart!

Tom was a great host. Was very nice and helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the sea is a five minutes walk away from the apartment. Highly recommend!

We had the best get away. The entire home was spotless and exactly as described and pictured. Everything you can need is in walking distance, a huge plus the beach access is a few steps away. We cannot wait to plan our next visit. Tom was very responsive to any questions and provided a lot of great info prior to our stay.

We had a great stay! Our family enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the town(The Grove was one of our favorites places to get coffee) . The beach was a block away, it was peaceful, and not overly crowded. Great for families.

Nos hospedamos en Abril 2026. Bien ubicado por la cercanía a la playa, a una cuadra y media. La playa es preciosa y nunca está llena. El alojamiento en sí está impecable y tal como las fotos. El aire es un poco ruidoso, pero es un detalle. Las camas cómodas. Solamente le agregaría un hervidor de agua para quienes no tomamos café.

Our stay was absolutely incredible—Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel instantly at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to great local restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. It truly felt like the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the experience. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and all the little details (from beach gear to extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen) made a huge difference. Nothing felt overlooked. The only tiny thing missing was a full length mirror but still worth it! If you’re considering staying in Indian Rocks Beach, don’t overthink it—book this place. We would come back

Tom’s Coastal Getaway was a perfect fit for myself, my daughter and my grand kids to spend quality time and thaw out after winter. Short walk to the beach, short drive to Clearwater for shopping, excursions and dining. Ideal for families.

This home as perfect for my family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach and the wagon with beach chairs was a nice touch. My kids loved riding in the wagon to the beach.

The condo was a great location as it was close to the beach. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of amenities. The outside area was nice too! The neighbors across from us were loud at night as they were college kids on spring break but nothing the owner could have done about that.

We loved our stay at in Indian Rocks Beach! The beach was a short walk away, the location was close to many shops and restaurants, and the airbnb was clean and comfortable! Tom was very nice and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tom’s place was lovely!! Close to the ocean and plenty of public parking beach access as well which was nice… Also we loved the private area behind it as well! Would Highly Recommend !!

Günstige und ordentliche Unterkunft, 3 Minuten zu Fuss zur Beach. Tom war sehr nett und wir konnten spontan einen Tag verlängern - unser Flug wurde annulliert. Vielen Dank dafür Tom.

Unit 3 was a great find and value for our family. Very clean and a nice family-friendly neighborhood. The walk around the block to the beach is as easy as it gets. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, towels) were a nice touch. Tom is a top-notch host. Hopefully we can stay at one of his places again soon.
