We loved staying at Tom’s place! We felt right at home! The place was super clean and close to the beach! The golf cart was a huge plus to the stay! We will definitely be back! 😊

The property was great. The water pressure was a little low. Overall it was excellent. The location was great. The beds slept great. The golf cart was a great part of the property. I would rent from them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Indian Rocks Beach! The place was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We truly enjoyed our time and made some great family memories. Tom was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again! 🌴🌊☀️

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The golf cart was a fantastic added touch and made getting around even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful home a 2 minute walk to the beach. The golf cart was a beautiful touch to be able to get the coolers and bags to the beach and have front row FREE parking was a plus! The place was exaclty as it was listed, everything was clean and there were plenty of things provided to us as guests. Tom was very communicative and gave plenty of information and details on everything about the house. It was very close to the beach and the provided golf cart was an amazing bonus to the booking. I would stay here again!

Great place and highly recommended! Indian Rocks overall is a great place to vacation with privacy at the beach and Tom’s place was about a block to beachfront and local coffee shops and restaurants were within a few blocks as well. The golf cart accessibility to the beach was so nice and one of those items that have probably become a core memory for our kiddos… we all loved it. We never had an issue finding parking when driving the cart to the beach which made it that much more enjoyable. Tom was incredibly responsive and the place was perfect for our stay. The home was stocked with beach toys, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards etc which made it very family friendly. Thanks Tom for a great trip… highly recommended!

Such a cute beach location! The hosts were very responsive and supplied everything we needed. The golf cart was a total plus and made the experience much more enjoyable! It was very clean and so convenient. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!!!!!

It was great, fast response with golf cart trouble. 2 drawers in kitchen that meed to be fixed, they just fall out.

Great place

My wife and I went there for a weekend getaway. Beach & restaurants were very close. Golf cart made it easy to move around lol and host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again, place was clean and perfect. Thanks again, Tom. If you’re looking for a place that is clean a neighborhood that is quiet also restaurants & a beaches that are close but also great nightlife entertainment with an awesome host. Then this is it. 10 out of 10. Definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom beach house and would absolutely book again. The home was spotless when we arrived, and everything looked just like the photos (if not better).The best part by far was how close it is to the white sand and clear Gulf water—you can be on the beach in just minutes, which made mornings and sunsets incredibly easy to enjoy.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the space felt both cozy and spacious at the same time. We also appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel easy and relaxing.The host was very responsive and made check-in seamless from start to finish.This place is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

Tom’s place was more than we could imagine. We had two adults and three kids with more than enough space for everyone. The location of the property was perfect. Golf cart is also fun and accommodating to transport belongs across the street, if packing “all the things” is how your family beaches. Haha. Golf cart parking across the street with easy access to beach and short walk/ride back to the house. We will always check for the availability at this property. Location was perfection and place was just as shown. Having a golf cart was super helpful as was the beach chairs and umbrella. Exactly what we wanted.

Tom was such an amazing host we ended up needing a cooler he brung us one! We ended up having an issue with the golf cart the first day he ended up bringing a new golf cart the location is so perfect I will definitely be back !

Perfect condo for relaxing beach getaway! It was clean and had all we needed for the week. Came with enough essentials to get us through the week so that we didn’t have to buy them which was a nice touch. Great location for walking to the beach, park and dinner. We Would definitely return!

Tom is a great host. Responded quickly to questions. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was great to have a golf cart to take all of our things to the beach. It's in a great location, close to the beach, easily walkable. And honestly, the Turkish Flame restaurant just around the corner had great food. We ate there once, and ordered on line and picked up food another time when we didn't feel like cooking or going out. Great stay.

Tom’s place in Indian Rocks Beach was a beautiful spot to escape the Northeast winter, and I’m sure would be even more beautiful in the summer! I would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful beach getaway. I hope to be back!

Sunbird heaven. The rental was newly renovated with brand new appliances and furnishings. Very short one block walk to the beach. As snowbirds, we really appreciated no stairs. Short easy drive over to Largo, Florida with a lot of restaurants and a Publix. Tom proved to be a Super Host. We contacted him a couple of times and he quickly answered and was super friendly. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the rental and he was there within minutes to unlock the door. We would definitely return.

Perfect for our beach volleyball tournament on Clearwater beach. Easy drive to the courts. Beds were super comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Shower was a little tight.

I live in the area and my kids stayed. They were very confortable and loved the location.
